I would like to express my sincere thanks to the hotel staff and management for their excellent hospitality. The food was very good, and the room service was also efficient and timely. During the month of Ramadan, I truly appreciated the thoughtful arrangement for Sahour (Sehri) to be served in the room. Sometimes, due to tiredness, I forgot to call and place my order, but the staff kindly called me to check and confirm the menu I preferred for Sahour. This level of care and attention meant a lot. The room attendants were also very well behaved, respectful, and always polite in their interactions. Their professionalism made the stay very comfortable. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience and sincerely thank the entire team for their support and service.

We recently hosted my daughter’s destination wedding reception on 5th November 2025 at Hyatt Regency Oryx Doha, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. The banquet hall was absolutely stunning — spacious, elegant, and beautifully maintained. The décor, lighting, and overall layout created a sophisticated and warm atmosphere that perfectly suited such a special occasion. The ambience was classy yet welcoming, making all our guests feel comfortable and impressed from the moment they walked in. The food was exceptional. Every dish was thoughtfully prepared, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. Our guests thoroughly enjoyed the variety and quality, and we received countless compliments throughout the evening. The catering team ensured everything was served seamlessly and on time, which made the event smooth and stress-free for us. The staff was professional, attentive, and extremely supportive throughout the event. Their coordination and hospitality played a big role in making the reception a grand success. Brilliant hotel! We stayed four nights and our experience of the hotel is that it has great customer with great amenities. Very comfortable bed with adequate storage and large shower area with all modern features throughout. The hotel has a great pool along with a great gym one of the best i have come across all equipped with top tier life fitness branded equipment. Guests also get access to sauna, jacuzzi and steam room. Dining wise there are few al la carte restaurants and we tried the Lebanese restaurant which was great. The hotel staff all go out of their way to always offer you great customer service and nothing is too much trouble for them. The gym amenities staff along with the concierge are the pinnacle of great customer service. The hotel is spotless and clean with a great lobby reception area. The location it is around 10 minutes from the airport and the hotel has a complimentary hourly shuttle bus service 24 hours a day. We got Ubers from hotel all around the city and averaged around £4/£5. I would highly recommended this hotel if you are looking for a great hotel to stay in Doha with the best customer service and brilliant amenities. I would like to thank all the staff and the management for creating such a great hotel experience for guests.

We hosted an international seminar at this hotel and accommodated about 65 guests for four nights, and the experience was excellent. The event organization, ballroom setup, catering, and staff support were all very professional. Our guests also enjoyed their stay and appreciated the service and hospitality. Special thanks to Suleiman, Aline, and Romaisa for their outstanding support and cooperation throughout the preparation and execution of the event. Highly recommended for conferences and large business groups visiting Doha.

The Hyatt Regency Doha’s lobby is an art installation. Those pinkish-purple trees are genuinely stunning and make arrival feel special. The breakfast buffet was very solid, with a wide international spread and excellent service. Speaking of service: superb across the board. This stay reaffirmed what I already believe. Hyatt internationally operates on a totally different level than in the U.S. My room was comfortable. The complimentary upgrade was very much appreciated. This location is fantastic, with plenty of walkable areas nearby. The gym, while functional, could use a refresh, but with numerous restaurants onsite and attentive staff everywhere, this was an excellent Doha base.
