I’m currently staying here in a gorgeous Red Sea view room towards the back end of the resort which itself is huge and I honestly can’t say a bad word about this place. For my first time in Egypt, I couldn’t have picked a better hotel. There’s just a tangible buzz here that people genuinely are enjoying themselves that I’ve not felt with other hotels in other countries. The staff simply cannot do enough for you, you’re always made to feel looked after and like a true VIP. I’d like to especially shout out Dahar who is one of the housekeepers, he’s so lovely and goes well out of his way to make the room feel like a palace after he’s been in during the day and is very polite saying hello and asking how our day is. Just perfect service. Amir who is one of the managers is consistently ready to wait on you and provides amazing service during the food services and evening time if you’re around the restaurant or outside dining area. Again, just cannot do enough for you and always provides service with a genuine smile. This right here is a man who wants to make sure you’re having the best time. The food choice can be a little limiting and repetitive given it’s a buffet style but honestly? There’s still enough for you to fill your plate and it never hurts to try some new stuff too and the live food prep area is a fun little thing as well during each service. The chefs knock up a fantastic omelette during breakfast that you can customise with all different ingredients and while you’d think there’s a language barrier, I’ve actually found that everyone here speaks better English than half the hotels I’ve stayed at in Europe so you’re never going to be far wrong chatting with the staff here. You might feel hounded by all the business reps trying to sell you excursions and massage sessions but believe me, they’re well worth it and you can see why they try and sell them to you - I had my first deep tissue massage after booking three sessions and it’s an amazing experience that’s genuinely going to leave you feeling properly refreshed afterwards. Overall, if you’re coming to Sharm El Sheikh and you’re looking for a good hotel? Stop looking. You’ve found it. Dreams beach resort is the place. Shakrun lak!

The first impression was the reception employee Mr. M. Khalaf welcome us with fresh welcome drink and allow us with free upgrade from garden view to sea view 😍😍 The rooms are good, housekeeping clean it everyday. The beach is really amazing, reaction between sea and hills, one of the most coral reef in Sharm El Sheikh. Food buffet in the main restaurant is good, tasty items, but it's crowded and the staff are not enough to the large number of guests. They don't give attention to seafood. Snacks are available on the beach and pool. Animation shows are random, don't suit 5* hotel. It should be improved. In general the hotel exceeds our expectations as economic 5* hotel

Just returned this morning from an amazing 2 weeks at Dreams beach resort. We had a lower sea view room & the view was stunning. The staff at this hotel are amazing, so friendly & really made our holiday, especially Shady Ravat who works around the pool & works so hard every day & smiles constantly. Also Eric who made sure we had everything we needed around the pool. The pool bar staff are brilliant, especially Ebrahim Sabry who was so kind to us. The food was great & the restaurant staff were fabulous, especially one of the managers Amir who was so kind & helpful. We left the hotel with new friends for life & will definetley be back next year. Thankyou for the memories Dreams beach. See you again soon xxx

Dreams Beach Resort - Sharm El Sheikh Отличный отель, вкусная еда прекрасный вид на море. ​A wonderful experience overall! The food quality is genuinely great with a good variety every day. The resort is massive with wide open spaces, and the rooms offer excellent privacy and comfort. The highlights are the breathtaking views where the rocky mountains meet the crystal-clear blue sea, along with a stunning coral reef right by the beach. Highly recommended for both families and couples.

Disappointing for a 5-star resort Unfortunately, my experience did not match what I expected from a 5-star hotel. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the AC is excellent, housekeeping is very good, and the golf car service is genuinely efficient. Special thanks to Abanoub from housekeeping for his excellent service and to Seif from reception for his hospitality. However, there were too many disappointments: very limited food and fresh fruit variety, extremely limited drinks, a restaurant where one section has no air conditioning, overcrowded and small pool/beach areas, a very limited aqua park with slides frequently unavailable, and very limited entertainment for both adults and children. The biggest concern was the two separate incidents involving feces in the swimming pools during our stay, including one in the children’s pool while my children were playing only a few steps away. This was extremely concerning from a hygiene and safety perspective. Overall, I don’t feel the experience matched what I expected from a 5-star resort or the rating that influenced my decision to book it.
