We are staying here right now and everything has been wonderful so far. The garden is beautifully maintained, full of roses and lush green grass, and you can see the staff taking care of it every single day. The food is excellent, with a wide variety of choices. There are freshly prepared eggs and omelettes, pasta, many delicious cakes, fresh fruit, different kinds of bread to choose from and many other dishes. The beach is lovely, with a comfortable chairs and it has fabulous coral reef — perfect for swimming and snorkeling. The swimming pools are clean and well-kept, and there are plenty of comfortable beach chairs for relaxing. The rooms are a bit older but very spacious and come with a balcony. They have everything you need for a comfortable stay. What really makes this place special is the staff. Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful, from the cleaning staff to the management and everyone in between. Overall, this hotel offers definitely great value for money. We enyoj very much. We highly recommend it.

The hotel truly offers everything, especially an excellent value for money in terms of price and services. We stayed at your hotel for 8 days and must admit that we were able to completely relax and unwind. All the staff members are very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself offers a beautiful coral reef, so there was no need to go on excursions elsewhere to see coral reefs. The sun loungers by the pool are very comfortable and soft, as are those on the beach. Every day you receive fresh towels, which you return later and receive new ones the following day. The surroundings are beautifully maintained, with staff taking care of the gardens and the entire area on a daily basis. There is no litter anywhere. We would especially like to praise Mohammed Abu Jabal, who was extremely kind and helpful. Every time he saw us, he greeted us warmly and asked if we needed anything in our room. My wife asked him if he could arrange a slightly lower pillow for sleeping, and within one hour everything was taken care of. That was truly very kind of him. Because of people like Mohammed and all the other employees, you truly feel at home in this hotel. We really enjoyed our stay and send our warm regards to Mohammed and to everyone else at the hotel who took care of our well-being.

Its 3 ⭐ hotel at the very max ! Everything is very old but this is the least of the problems. Staff is not helpful in fact you feel bad if u ask anything from them. We been here 10 days, Not once kids club was open! I have asked several people about it and they keep bouncing me to each other. There are nothing for kids. Water slides are allowed from 1.40 m! Which is 12 years +. Kids swimming pool is a tidy paddle with every one as no other pools around. No games, toys or any entertainment for children yet its a family hotel! Rooms are dated but spacious but only 2 plug sockets , 3 meters away from the bed and only one worked! They have evening entertainment but its so loud as all of it facing the rooms, so u cant sleep until 12 as the music is very very loud. Massive good thing is the sea, very warm and the corals are stunning, so snorkelling is amazing here. Food is very average , big gaps between meals, So if u want to sleep longer and miss the breakfast next meal only at 1 pm. Overall its a massive disappointment as hotel is neglected and staff dont care at all Grounds are large and have great potential with the right management it might be good but at the moment i wouldnt waste my money and time here

I am very disappointed with this hotel’s reservation management and the way the business is run. The staff constantly tries to ask for tips for everything, even for services that are already included. Instead of hospitality, you feel pressure. This is not acceptable and makes guests uncomfortable. They told us we could stay and use the facilities until evening, but later they denied saying this and asked for extra money. This is misleading and unprofessional behavior. A hotel must keep its word. Customer satisfaction clearly does not matter here. The focus seems to be only on getting extra payments from tourists rather than providing honest service. We came as guests but felt like we were treated only as a source of money. Hospitality should be based on respect, transparency, and trust — not bargaining and contradictions. I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone who expects fair treatment and proper service.

We had a wonderful stay at Dreams Beach Resort. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere felt welcoming and relaxing. A very special thanks goes to Ahmed Tawfeeq, who truly made our experience exceptional. He looked after us with room service, offered helpful advice whenever we needed it, and went above and beyond to make us feel completely at home. His effort and warm attitude really stood out. The reception staff were also fantastic always asking if they could help with anything and providing great information whenever we needed it. Their friendliness made everything even smoother. The breakfast each morning was delicious with plenty of variety, and the spa added an extra level of comfort to our stay. Overall, everything from the service to the ambiance was fantastic. We would happily return and highly recommend Dreams Beach Resort to anyone looking for a memorable getaway.
