Had an excellent breakfast experience at The Cellar. The buffet offered a wide variety of fresh and delicious options, with plenty of live counter selections that made the experience even more special. From freshly prepared eggs, waffle's and pancakes to other made-to-order dishes, everything was served hot and tasted amazing. The overall setup was well organized, inviting, and perfect for a relaxed breakfast. A special mention to Mehar for the outstanding hospitality and service. He was extremely cordial, polite, attentive, and always greeted guests with a smile. His professionalism and warm attitude truly stood out and added a personal touch to the dining experience. One of the best service experiences I’ve had. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a quality breakfast buffet in Doha.

My stay at Hyatt Oryx Doha was excellent from start to finish. The arrival experience was outstanding. The bellboys were very attentive and welcoming, and the security staff clearly explained the screening process and guided me through the check-in procedure. The receptionist was extremely professional and courteous, and she kindly checked for room upgrades based on availability, which was greatly appreciated. I also enjoyed a delicious hamburger at the restaurant. The quality was excellent, and the price was very fair for what was offered. The room itself was first-class. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, with soft and high-quality linens that made for a very relaxing night’s sleep. The room was also very well soundproofed, ensuring a quiet and peaceful stay. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of service, comfort, and value. Without a doubt, I would rate Hyatt Oryx Doha 5 out of 5 stars and would gladly stay here again.

The service from all the staff was impeccable. Every single member of staff was so attentive and friendly. Especially Jack, Habib and Mahdi. They really are an asset to this hotel. We stayed here for 7 nights and had the most amazing time. The rooms are spacious and modern. Great rooftop pool.

We recently hosted my son’s graduation dinner at the Hyatt Regency Oryx Doha, and the entire experience was phenomenal from start to finish. From the initial booking and planning stages to accommodating my hundred requests and multiple changes, the Nizar was nothing short of amazing. Communication with Nizar was effortless, and he made sure every detail was perfect for the big day. On the day of the event, Jack, Mehar, and Salma went above and beyond to accommodate every request and ensure everything ran smoothly. The staff, service, professionalism, and attention to detail were truly outstanding. Thank you for helping us create such beautiful memories for such a special occasion. Highly recommended!

We just checked out and LOVED this hotel. It was in a fantastic location, has a free shuttle and the staff are all WONDERFUL! When we asked to stay an extra day it was not a problem at all and we did not need to change rooms. The coffee machine had a slight leak, it was fixed quickly by housekeeping staff who left a lovely note for us. The beds were super comfortable and the bathroom was lovely. We had the breakfast, so much selection! And if you are health conscious… try the peanut butter energy bar. It was so nice. Fresh carrot juice too, it was so delicious. We swam in the pool, they have lifeguards. There is a spa, steam room and sauna (seperate for male and female). The gym was incredible!! We cannot fault this amazing hotel. Thank you so much for a lovely stay.
