Visited for a week in April so outside peak season and hotel was quite quiet. Staff were very friendly and engaging. Pools were very nice, clean and good temperatures with a quieter area aware from the main pool. Room was surprisingly large with large bed, ample space in the bathroom and shower and cleaning staff were really nice. Hotel is out of the main of the main area of AoNang but a short walk to the beachfront. Breakfast was well stocked with different styles of food and had zero complaints. Room decor is a little dated but the space makes up for that and would have no issues staying again.

Music every night. Easy access to restaurants outside. 711 very close. Shower is not the best but the rooms have bathtub too. Air conditioning works and staff are friendly.

Stayed in April 2026 with my family. Our daughter (under 8 years old) had a serious accident in the swimming pool area and lost a permanent front tooth, which will require lifetime dental care. The hotel staff was kind and helpful at the moment of the accident, which we sincerely appreciated. However, our subsequent administrative follow-up has remained unresolved for over 5 weeks now: requests for an incident report and insurance details for our French insurers have not been responded to despite multiple cordial emails. Hoping the hotel management can address this matter directly. We are open to amicable resolution at any time.

My stay at this resort was disappointing from start to finish. The hospitality was poor, with staff appearing indifferent and unresponsive to basic requests. Cleanliness was a major concern—the rooms and common areas were not well maintained, which made the overall experience uncomfortable. Basic amenities were either missing or not functioning properly, adding to the frustration. The service did not justify the price, and the lack of attention to detail was evident throughout the stay. Overall, this resort failed to meet even minimal expectations, and I would not recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing or worthwhile getaway.

The infrastructure of the hotel is quite good. The location is 15 mins walk to ao bang beach, which is good. However the service is very poor. Hospitality sector works on service which is provided by people. The staff is bad, looks like they are under paid there by making them rude to people who stay. Some our poor experiences, the person (bell boy) who came to pick and drop luggage to our room was constantly complaining us on how it is not his job to do it and asked us to pick bags. In the room, the bottle tagged as lotion, actually had soap in it, I applied and realised I need to take bath. Some positives, they have a good swimming pool , lobby, and small kid area, so the infrastructure is quite good.
