Rooms dated but clean and functional. The hotel needs a lot of work and overall hygiene of the facilities is questionable. Pool and terrace areas where not leaned in week we were there and got more grubby as food and drink spilled on it. Staff are somewhat approachable when ordering drink food. Sadly got food poisoning on one of there theme nights. This hotel is advertised as 3 star but sadly is certainly not which is a shame as could be amazing and good location. Would look elsewhere and will not recommend.

Rooms are quite big. We stayed in Grand Executive rooms. But the property is a bit on the old side. Have never understood the logic of that window separating the room and washroom area. This made it worse with a single door rotating between the shower and toilet area. ZERO PRIVACY. Service is slow. Asked for an extra towel to bathe our kid, they were never sent to the room. Before heading out one morning we asked the staff to pack just one croissant for our child as he was sleeping at that time, their response was to pay for that single (small and not so fresh) croissant. Location wise, it is slightly away from the active and lively road leading to Ao Nang beach. For someone looking for quietude, it can be a good thing. But then you have to walk a few hundred meters even for a small 7Eleven trip.

Nice resort with lot of greenery. Rooms were good enough. Swimming pools were awesome. Breakfast was sumptuous. Reception desk were helpful. Helped us arrange for ferry travel to Phuket. Walking distance to beach 20mins. Walkable to Ao Nang landmark night market. Closer to good restaurants.

Overall, I had a pleasant stay at this resort. The rooms were truly amazing and well-equipped with all the amenities. 🤩 The location was superb, really adding to the experience. 📍 The service was generally acceptable, neither particularly outstanding nor disappointing. 😌

Good hotel with quiet location. Nice pool are for kids BUT... Pool area needs renovation: The Bigger slide was rusty so that the railing was broken. Area has many broken tiles and seams. Breakfast was good and varied. Rooms (with 2nd floor) was nice for families! So 4/5 and would be better with renovation.
