After a long journey, we were warmly welcomed by the reception team at Cinnamon Hakura. The seaplane transfer was a highlight and a wonderful start to days during which we felt fully taken care of. Our beach villa on the Platinum Island was excellent and very comfortable. For a future stay, we would appreciate a villa with more direct beach access, as ours had steps leading into the water and a small sandy access. The daily buffet on the Platinum Island was consistently very good and varied. We would especially like to thank our wonderful waiter trio: Affan, Keerthi, and Hannan. They were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and truly enhanced our stay. The bar team, led by Nandana and Akalanka, was equally outstanding — always courteous, genuinely interested in how we were doing, and curious about our plans for the day. We also want to express our gratitude to the female cook at the Platinum restaurant, whose name we unfortunately no longer remember. She was incredibly kind, explained the dishes to us, and always took the time for a friendly chat. The only downside was the absence of a direct house reef. Even so, we still had memorable moments in the water: we saw rays, many colorful fish, and even spotted a turtle near the island. The complimentary snorkeling trips and the excellent excursions offered by the dive center ensure that nothing is missing and there is no chance of getting bored. Overall, a trip we can highly recommend.

Not sure what to say other than WOW. Amazing place, fantastic staff, picturesque location and our own aquarium under the floor in the room. Would recommend and would love to come back. Had a sunset cocktail cruise while here. Was brilliant. Nandana and his crew were brilliant. Attentive, happy, efficient. Loved every second of it. Well worth the money. Update. When we checked out at 1200, had to wait until 2pm-3pm for seaplane transfer. We were surprised to find they wanted $25 per person for lunch!! Was not worth the money especially for lunch. Be warned.

Our stay at the resort was absolutely wonderful. The surroundings were stunning and peaceful, and we loved spotting so many different kinds of fish. They also offer loads of activities. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, especially our waiter, Layaan, who made us feel truly taken care of. I also want to mention the dive centre is amazing! Highly recommended!

We stayed at the beautiful Cinnamon Harukaa Huraa Resort, and our experience was exceptional from start to finish. We stayed in a water villa, which was spotless, perfectly maintained, and offered unforgettable views. Every morning, we could watch the sunrise right from our bed, and throughout the day we enjoyed the stunning underwater world - colorful fish, reef sharks, and even rays passing right beneath us. The resort staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and always ready to help. The service was truly first-class. I would especially like to highlight our wonderful waiter Layaan, who was absolutely fantastic and amazingly helpful. Our SPA therapists Opina and Putri were also outstanding - very skilled, welcoming, and professional. The excursions were magical, too. We particularly recommend the shark-snorkeling experience, which was truly a once-in-a-lifetime adventure. During our stay, we also enjoyed special dinner - Sandbank Date on a nearby island. It was a beautiful, romantic evening - perfectly arranged with delicious dinner, lovely music, soft lights, and refreshing drinks. Here we would like to praise our private butler Nandana, who was incredibly friendly, professional, and made the entire evening even more special. Thanks to him, it became an unforgettable memory for us. We are deeply grateful to the entire resort team for the amazing stay and the exceptional service. We truly appreciate everything and look forward to returning again in the future.

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful – a vacation that will be hard to beat! From the moment we arrived, we felt completely welcome and well taken care of. The staff were incredibly friendly, kind, and always went out of their way to make our stay perfect – a huge thank you to the whole team! The resort itself is beautiful and well-maintained, offering everything you could wish for in a Maldivian paradise. We especially loved the relaxed atmosphere – it truly felt like being in heaven on earth. There were just a few minor downsides: the noise from the facility, which could get a bit annoying at times, and the buffet, which tended to repeat after a few days. However, there was a big highlight that made up for it – every day there was at least one food stand offering something new, like hotdogs, pizza, or other treats. It was always delicious and a nice change! Overall, it was a wonderful stay at a lovely resort with an amazing team. We’d love to come back and can truly recommend this hotel from the heart! ❤️
