Atoll Market

This is a welcoming and casual venue home to a number of kitchen concepts such as Italian, Japanese, The Grill, Bakery and desserts. Open for breakfast and dinner, the floor is sand hence boasting a barefoot option for dining.

Ithaa Undersea

Prepare for an exciting and utterly mesmerising experience 16 feet below sea level. Mouth-watering cuisine is served combining European delights complemented by fine wine amidst 180 degree views of coral gardens and many fish species. Caviar for dinner and four-course menus, midmorning cocktails and private dining, all this and more is enjoyed amidst the most memorable of settings.

Koko Grill Restaurant

A venue to embrace the romance in you, here is where 9-course Japanese dishes are served under the twinkling Maldivian stars.

Mandhoo Restaurant

Located in the Spa area, this beautiful restaurant is set over the lagoon in an intimate retreat. The ideas and concepts here gather together the best in menu choices aimed to detox, nourish, and deliver the freshest organic produce.

Sunset Grill

Stunning views of the ocean can be enjoyed amidst the heavenly sunset each evening at this venue. Delicate seafood and freshly grilled meats matched with fine wine chosen by the sommelier are the favourites with prime steaks completing the occasion.

Vilu Restaurant

Situated by the lagoon in an open-air setting, Vilu serves delicious food and wine pairings with spectacular signature choices.

The Cheese and Wine Bar

Combining two of the world’s favourite dining pleasures, a cheese and wine pairing here at the appropriately named The Cheese and Wine Bar is in store for Conrad guests. Fondue and tapas evenings are also held regularly.

The Wine Cellar

A maximum of 12 guests at a time will have the opportunity to learn from the highly skilful sommelier in the most exquisite of wine pairings and sampling in conjunction with a specific food menu. The setting is intimate and impressive and the menu different each time.

Celebrated chef Jereme Leung serves up a vibrant choice of Chinese culinary delights at this refined dining venue.

Rangali Bar

Enjoy a casual and contemporary feel to this stunning bar area and nightly entertainment venue overlooking the main pool and lagoon.

Half Board Inclusions

Half Board (food only):

• Daily breakfast at Atoll Market and Vilu Restaurant.
• Dinner - Buffet at Atoll market only or Ala carte menu (3-course) is available in Vilu, Mandhoo, Ufaa and Sunset Grill (certain items on the menu are subject to an additional supplement). A credit of USD 145 will apply at Ithaa, Beach BBQ’s, Special Wine Pairing Dinner, KOKO Grill, The Wine Cellar, The Cheese and Win Bar and any other special dining event.
• Dine around / Dinner Credit is NOT applicable for In-Villa Dining, Island Destination Dining (private dinners), Picnics or Special Events. Any unused credit will neither be refunded nor carried forward to the next day.
• Plan must apply for the entire stay and for all guests in the same room or villa.
• Meal supplements are not available on 31 December 2026.
• Restaurants may operate on a rotational basis during low occupancy.

• Unlimited non-alcoholic beverages from ‘Selected menu’ will be available during lunch and dinner from the restaurant where the guests are enjoying the meals and available during the day (from 10am until Midnight) at Rangali bar and Quiet Zone (from 10am till 6pm).
• The same meal plan must apply for the entire stay and for all guests in the same room or villa.
• Non-alcoholic package is not available from the 21 December 2026 – 09 January 2027.
• Beverage packages are NOT applicable for In-Villa Dining, Island Destination Dining (private dinners), Picnics or Special Events.
• Restaurants may operate on a rotational basis during low occupancy.

Rangali Beverage Package (18 years and above only)

• Unlimited beverages from the “selected” drinks menu (house wines, beers and house spirits and non-alcoholic soft beverages and a cocktail selection) will be available during lunch and dinner from the restaurant where the guests are enjoying the meals and available during the day from (10am until midnight) at Rangali bar and Quiet Zone (10am till 6pm).
• Rangali beverage package is only available for guests booked on Half Board or Full Board.
• Beverage packages are NOT applicable for In-Villa Dining, Island Destination Dining (private dinners), Picnics or Special Events.
• Rangali Beverage Package is not available from the 21 December 2026 – 09 January 2027.
