Lovely setting, food is average at best, everything tastes the same. Lovely grounds. Rooms are very small. The hotel value potential customers more than existing, customer service at a level I’ve never experienced. They really don’t care, the reply from head receptionist was “you can cancel and we accept” no want to help. Absolutkey none of the alcohol is premium anlthough they have anll the bottles behind the bar. You’re served some paint stripper. everything has been rebottled. The beer is so gassy you can’t finish a pint (sounds like I’m exaggerating, I’m not!). It’s a 4 star hotel at best. If spending good money, don’t book here. Not one person I met around the pool is returning. Says it all. Terrible experience, I called 2 months before asking to upgrade my room. They said no possibility, you can only upgrade at check in. Although, in the meantime, they accept bookings for the room I’ve asked for. They value potential customers, more than existing. They also want an additional €10 for a new card key, but only supply 2 a family of 4 @clubtuana, you should be ashamed.

Club Tuana is a lovely hotel. Perfect scenery and the hotel is immaculate. Staff always working hard to keep the place spotless. Not all of them speak much English but clearly work very hard. The bar staff in restaurant always remembered our orders and we got a laugh out of it. The food in the restaurant was pretty good, most of it very good, there was a good selection for everyone depending what mood you were in. The salads on offer particularly were excellent. Our travel agent managed to get us an upgrade to the lagoon area, and club tuana were very accommodating about this, so thank you very much to the booking team! The hotel is very lively and full of families, so the pool area is busy and full of kids running and playing. We had our rooms cleaned every day with new towels given to us daily. It is such a stunning hotel!

I don't often do reviews but I felt I needed to this time. All I can say is amazing. Every single aspect of my holiday was amazing. The service, the food, the staff, the entertainment were all incredible. Best resort I have ever stayed. Everything you could want this place has. You can choose to do nothing and relax or you can do as much as you like so many activities are included. The rooms are lovely and clean and the food and drinks are in abundance. I will definitely be returning and cannot wait. Thank you for a amazing holiday!

Me and my wife booked a 6 night stay here and we both fell in love with Club Tuana. The gardens around the resort are impeccable, and you get a tropical island feeling throuout the resort. The food at Club Tuana is also amazing with a vast verity of food everyday, it was always fresh and good quality of produce. it is almost impossible to stay hungry here as 24 hours of the day food is available. Our room was clean and spacious and being a lagoon quest we had access to The lagoon bar and pool which are both amazing. The staff at the lagoon bar made amazing frozen drinks and great coffee, and no matter how busy they got they always smiled and fulfilled our orders. The staff are amazing at this resort From the reception staff to the cleaners we was always greeted with smiles and respect. I would also like to give a special shout out to Mr Hubbly Bubbly, he does amazing Shisha and frozen cocktails. Watching Arsenal win the league with shisha and a frozen piña colada was spectacular. Overall it was a brilliant relaxing stay, and hopefully me and my wife will return for another great holiday. Thank you Club Tuana.

Stayed as a family of 5 for 10 nights, in room 1325. We have a baby, a child and a teenager, so our holiday needed to be a lot of things to a lot of age groups. Overall, it was a good break. The positives: - check in was good, even late at night. A helpful porter carried all of our luggage up a lot of stairs. - grounds are constantly being maintained; gardeners are working hard all day long to keep it looking lush and beautiful - kids club staff are attentive and looked after our son well - there were some helpful (albeit old looking) facilities for babies: in the main dining area there is a microwave, blender, sterilisers for bottles, and children’s plates. You can also request travel cots and baby baths in the room at no additional cost. - renting a cabana (£150) or pavilion (£60) for the day is a lovely thing to do if you want to feel a bit pampered - you’ll get waiter service, fruit platters etc. - the hammam experience is nice, but google it if you don’t know what to expect because it can take you by surprise - the kids enjoyed the pools, water slides and the beach. They also enjoyed being able to get ice creams and ice tea all day if they wanted. - there was a great variety of food at the buffet. Some of the desserts were a bit hit and miss as others have said, but the baklava and semolina syrup cookies were always lovely. Plenty of fresh fruit, cheese, olives, eggs, bread (oh my word the bread!). - some of the shows were really good - Russian ballerinas and circus folk; truly excellent. - really well equipped gym. I did three sessions and it never felt overcrowded. - very peaceful to walk around in the early mornings. There’s a stunning panorama from the beach. And the sunsets are gorgeous. - the more you tip the cleaning ladies, the better job they do…! - the staff all clearly work very hard - the lagoon area looks lovely, we wish we’d had a swim up room! - there’s always something to do - you can’t ever claim to be bored here The negatives: - the other rooms (not lagoon) do feel dated. It’s not an ultra modern finish - there were broken fittings in the room. The beds are lumpy/sagging and so hard that I needed three massages to try and recover (it didn’t help). There’s no lift so if you’re taking stuff up and down stairs all day you might get tired. - I’m not sure they chlorinate the pools enough. By 4pm there was a smell in the main pool that was like sweat mixed with urine, and a quick look beneath the surface of the water was enough to make me leave the pool immediately - it was grim. There was also a kid who repeatedly pooped in the kids pool, although that’s not the hotel’s fault, but to be honest I’m not sure how they cleaned the pool after that. It certainly wasn’t drained and refilled… I just saw them fish out the turd 😂 - do not go to have a massage if you have any injuries or particular needs. Don’t go if pregnant. They don’t do a survey or get you to sign anything in advance, so they know literally nothing about you. Most of the staff don’t speak adequate English and the massages are FIRM. I’m also not sure that choosing a ‘Thai’ massage is any different than choosing a ‘medicinal’ massage - they all felt the same and all hurt. - the à la carte restaurants are actually a set menu. The food was nice and the decor was lovely especially in Olive Tree and Pelagos but to be honest I preferred the buffet - more options. - the hair salon charge £50 for corn row braids. But beware - they aren’t done meticulously enough and on my daughter’s head they came out after three days. They tell you that they’ll last for two months, but sadly this just isn’t the case. - the alcohol and mixers all felt quite cheap rather than premium brands. - it is sadly a fight for sun loungers. If you haven’t bagged one by 7am, you’re stuffed. A great hotel if you’re after a bit of r&r, someone else to do the cooking and cleaning, and the kids to be entertained. But don’t go expecting five star finesse. It’s probably just about a 4 star hotel in reality.
