Exceptional service from start to finish! From the moment we arrived, the experience exceeded our expectations. We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade, and despite arriving at 7:00 a.m. after an early morning flight, the hotel had our room ready, allowing us to check in immediately. This thoughtful gesture made a huge difference after a long journey. A special thank you to the incredible recreational staff, especially Domonic, who was friendly, professional, and made every activity enjoyable. The breakfast reception staff and all the dining staff were consistently welcoming, attentive, and provided outstanding service throughout our stay. A big thank you as well to Hamza at reception for his professionalism and warm hospitality. We also greatly appreciated the security team, especially Elizabeth, who was always courteous, friendly, and made us feel safe and welcome. The staff in the Red Team also deserve recognition for their hard work and excellent customer service. Every member of the team went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The genuine hospitality, attention to detail, and willingness to help made this one of the best hotel experiences we've had. We highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning!

I tried afternoon tea at Kempinski Residences & Suites Doha and honestly it’s one of the most elegant tea experiences in the city. The setting feels very refined and quiet, with a luxury hotel atmosphere that makes everything feel a bit more special from the moment you sit down. The afternoon tea itself was really well presented. You get a nice selection of finger sandwiches, pastries, scones, and sweets, all served beautifully on tiered stands. The pastries were delicate and fresh, and the balance between sweet and savory was well done. The scones were especially nice with cream and jam, which made the whole experience feel very classic. The tea selection was also good, with a variety of blends to choose from, and everything was served in a calm, unhurried way. What stood out most was the service — attentive without being intrusive, which matches the overall hotel vibe. Overall, Kempinski afternoon tea is a great option if you want a quiet, luxurious experience with good food, nice presentation, and a relaxed atmosphere perfect for catching up or celebrating something small.

Our stay at Kempinski Hotel was amazing from start to finish. We stayed for one night and it was a wonderful experience. We loved the jacuzzi, pool, beach, and the beautiful interior and exterior design of the hotel. The room they gave us was very big, extremely clean, and had a beautiful balcony view. The amenities were great, and the whole atmosphere felt luxurious and relaxing. I also managed to take some really good photos because every part of the hotel looked stunning. A special thank you to the wonderful staff who made our stay even better. Thank you to Apple, Emelita, and Safa for being so kind and welcoming. Big thanks as well to the recreation staff Sandy, Kumar, and Motim for their energy and friendliness. Also thank you to Khine and Waleed in the breakfast area for the excellent service every morning. Everyone was sociable, professional, and made us feel comfortable throughout our stay. We would definitely love to come back again.

Absolutely loved our stay! The staff were absolutely incredible. So friendly and ready to help. The rooms were very large and beautiful. We had breakfast every morning at Public House and Chef Talal Zouhair was fantastic. Even gave us a special dessert platter on our last day! Cannot fault our stay at all. Highly recommend!
