Stayed for 5 nights at Eri for our anniversary. If you’re looking for a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, I definitely recommend Eri. As previous reviews have mentioned, they have renovated the whole island, so everything looks modern and well-maintained. The staff also do a great job of keeping the island clean from morning until evening. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. The buffet was very good, with lots of different curry varieties. I would definitely recommend trying their Mashuni at the breakfast buffet. The room we booked was very clean and well-maintained whenever we returned after being out for the day. The resort also has a large gym, game room, badminton court, and soccer area where you can enjoy some activities. There is also plenty of wildlife around the island, as well as lots of fish in the shallow waters, especially baby sharks. At night, adult sharks can be seen swimming underneath the jetty. Snorkelling is easily accessible from the beach areas. The island is also quite spacious, with a continuous stretch of beach all around it. Shout-out to the following staff at Eri: Ditha: Thank you for the warm welcome every time we visited the buffet. You make us feel like we’re visiting a friend, and you were always so friendly and accommodating. Chef Bhupal: Thank you for cooking my pasta and sunny-side-up eggs! Housekeeping: Sorry, I forgot his name, but I think it starts with “M”! Thank you for maintaining the cleanliness of our room, bringing us fresh beach towels, and organising a beautiful “Happy Anniversary” welcome for us on our first day. We really appreciated it!

We had such a great time at Eri. The cristal clear water, the reef, the beach, everything was great. Especially thanks to the wonderful staff. You make the experience truly magical. Our waiter Ali took care of everythink we needed for every meal. We even got to know him a little. He was the best waiter we ever had. We hope to come back soon to this beautiful island.

We had such a wonderful time at this beautiful resort! The island is small, but absolutely lovely, very clean and well maintained. Our beach villa was spacious, and quiet. The perfect place to relax. What really made our stay special, however, were the wonderful staff. Everyone was so kind, friendly and helpful, and we truly appreciated how warm and welcoming they were. A very special thank you goes to Adu, Ijlal, Ditha, Haidar, and Mainuddin. Your attentiveness and kindness did not go unnoticed. We also really enjoyed the excursions they have offered, especially the dolphin cruise and the sandbank picnic. Both were such beautiful experiences and definitely highlights of our trip. Thank you to the whole team for making our stay so memorable. We had an amazing time and would absolutely love to come back! ☀️

The staff were lovely. Everyone remembers your names, they become family. The rooms and the island is very clean. Everyday the workers clear the rocks from the beaches. The food was good on most days, it can be very repetitive so I think 5 nights is a perfect amount to spend on this island. Prices can be quite high due to USD plus tax plus GST, but overall amazing experience.
