We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean, the food offered a great variety, and the staff were always friendly, welcoming, and helpful. A special thank you to the entertainment team for making every day so much fun with their energy and enthusiasm. They organized fantastic activities for both adults and children, creating a great atmosphere throughout our stay. A very special mention goes to Bassant, who was absolutely amazing. She was always smiling, kind, and full of positive energy. She made everyone feel included and went above and beyond to ensure guests had a great time. Her professionalism and warmth truly made our vacation even more memorable. Thank you to the entire team, we would definitely love to come back!

We has a wonderful time at Charmillion Club Aqua Park. The hotel is very clean. Our cleaner, Ramadan, was very attentive and cleaned our room so well. He was also very kind and helpful to our needs. Around the hotel is also very clean and tidy. The entertainment is great fun. My 3 year old enjoyed many activities in the daytime and loved the mini disco. The shows at night time are okay...we tended to go to the mini disco and then back to our room. The pools are fabulous. Great for toddlers all the way up to adults. It was great to see our toddler enjoying thr slides and the relax pool on other days. The lifeguards work very hard. Their number one priority is keeping everyone safe and there is nothing they don't miss. I was very impressed. Reception staff are helpful but when we arrived, we were given a room on the first floor when I had a specifically asked for a room on the ground floor when we booked. I was told this was not a problem and was offered a room on the ground floor. We then didn't have a cot for our baby even though I had asked for one at checkin and was told it was not a problem. The phone wasn't working so we asked our porter. My husband then had to go to reception to ask for a travel cot again. It was a bit frustrating when it was also so late at night. We had upgraded after booking to a suite so our 3 year old had his own room. The rooms were spacious and clean. The beds were huge! The food and drinks were okay. The food was very repetitive but everything was cooked well and we never got sore tummies. The drinks were good but the spirits all kind of tasted the same. Cocktails tasted a bit like juice whichever one you tried. The staff in the dining hall were very attentive - Mamoud was extremely helpful and made a lot of effort to make our experience enjoyable. He was friendly and made the effort to make our children laugh which was so lovely. Ahmed who working on the patio part of the restaurant was also very kind and always had a smile on his face. The bar staff around the hotel were great at their jobs. Nothing was a problem. A shout out to Omar for his great, friendly service! We would definitely return to the hotel! The hotel is beautiful, food is gorgeous! The animation team is amazing, great activities all day and in the evening they are so friendly they have been great with my children and very accommodating. There also cats at the hotel which is a bonus!!! We were in room 913 and 912.

The hotel had some positive points, but unfortunately my overall experience was disappointing. There was a reception staff member called Ahmed (or possibly Mahmood) he looks like the guy from munsters who I found quite rude and unwelcoming. From the moment I walked into reception, mosquitos flying about in hotel freely. The room cleaning was inconsistent. Unless a tip was given, only part of the room seemed to be cleaned. Fresh towels were rarely provided automatically, and I had to keep asking for them, which became frustrating. The food was very repetitive throughout the stay. However, I must say the restaurant staff were excellent—friendly, hardworking, and a real credit to the hotel. I was also placed on the highest floor in a family area with lots of children, despite there being no lift. After long days out, having to climb several flights of stairs every night was exhausting. Overall, there were some good staff members, particularly in the restaurant, but several aspects of the stay need improvement

Where do I start? This has been a true 5-star holiday and, without a doubt, the best family holiday we have ever had! Firstly, I would like to give a massive shout-out to Ziad, the lifeguard, who absolutely made our holiday. He is hands down the best lifeguard the hotel has and is a real credit to the team. He interacted with everyone, always had a welcoming smile on his face, and genuinely made every day more enjoyable. We will miss him so much! He is one of the main reasons we want to return, and we're already planning to come back in the first week of April. I would also like to mention Nady, who worked at the bar. Nothing was ever too much trouble for him. He always went above and beyond to help our large group find somewhere to sit, brought drinks over to us, and greeted us with a huge smile every single day. His customer service was exceptional. A special thank you also goes to the head chef. I'm a very fussy eater, and he went out of his way to personally prepare meals for me in the evenings so I never went hungry. That level of care and attention meant so much. The cleaning manager and the housekeeping team for Block B9 also deserve recognition. They went above and beyond to keep our room spotless and ensure we had a comfortable stay. We had a slight hiccup with our room when we first arrived, but as soon as we reported it, it was dealt with immediately. They then checked in with us every day to make sure everything was okay, which was greatly appreciated. The only slight negative during our stay was some of the reception staff. Around 70% of the time I visited reception, I was asked to come back in an hour or at another time. By the end of the holiday, this did become a little frustrating. Overall, though, this was a fantastic holiday from start to finish. The outstanding staff, amazing service, and wonderful atmosphere made it a holiday we'll never forget. We can't wait to return in April!
