Our stay at Four Seasons Resort Sharm El Sheikh was truly exceptional. The staff were incredibly courteous, welcoming, and attentive, making us feel genuinely cared for throughout our stay. The resort's ambiance is peaceful and luxurious, with beautifully maintained gardens, stunning Red Sea views, and elegant surroundings. The food was consistently excellent—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented, with a great variety at every meal. A perfect combination of outstanding hospitality, beautiful scenery, and exceptional dining. We would happily return and highly recommend it.

My stay at Four Seasons Sharm El Sheikh was truly unforgettable. Without a doubt, it is one of the best resorts in the world. The resort feels like a private island of its own—peaceful, spacious, and incredibly relaxing. It is so large that you could easily spend hours walking around and still enjoy discovering new corners. Everything you could possibly need is within the resort, including excellent restaurants, beautiful private beaches, bars, and a wide range of activities. The only thing I would love to see in the future is a dedicated coffee shop, which would make the experience even more complete. What really sets this resort apart is its people. Every member of the team was exceptionally professional and welcoming—from the front desk and guest relations team to the spa staff and the diving center. Their genuine hospitality made the stay even more memorable. If you’re looking for a luxurious escape where you can completely relax and enjoy world-class service, Four Seasons Sharm El Sheikh is absolutely worth it. I will definitely be coming back.

All in all we had a great time and experience from the moment we arrived to the moment we left the hotel. The property is huge and extremely well kept. The gardens are beautiful and you can walk everywhere or get a golf cart to drop you at your desired location. They got two very well equipped gyms, clean and well maintained. Staff is super friendly and hospitable. The room is up to a top standard from lighting options, to appliances and our view was simply a delight to wake up to every day. Two things that stood out in a negative way were the birds at the arabesque restaurant, they were everywhere even on the buffet. Luckily there was a second breakfast option that was perfectly fine. In general there were a lot of birds where they shouldn’t have been. Staff would allow guests to feed them and once we saw a staff member feeding a crow right at the bar. No surprise they keep coming back. The second thing that surprised us, was that the F&B all over the property was not up to the four seasons standard we re used to and expecting. The so called fish market at the reef grill was particularly disappointing. From presentation to taste. Choice of spirits and wines were rather underwhelming all over the restaurants and bars and the instant coffee packets in the room we simply dont understand. Especially when they also offer capsules, which is the minimum standard for such a brand. The last thing that stood out were the old, dingy pots the filter coffee and teas were served in at breakfast.

Four Seasons is Four Seasons. You can never go wrong with it anywhere you go. Huge hotel, rooms are big, service is great, people are super nice and you have plenty of options for food and swimmings pools. It is suitable for kids & families. They have plenty of beach activities (and the water is beautiful for scuba diving & snorkeling) and variety of restaurants. The in-room dining was amazing but super expensive.. Room quality depends on whether it is in the new area or the old one. I highly recommend the new one because the hotel is one of the oldest in the area and the upgrade is huge. Advice: Request them to share with you the link for activities for each restaurant & lounge in the hotel because some of them closes on certain days but the rest are open in certain widows (not the whole day- more like morning/brunch then closes until dinner) to avoid going to it and finding out it is closed..

The Four Seasons Resort is probably the most luxury you can get in Sharm el Sheikh. I have not stayed in any other Four Seasons before, but in other resorts in Sharm El Sheikh. Below a few highlights. Positives: - Gorgeous resort - beautiful and well maintained gardens - it is huge! - Beach/relaxing ares with a lot of more private spots to relax - Calm, no party atmosphere - Various restaurants and bars - Well equipped gym and for runners, the resort is big enough to actually do a daily run of 5k or more - Fantastic for snorkelling with three piers to enter to water - you can actually swim/snorkel along the entire resort length - The room and all the facilities were spotlessly clean at all times To improve: - Room: we stayed in a Suite with two bedrooms. I am not sure when the resort was built but it felt a bit old. I believe the standard should be higher to deserve five stars especially attention to detail: eg there was only a small TV with very limited choice of TV programmes, limited coffee/tea selection in the room, the AC sometimes smelled a bit strange, toilet seat is made of plastic, etc. - Food: The quality of the food was good (meaning no stomach issues as common in Egypt) but not exceptional or it fluctuated from restaurant to restaurant. Breakfast menu is too small and there could be a bit more variety but overall good. Me and my partner are vegan/vegetarian which meant that 2 out of 5 restaurants where not an option for us. Once we still went to the Grill restaurant and the food they made for us - a vegetable wrap - was terrible. In the other restaurant vegan/vegetarian option were very limited. I also believe in a luxury resort, the restaurant should be able to offer alternatives ad hoc (other than pasta with tomato sauce). Considering this, the prices charged for the food are too high in my opinion. Note that prices listed exclude taxes and service charge, which adds another ca. 30% to your bill. The staff is overall friendly but sometimes a bit unprofessional. - Service: Overall good but not exceptional. One day at the beach we were randomly not serviced (no idea why). Things get forgotten here and there. There is a club car service to pick you up from the beach, we once waited for 15mins and then gave up even though we were promised a car would arrive soon. Things like that - no drama, but you get luxury charged without getting it. In summary, it is a beautiful resort and great to relax. But value for money is not good enough - I would have expected more from a Four Seasons especially considering the prices are VERY HIGH for Egyptian standards.
