Myself and my friend Really enjoyed ourselves for the 2 weeks we where here, Hotel is beautiful and bigger than you think, so take a good look around. Loved the dark room that opens at 23.00hrs till 1am serving drinks(Adults only) Very nice and friendly entertainment staff, especially Diego and Iso even though Diego cheat at the games 🤣 🤣 All the staff, are brilliant and don't forget the cleaner's who do an amazing job at keeping the Hotel clean to a high standard. Pool is amazing and the surroundings around it. Food, plenty of it although on occasions it can be on the luke warm side. Our waiter Toprak was amazing, he looked after us throughout our stay in the dinning hall and couldn't do enough for us 5🌟 People who find fault with this Hotel need to revaluate themselves, just saying! We will be returning again, Thankyou for an amazing holiday 😎

We stayed at the Grand Ideal Premium in Marmaris as a larger group of friends to celebrate a birthday, and we had such a fantastic week from start to finish. A special mention has to go to Murat and his Bali masseurs at the spa. He was incredibly welcoming, and the whole experience left us feeling completely relaxed and refreshed—exactly what we needed during our stay. The food was truly a highlight of the holiday. The chefs were amazing and consistently delivered five-star quality meals every day. There was such a wide variety of tasty dishes and desserts, and we especially loved the chefs at the back of the restaurant who freshly grilled meat—they were not only skilled but also so friendly. The entertainment staff were great fun and always made sure there was something going on, creating a lively and friendly atmosphere throughout the day and evening. Turkish night was a real treat, with traditional dancing that made the experience feel extra special. We also want to thank the lovely housekeeping ladies who kept everything spotless, and the attentive bar staff who were always smiling and ready with a drink. The lounge really spoiled us with excellent wine and fantastic cocktails every evening. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate a birthday with friends. Thank you to everyone at the hotel for making it such an amazing and memorable week—we would definitely return!

We stayed here in October as a group of 3 . The hotel was absolutely amazing the selection of food was delicious couldn't fault ! The pool was on the cold side but okay once you were in it for a while. The room we stayed in wasn't big enough for 3 adults and not enough plugs and lighting and mirrors could be improved. The beds and pillows also could do with being more comfortable. The cleanliness was excellent and the staff were very friendly. We definitely would come back but would need a bigger room . Now for me the best part of my holiday was the Spa in the hotel, I honestly can say it was the best Spa experience I've ever had !! It was that good I went 4 times ... U can get them down on price and they offer excellent package deals !! A special thank you to my angel Lianna she looked after me the week I was there she was AMAZING 🫶 literally the best massage ever I highly recommend if you are staying here . Thank you to everyone at the Grand Ideal Premium Marmars for a wonderful holiday and we hope to see you again next year. We used Batman Tours for our private transfers and booked all our trips with him highly recommended.

Absolutely loved everything about my stay here! Great entertainment, amazing food, great location. We stayed at the end of September and the weather was excellent. Great hotel if your looking for a fun, exciting holiday with beautiful decor.

I'm going to give an honest and unbiased view on my stay at this hotel. I'll highlight the pros and cons so anyone with the same thoughts as me will have a prior idea. Pros: 1. Food is great - huge selection all round and is of a decent standard for the price of the hotel 2. Pools are huge and plenty of space to swim 3. Cleaners will tidy your room every day and replace towels etc if asked 4. Luggage room available if you have a late flight and hotel welcomes you to stay till departure 5. Located on the strip of hotels so easy access to the buses that lead to the marina etc. 6. Loads of local shops, cafes, bars etc and beach cafes are a few minutes walk 7. All inclusive includes all drinks 8. Ice cold AC in the rooms Cons: 1. Reception lady does not leave a good impression to guests and lacks basic customer service skills 2. Rooms are tiny and when you ask to change there is never another available room till the next day 3. If there are more than two of you book a family room with 3 beds. They gave us a pull out sofa which was rock hard 4. No blankets are provided just a thin sheet 5. There's NO iron in the hotel. They charge £6 per item to press 6. No room service available 7. Showers had very low pressure 8. Only two Tiny lifts for the whole resort that barely fit 3 people in and took forever to come up or down 9. Hotel listed a gym, was in the middle of the spa and ended up being 2 treadmills 1 cross trainer and 1 back machine. No weights, benches or anything. Overall it was a good hotel and we would stay again but bare in mind the above points I've made so you can come prepared.
