We have just spent a week here in this hotel and all the staff were friendly and attentive. The choice of food was amazing and the desserts were next level. Food service times could be better as dinner in the dining room was old on from 12 to 1:30 but states 2pm Mehmet in the 24/7 supermarket inside the hotel was very friendly and helpful during our stay, I couldn’t thank him enough. We would definitely stay here again. Hussein in the barbers was also very friendly and if you want to look fresh for an evening out I would highly recommend to ask for him as he was very professional in his trade.

The hotel is truly wonderful. The food is delicious and the restaurant is clean. The chicken dishes are especially fantastic. The staff are hardworking, clean, and polite. Thank you to all the staff. The animation team is very entertaining, especially sila , the activities and shows are superb, congratulations to the whole team. You should definitely come here!

Kuafor/hairdressers Firstly I would like to review my keratin treatment. Meriç was the delightful man who did my treatment. At first I was slightly dubious about having this done however rest assured I was not disappointed. My hair is quite curly and now it is silky smooth and perfectly straight, I am truly delighted with the end result. I had this done on Saturday its now Wednesday and my hair has not one curl. My daughter had braids in half her her at the start of the holiday and they are still going strong. Husband had haircut and shave again done with precision and delighted with it. Beauty tech carried out removal and replace of acrylics this was a bit pricey in comparison to what I pay at home however the care, time and end result was excellent and one nail did snap after I had been at the spa, this was fixed free of charge no questions asked. Tattoo shop - i had a tattoo retouched it was very reasonable and the lady artist was lovely. The spa - this one goes out to Ian Beale who kept it real 😂 he showed us various packages and we opted for the couples VIP which was out of this world definitely worth a visit and if you can this package is awesome. Hotel Supermarket - Staff are so nice and chatting, the shop isn't expensive in comparison to other places I have visited and was cheaper for certain products outwith the hotel. Hotel - the weather was rubbish so we probably spent more time in the hotel than usual. It was raining and there were leaks pretty much everywhere. I didn't think the hotel was as good as what I expected however the bar staff were nice and some good banter. Animation team were good too especially with my mum who has dementia but overall I would rate the hotel 3/5. Restaurants and food - there is a wide selection of food however it's a free for all if you go in between 7 & 8 but then if you go later the food is starting to get taken away around 8 45 so it's kinda a lose lose situation. The late supper is very poor and I only went twice as the 2nd time I was projectile vomiting about 3/4 hrs later. All in all it was an ok week but the little touches ie hair, spa and tattoo made it for us.

Hotel is beautiful, came here with my daughter for the first time. Animation team have made her holiday for her and left her with great memories. Very impressed. Very friendly all of them and attentive to each child 10stars for all the team

Very spacious, comfortable and clean rooms. Excellent service and friendly staff. One of the best food I ever had, massive selection of different types and kinds of dishes. Massive dessert selection. Big family swimming pool with bars, beach front and adults swimming pool. It’s a big resort with shops, restaurants and a pharmacy/doctor. Big spa and gym.
