An excellent hotel with great amenities, outstanding service, and genuinely welcoming staff. One of the biggest advantages is the complimentary 24-hour shuttle service to and from the airport, which is extremely convenient. The service from the staff made the stay particularly memorable. Namira at reception was warm, friendly, and welcoming during check-in. She explained everything we needed to know and made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. Saharan from the porter service assisted with bringing our luggage to the room, while Duke from security was consistently professional and courteous throughout our stay. A special mention goes to Ferhana at the breakfast reception. She has a wonderful way of welcoming guests that immediately makes you feel at home. Her warmth and genuine hospitality really stand out. The breakfast restaurant staff were equally impressive. Everyone was helpful, attentive, and eager to assist. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble, and the team went out of their way to ensure guests had everything they needed. Overall, this hotel delivers an excellent experience through its facilities, convenience, and, most importantly, its people. If I visit Doha again, Hyatt Hotel Oryx will be my first choice. Highly recommended!

We recently stayed here to celebrate our anniversary, and it was a wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and provided excellent service throughout our stay. They also surprised us with a beautifully arranged cake and a lovely room setup for our celebration, which made the occasion even more special and memorable. Our room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The service was truly top-notch, and we felt well taken care of from check-in to check-out. Thank you for making our anniversary so special. We will definitely be returning again! Special thanks for the HK team sucess and aberahman who make the setup… front office the lady who did our check in with bright smile sisi 🩷

My recent stay in the Hyatt Regency Doha was absolutely flawless. From the moment I checked in, the service was incredibly smooth, professional, and welcoming. My room was pristine, beautifully designed, and offered fantastic comfort. Every detail was handled with care, making my time in the city truly relaxing and memorable. I want to extend a special thanks to Mr. Habib Helal "Guest Experience Manager" who went above and beyond and took extra care of my stay to make it so comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Doha and will certainly be back!

I had an awesome stay at the Hyatt Regency Oryx Doha. The hotel completely nailed it. It has a great modern vibe, but it still feels super welcoming and comfortable. It is the perfect spot to crash whether you are traveling for work or just exploring Doha. The location is super convenient since it is really close to the airport and easy to get to the main spots in the city. My room was flawless—spacious, spotlessly clean, and the bed was like sleeping on a cloud. Plus, the room was so quiet that I couldn't hear any outside noise at all, which was amazing for getting some solid rest.Food-wise, the breakfast buffet was a total win. There were so many fresh options to choose from. I also spent some great downtime relaxing by the outdoor pool and hitting the gym, which had everything I needed. The best part by far was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful, and just genuinely nice. They really go out of their way to make sure you have a great time. I’d definitely stay here again next time I'm in Qatar!

I booked two pool-view rooms on a half-board basis (breakfast and dinner). The rooms were clean, comfortable, and nicely presented, with a pleasant pool view. However, the two rooms were located in different sections of the hotel, with the children’s room in another wing, which was inconvenient for our family. I specifically chose the hotel on a Thursday to experience the seafood dinner buffet, but unfortunately, the restaurant was closed due to low summer occupancy. We were offered a choice between Al Nafoura Lebanese Restaurant and Cellar Spanish Restaurant, and we chose Cellar, which was very good. The women’s steam room was also unavailable as it was under maintenance. We visited the pool at around 9 PM, where several children were swimming and playing. However, the screen was showing content that was not appropriate for children under 12. I would strongly recommend displaying family-friendly content whenever children are using the pool. Breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of choices. However, coffee was prepared by a machine rather than by a barista, which slightly detracted from what could otherwise have been a truly five-star breakfast experience.
