I recently had the pleasure of staying at Barcelo Mussanah Resort and my experience was nothing short of fantastic. The hotel boasts a stunning location, with breathtaking views and easy access to local attractions. The room was well-appointed, clean, and comfortable, making it a perfect retreat after a day of exploring. One of the highlights of my stay was the impeccable service provided by the staff. They were always welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met. I would like to give a special shoutout to Sumith, the lifeguard. His attentiveness and professionalism made me feel safe during my time by the pool. Sumith’s friendly demeanor and willingness to assist guests truly enhanced the overall experience. Additionally, I want to extend my gratitude to Charles, the manager. His leadership and dedication to guest satisfaction were evident throughout my stay. Charles was always visible and approachable, ensuring that everything ran smoothly. His commitment to excellence sets a high standard for hospitality. Overall, I highly recommend Barcelo Mussanah Resort and cannot wait to return!

I rate this hotel for 3 strong stars (4 stars in hotel rating is overstatement in my eyes). Rooms were clean, furniture and all additions in shape nothing broken, worn or so. Room service every day. Hotel located in totally remote area, around 45min walk to the nearest village (if anybody walks that distance in Oman - rather driving). Whole resort area is clean, we'll managed, nice beach with umbrellas, beds to comfortably enjoy the sun in front of the sea. Beach not crowded with hotel customers only. Swimming pools with guards, small aquapark for children, beach bar, tennis court and probably more that I didn't noticed. Hotel staff very friendly, taking care of the customers. Rent a car and small grocery available in the object. I was there for 7 days vacation with my wife and we spend very good time there.

Barceló Mussanah Resort is a fantastic place for both relaxation and activities. The hotel offers all the facilities you could need, and it’s easy to arrange trips and excursions directly from the hotel’s coastline, which adds a special touch to the stay. Everything was clean, the atmosphere was welcoming, and there were excellent options for children, making it very family-friendly. Guests can enjoy both the beach and multiple swimming pools, so there’s always somewhere to unwind. You definitely won’t go hungry here. The food was of very high quality, with large buffet selections offering something for everyone. Overall, a great experience and a resort I would happily recommend.

I recently stayed at Barceló Mussanah Resort in the Sultanate of Oman and had a wonderful experience overall — but what stood out most was the exceptional service provided by one of the lifeguards, Sumith. From the moment we arrived at the pool area, Sumith was always attentive, friendly, and professional. He made sure every guest felt safe and comfortable, constantly supervising with a warm smile and a positive attitude. His vigilance put us at ease, especially when enjoying the water with children. We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Oman. Everything was well organized, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was very pleasant and relaxing. A special and heartfelt thank you goes to Samuel from the Azure restaurant, who took amazing care of us during our stay. He was always friendly, attentive, and professional, and made every visit to the restaurant a truly enjoyable experience. Thanks to him, we felt genuinely welcomed and very well looked after. His service really stood out and deserves great appreciation. We truly enjoyed our time at the hotel and would gladly recommend it to anyone visiting Oman. We hope to return one day.
