I had a wonderful stay at your hotel and would like to express my sincere appreciation to the entire team. Everything from the cleanliness to the overall service was excellent. I would especially like to thank Aleeza and Radja at the reception for the warm welcome and professional assistance during my stay. Their kindness, helpful attitude, and attention to detail truly made my experience even more enjoyable. I would also like to express my special thanks to Ms. Gülcan for her kind support and help throughout my accommodation. Her attention and assistance were truly appreciated. The room was cleaned perfectly every day, and everything was neatly organized with great attention to detail. Their effort truly made a difference in our stay. I had a truly fantastic dinner at Trader Vic’s, and it was a 5-star experience from start to finish. The atmosphere was perfect, but what really made the evening stand out was the incredible service and the quality of the food. The highlight of our night was the staff. A huge thank you to Nur, Eve, and Dede for their exceptional hospitality. They were attentive, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Their warm energy and efficiency made us feel truly welcomed. It is rare to find a team that works so seamlessly together to provide such high-level service. The food was absolutely delicious, everything was cooked to perfection. From the appetizers to the main course, every dish was a hit. Of course, the drinks were equally impressive, crafted with the signature Trader Vic’s touch. Overall Experience Between the delicious meal and the top-tier service from Nur, Eve, and Dede, everything was flawless. If you’re looking for a spot with great vibes, amazing food, and a team that genuinely cares about your experience, this is it. I can’t wait to come back!

Everything about our stay at Hilton Hotel was absolutely perfect. From the very first moment, we were welcomed by the highly, highly polite, friendly, and beautiful receptionist Ms. Eman. Her professionalism, kindness, and warm smile made us feel not like guests, but like we were coming home after a long and hard day of work. She truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was comfortable and smooth for us. Every morning was made even better by Hussein, who served all kinds of coffee with his always cheerful and lovely smile. His positive energy and “silly” (in the best way!) friendly attitude made our mornings special and full of joy. He remembered our preferences and always made us feel cared for. The hotel itself is extremely clean, well organized, and beautifully designed. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and very quiet. The housekeeping staff are excellent, and every detail is taken care of. The atmosphere of the hotel is calm, elegant, and welcoming. The service level is truly 5-star, and the staff make all the difference. This stay exceeded all our expectations, and we will definitely return again and again. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to feel relaxed, respected, and genuinely welcomed.

Musaddik and the cleaning staff were absolutely fantastic, polite, and professional. They were able to clean the room to brand new in as little time as possible. They made me feel very welcome and I’ll be coming back again based off of this.
