We had a wonderful family vacation at Pink Shell Beach Resort. The location is beautiful, right on the beach, and the rooms were comfortable and clean. The pools, beach amenities, and family-friendly atmosphere made our stay very enjoyable. We did experience an issue with the air conditioning in our first room, but the staff responded quickly by moving us to another room and making sure we were taken care of. We really appreciated how professionally they handled the situation. A special thank you to Wayne for his kindness and excellent customer service. He made us feel welcome and truly cared about our experience. We would definitely come back and recommend this resort to friends and family! 🌴☀️

Everyone was wondering!! Cece at the front desk was gracious and helped us with our request. Chester welcomed us to the resort, Ranger Rob’s tours and experiences prices. Sammy always found us our perfect beach spot. And of course, Dave, harbor master, is the best!!!! The marina and amenities, exceptional!! Think we like PS? It’s a very special place if you’re lucky enough to experience it.

2nd time we’ve stayed here. Rooms and facilities are very nice and clean. Staff is always nice and accommodating. It’s very much a family friendly resort. Lots of activities geared towards kids. The included breakfast buffet every morning is a nice touch. There’s only a couple other restaurant options onsite, but the food is great. Plenty of other food options nearby. Spa wasn’t open first time around, but it was open for this most recent visit. Deep tissue message with Jillian was wonderful and the cost was reasonable for message services. Lots of restaurants, golf, and other activities for the family nearby. Overall, it’s a great vacation spot to bring the family. I’m sure we’ll be back.

We had an amazing stay at the Pink Shell! The property is beautiful, the beach is absolutely stunning, and there was always something fun to do. One of the highlights for our family was the Octopool—it was clean, well-maintained, and a perfect place to relax and enjoy the day. The beach access is fantastic, with soft sand, gorgeous views, and plenty of space to unwind. The staff throughout the resort were friendly and welcoming, but I want to give a special shoutout to Paxton from valet. Paxton was professional, personable, and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. His positive attitude and outstanding customer service really stood out and helped make our stay even more enjoyable. We can't wait to come back and would highly recommend Pink Shell Resort to anyone looking for a fun, relaxing beachfront getaway!

My wife and I, in our 60's, wanted a 3 night winter retreat in Florida. We used a standard AI program and gave it a list of amenities we strongly desired. AI gave us a list of locations across all of Florida and Pink Shell was #1 on the list. Website looked awesome so we chose. The Pink Shell delivered! Completely enjoyed everything about the stay. There are a Goldilocks of 3 buildings, the active/vibrant main building above the Octopool, the quiet Sanibel villas, and the just right for us Captiva villa building with a full on breakfast buffet with an outstanding omelet chef a few floors below our room, The room was super clean, private bedroom, private bath, private toilet, nice full kitchen and living room, big TV and huge enclosed lanai. Three pools ranging from active with kids to a private adult only pool. Beach setup was perfect with chairs and umbrellas set every day. Plenty of activities and excursions on-site or nearby. Pool bar with decent bar food. Rae's Italian excellent upscale dining. Other dining readily available down the strip with available Pink Shell bikes and free trolley system. All of the waitstaff were very friendly and helpful. Everything has been thought out in advance and whatever you desire is likely at easy access. Thoroughly enjoyed and hope to come back someday.
