Absolutely loved it here. Great welcome by staff. Wonderful buffet breakfast. Very well kept pools. Plenty of sunbeds to choose from. A nice ambiance throughout the hotel. Good location, only short walk to the beach and all the shops, restaurants and markets. Our room was clean, quiet and very comfortable. Some nice touches like 2 brollies, a range of soap and conditioner plus lotion. Also tea bags as well as coffee in the room. Our experience is that tea bags are often not supplied. All in all a lovely place.

Rooms are quite big. We stayed in Grand Executive rooms. But the property is a bit on the old side. Have never understood the logic of that window separating the room and washroom area. This made it worse with a single door rotating between the shower and toilet area. ZERO PRIVACY. Service is slow. Asked for an extra towel to bathe our kid, they were never sent to the room. Before heading out one morning we asked the staff to pack just one croissant for our child as he was sleeping at that time, their response was to pay for that single (small and not so fresh) croissant. Location wise, it is slightly away from the active and lively road leading to Ao Nang beach. For someone looking for quietude, it can be a good thing. But then you have to walk a few hundred meters even for a small 7Eleven trip.

2 star hotel at best. The manager is inhumane and blabbers stuff in thai. The rooms are not at all well maintained. The washroom is old doesnt even have a lock. There is some kind of old fashioned wooden lock which people used to have in 1950s. The bed gave us a backache because the mattress sank in the middle. Buffet is not good. Small flies all over the food. Had a cracked glass in the room and when we complained about the same they charged us for that though it was their staff who broke it. The manager specially her she is very rude extremely rude. Asked for an iron which every 3 or 4 star has but she denied for it and made inappropriate comments about me , my family and about my country. The lighting is not proper in the hotel. The food sucks.

Simply one of the best. Perfect location, nice property and service as well. Just one thing which I felt not ok was extra charge for water bottle if you ask additional other than provided in the room. But overall a pleasant stay and good experience

It's an absolutely fantastic property. Exclusive interior. Very kind staff. Very clean and neat rooms. Only two problems. First it's location. A little far from ao nang beach. Typically close if in cab, but a little far if you have to walk twice or thrice in a day. Maybe 1 km and also the property is located in a hilly region, so the last 200 metres will be climb walking. Second problem is that the rooms are very far placed. It's long block, where the lift and stairs are in right in the beginning. So from there, it's a long walk to the room if your room is in the far end. Otherwise the property is fantastic. The rooms were stunning and clean.
