We are staying here right now and everything has been wonderful so far. The garden is beautifully maintained, full of roses and lush green grass, and you can see the staff taking care of it every single day. The food is excellent, with a wide variety of choices. There are freshly prepared eggs and omelettes, pasta, many delicious cakes, fresh fruit, different kinds of bread to choose from and many other dishes. The beach is lovely, with a comfortable chairs and it has fabulous coral reef — perfect for swimming and snorkeling. The swimming pools are clean and well-kept, and there are plenty of comfortable beach chairs for relaxing. The rooms are a bit older but very spacious and come with a balcony. They have everything you need for a comfortable stay. What really makes this place special is the staff. Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful, from the cleaning staff to the management and everyone in between. Overall, this hotel offers definitely great value for money. We enyoj very much. We highly recommend it.

The hotel truly offers everything, especially an excellent value for money in terms of price and services. We stayed at your hotel for 8 days and must admit that we were able to completely relax and unwind. All the staff members are very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself offers a beautiful coral reef, so there was no need to go on excursions elsewhere to see coral reefs. The sun loungers by the pool are very comfortable and soft, as are those on the beach. Every day you receive fresh towels, which you return later and receive new ones the following day. The surroundings are beautifully maintained, with staff taking care of the gardens and the entire area on a daily basis. There is no litter anywhere. We would especially like to praise Mohammed Abu Jabal, who was extremely kind and helpful. Every time he saw us, he greeted us warmly and asked if we needed anything in our room. My wife asked him if he could arrange a slightly lower pillow for sleeping, and within one hour everything was taken care of. That was truly very kind of him. Because of people like Mohammed and all the other employees, you truly feel at home in this hotel. We really enjoyed our stay and send our warm regards to Mohammed and to everyone else at the hotel who took care of our well-being.

I am very disappointed with this hotel’s reservation management and the way the business is run. The staff constantly tries to ask for tips for everything, even for services that are already included. Instead of hospitality, you feel pressure. This is not acceptable and makes guests uncomfortable. They told us we could stay and use the facilities until evening, but later they denied saying this and asked for extra money. This is misleading and unprofessional behavior. A hotel must keep its word. Customer satisfaction clearly does not matter here. The focus seems to be only on getting extra payments from tourists rather than providing honest service. We came as guests but felt like we were treated only as a source of money. Hospitality should be based on respect, transparency, and trust — not bargaining and contradictions. I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone who expects fair treatment and proper service.

The overall experience was nice. The hotel was clean thanks to Mr Ahmad Safwat (15674), the food was good, there was live entertainment at night and very accomodating people overall. If you'd like to dive there is the facility within the hotel itself and the instructors are very professional. I would have given the hotel 5 stars but they employ a SCAMMER!! The person responsible for the taxi service claimed that he's an honest person because he's muslim who said that our destination is far away. I doubted him as I knew that it was only 5 mins drive away but he lied and said there are two bus stations. There are two stations. One 15 mins away and one 5 mins. He SCAMMED us and LIED and the taxi driver drove in circles to give the illusion that it was really far away, when it was the closer bus station (5 mins, 2.8km) . I was disgusted and disappointed at their behavior and hope that the hotel gets rid of this person who is making a bad name to such a good hotel.

Just returned from a short birthday break. Hotel is lovely and spacious. The staff especially George/Amir were very attentive and friendly. The food was a let down, often luke warm and i found it too oily. The deserts were clearly mass produced, cakes may look different but all tastes the same. The grill was better. The beds were extremely comfortable, however, the bathrooms could do with a deep clean. Plenty of space around the pools, but you will get bothered with salespersons from the Spa who we found very rude.
