My family and I had a pleasant stay! The service was lovely, and the food was very good. Although we encountered a few issues with our room, everything else was amazing. We especially enjoyed the activities at Adventure Park, and I highly recommend trying the night-time bowling and swimming! A special thanks to Jonathan, who kindly assisted us while we waited to leave the island at the end of our stay. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we truly enjoyed our time here!

We had a wonderful family stay at Banana Island. The location is absolutely beautiful and provides a peaceful escape from the city. Our room was comfortable, clean, and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly, professional, and attentive throughout our visit. A special highlight was the family-friendly facilities. My daughter absolutely loved the kids' pool slides and spent hours having fun there. She also thoroughly enjoyed the Kids Club, which offered engaging activities and helped make our stay even more memorable. The only area for improvement would be the dining options. While the food quality was good, the selection of Asian cuisine was quite limited. Expanding the variety of Asian dishes would make the dining experience more enjoyable for many guests. Overall, we had a great experience and would happily recommend Banana Island to families looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway.

I had a fantastic day at Banana Island with my wife and our one and a half year old son. In fact, it has been the highlight of our 4-day Qatar trip! From the moment we arrived, the experience was made even better by James, who went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and well looked after. James first helped us settle into a lovely deckchair before accommodating us with a little cabana by the kids’ pool. This made the entire day so much more enjoyable, giving us a comfortable space to relax as a family and, importantly, somewhere for our son to have his nap. The service throughout was exceptional. James was attentive, thoughtful and always on hand to help, including making sure we had plenty of cold water on a day when temperatures reached 40 degrees Celsius. These little touches made a real difference and showed just how much he cared about making our day special. Beyond the excellent service, the adventure park was another highlight, with activities including the zip line, bungee jump and Tubby Jump providing plenty of excitement. Overall, Banana Island was a brilliant day out for the whole family, combining relaxation, activities and excellent hospitality. A special thank you to James for going above and beyond. His service genuinely elevated the entire experience, and we would happily return!

We had a mixed experience during our stay. On the positive side, the hotel is exceptionally clean, the villas are nice, and the exclusive services were fantastic. Every single employee we interacted with was helpful, welcoming, and attentive. The restaurants were good overall. However, there were several disappointing aspects, especially given the high price per night: Value for Money: It was frustrating to find that most activities incur an extra charge despite the steep room rate. Lack of Entertainment, The resort felt quite boring during the day. There were no events or organized activities, which made it hard to figure out what to do, especially in the hot weather when outdoor options are limited. The kids' club needs major improvements. It would benefit greatly from adding a wider variety of games, interactive programs, and fun activities to keep children engaged. Dining, While the food in the restaurants was good, the dining experience could be elevated to feel more luxurious to match the exclusive vibe of the resort. Overall, it has great potential and beautiful facilities, but the overall guest experience and entertainment need significant enhancements for the price charged, to let us come again

What a wonderful experience we had on the island! From arrival to departure, the hospitality and service from the entire Recreation Team were truly exceptional. We received a warm welcome from Peter, Yusuf, and Naomi, whose friendliness and professionalism made us feel at home. Our time at the Q Lounge Pool was fantastic, thanks to Omar and Jamilah, who provided excellent and attentive service, ensuring our visit was comfortable and enjoyable. A special appreciation goes to Zainab and Prashant from the Adventure Park. We truly appreciated their patience, encouragement, and extra care in ensuring everyone felt comfortable and confident throughout the activities. Ali from Water Sports deserves recognition for his jovial personality and wonderful energy, which added even more fun to our experience! Heartfelt thanks to Mr. Brighton and Mr. Bashir, the Recreation Leaders, for their warm hospitality and excellent leadership. The dedication and professionalism of the entire team truly reflect their commitment to guest satisfaction. Most importantly, our birthday girl had an unforgettable celebration! 🎂❤️ The day was filled with laughter, adventure, relaxation, and beautiful memories.
