Had a great holiday with a big group of 11 girl friends. We felt very safe. All staff were super accommodating and so friendly. Ahmed at the market restaurant always had a table ready for us. Moawad our housekeeper always making the most the creative animals out of our towels. Hosny in the lobby bar was so lovely to us all.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Room 8001 was absolutely fantastic! A huge part of what made our stay so special was our cleaner, Moawad. He is genuinely the best cleaner I’ve ever had at an all-inclusive hotel! Our room was always cleaned brilliantly and left absolutely spotless. But what really made it memorable was the effort he put into his amazing towel art. We started a little “towel war” with him, and I have to admit — he definitely beat me and my friend! 😂 Every time we came back to the room, we couldn’t wait to see what creative towel masterpiece he had made next. Moawad clearly takes so much pride in his work and went above and beyond to make our stay fun and special. His creativity, attention to detail and fantastic service really stood out. Moawad is officially our No. 1 cleaner! 🏆👏 Thank you for making our stay in Room 8001 one we’ll always remember! ❤️
