We recently stayed at Diamond Head Resort in Fort Myers Beach for the first time and could not be happier with our experience. The resort is comfortable and relaxing, with a spacious, clean room and stunning Gulf views. The location on the north end of the beach was perfect for us. What truly stood out was the exceptional service from the entire staff. From the warm welcome when we pulled up, to the helpful front desk team and restaurant personnel, everyone was outstanding. They made us feel genuinely valued! They also offered excellent directions and provided thoughtful local recommendations. Their outstanding service made our stay truly memorable. We highly recommend Diamond Head Resort and are already looking forward to our next visit!

Where do I begin? After unfortunate circumstance at a previously booked hotel, I called Diamond Head praying they had a room for my husband and myself. Michael saved the day (front desk) and found us a room. He was so incredibly nice and made us feel welcomed. He made sure that when we had to change rooms the following day that it was as seamless as possible. The staff hare is incredibly nice and helpful. Our bellman John helped move our bags and was super friendly and knowledgeable. The food at the bar was delicious, and so were the drinks. We felt that the prices were very reasonable. If you're searching for a place to stay, I can't recommend diamond head enough. They managed to turn around our first time in Fort Myers, from what we thought was going to be not great, into the best trip! We can't wait to come back to stay here.

We had a wonderful stay at DiamondHead Beach Resort! The rooms were beautiful, very spacious, and having a kitchenette made our stay even more convenient. The bathroom was also clean, modern, and roomy. The food at Cōste Island Cuisine was delicious, and we especially enjoyed visiting Torrey, the bartender. He was friendly, attentive, and made our dining experience even better. Every employee we encountered provided outstanding guest service—they were all welcoming, helpful, and genuinely friendly. The location is fantastic, with a beautiful beach just steps away, making it the perfect place to relax. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

I stayed here from April 20 thru the 23rd, 2026. The staff was very accommodating specifically Gia at the front desk. One night I attempted to purchase a snack from one the vending machines only to find the one on the second floor was removed. I went to the front desk & Gia informed me they had all been removed. She asked what I was hoping to buy and I said chips. She said wait here a second and when she came back with 2 small bags of chips from the kitchen. Now that is customer service! All of the staff were just as helpful and friendly. The room was clean and had plenty of storage. The location is perfect, right on the beach and the pool was a great place to catch the rays of the sun as well. I would definitely stay there again. My only complaint is the elevators are very slow, but not a big issue.

Perfect! Super clean, which is the #1 priority for us. Everything we needed was in the room. The view was absolutely amazing: partial ocean and partial view of the colorfully painted city. Honestly, it was better than a 100% ocean view. The ocean water was warm, the pool was clean, there was live music almost every night, and the restaurant was great for dinner. To us, they offered just about everything we could wish for. Please keep it up!
