We have just spent 8 nights at the Kempinski Marsa Malaz and can say without reservation that it is the best customer service I have ever experienced in a hotel. Nothing was too much trouble and the staff in all areas of the hotel were exceptional. We ate at four of the restaurants and the food was exceptional in all restaurants. Three of the staff who we dealt with on a daily basis are an absolute credit to the hotel. Chef Talal who ran the breakfast restaurant was an absolute gem of a man and introduced us to different breakfast cuisine every day that was delicious and nothing was too much trouble. Our housekeeping team of Mohammed and Amit cleaned our room every day leaving it spotless and turned down the room every evening. Finally Dominic the lifeguard looked after us every morning at the beach and again nothing was ever too much trouble. Wonderful hotel, wonderful location but what makes this hotel exceptional is the staff. Highly recommended.

The hotel is absolutetly wonderful. Great location and everything from the check in to the check out has been absolutely great. Staff members have been super positive and attentive. They supported us throughout their stay with the outmost professionalism. Thank you to the ladies in red, Zehi, Neil and Idris and Eric. In addition the gentleman at the Pool & Beach (saw him again at the breakfast this morning) was great and I loved his energy. This was a wonderful experience, the accomadations were beyond my expectations. The staff were extraordinary, the level of customer service was exceptional. The 2 ladies that made this stay extra special were Camille and Maysa I hope I spelled their names correctly. These 2 women are a asset to this establishment. I hope they are recognized for all the hard work they do. I would like to express my gratitude to all the staff at Marsa Malaz you made our stay memorable. There is only one word to describe the Marsa Malaz Kempinski The Pearl"outstanding" From the Moment we arrived the room,service and staff were amazing. The hotel is simply beautiful, everywhere is spotlessly clean obviously a great deal of care and attention has been taken by the management and staff. As we arrived the porters jumped into action Eric was super friendly and helpful as was the concierge. All of the staff we came into contact with were all polite and friendly ,from the super efficient cleaning staff to the lovely breakfast staff they simply couldn't do enough for us. We visited several bars and restaurants in the hotel during our stay all were amazing with excellent food and delicious cocktails, We were visiting to attend the Qatar Grand Prix so only a short visit ,hope to visit for longer next time and see more of this beautiful country and use this outstanding hotel of course Highly recommend 10/10 👌

We all can see how good the hotel is equipped from the web site but what we don’t know is how good the staff are. We’ve stayed in and around the Middle East for years and always found the service to be good. The Kempinski on the Pearl have outstanding staff. Our day started in the Fauchon restaurant for breakfast being served by lovely young ladies Khaoula and Khaulad. They started our day brilliantly with their conversation and fantastic demeanour. Through the day we meet up with Siri and William on the beach. Brilliant guys indeed. Vincent the security guy looks a real cool dude with a great smile. The room was serviced brilliantly also.
