Ten of us of across three families have just returned from the Four seasons Sharm el Sheikh and had an amazing time. The hotel grounds are stunning and so well manicured, well done to the gardening tv who work so hard to maintain,there are thousands of boganvilla flowers teamed with beautiful sea views. Every member of staff we met were so friendly and helpful and it was a joy to meet them all. It would be impossible to name them all but some that we interacted with more and really left a wonderful impression were Shosho and Madonna from the great kids club, Galal a buggy driver who lit up our day, Momin ,Murjan, Ahmad Salem, Fadi, Sami, Hani and Safa were so friendly and great, David at the pool worked so hard in the hot conditions but always had a smile on his face and the pool manager regularly checked on us. Enji who worked across breakfast and the pool had such a warm and kind nature and treated our family with such care.The food throughout the hotel was delicious with extensive choice across the resort- We enjoyed a lovely Tepanyaki meal.The food and beverage director was so nice. I also met some of the senior staff, the guest relations manager and the front of house manager and they too were a pleasure to meet and it showed the energy filtered from the top down. The housekeeping team were excellent and left our room spotless everyday My sister used the spa facilities and was very happy. There are free buggies to Soho square ( shopping and restaurant area) which is a few minutes away which we really appreciated. I would highly recommend this hotel ( try and get a room in the new part of the hotel) and thank you to all of the wonderful Four Seasons Sharm El Sheikh team.

Our experience at Four Seasons Sharm El Sheikh was absolutely wonderful. From the impeccable grounds to the exceptional service, every detail was beautifully taken care of. The snorkelling was a particular highlight — the incredible house reef and marine life were simply unforgettable. The restaurants throughout the resort serve some of the most delicious food, and Reef Grill is an absolute must-visit! We enjoyed every moment of our stay so much that I would honestly return to Sharm El Sheikh simply because of the Four Seasons. A truly exceptional resort and an unforgettable experience! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Four Seasons is Four Seasons. You can never go wrong with it anywhere you go. Huge hotel, rooms are big, service is great, people are super nice and you have plenty of options for food and swimmings pools. It is suitable for kids & families. They have plenty of beach activities (and the water is beautiful for scuba diving & snorkeling) and variety of restaurants. The in-room dining was amazing but super expensive.. Room quality depends on whether it is in the new area or the old one. I highly recommend the new one because the hotel is one of the oldest in the area and the upgrade is huge. Advice: Request them to share with you the link for activities for each restaurant & lounge in the hotel because some of them closes on certain days but the rest are open in certain widows (not the whole day- more like morning/brunch then closes until dinner) to avoid going to it and finding out it is closed..

The space is nice, the beach is a little rocky. I was an actually really disappointed on my last day. I called from my room phone and asked for an appointment at the spa. I let her know I need to leave for the airport at 2pm. She said they had 12pm available. The reason I stayed at the four seasons is because I wanted a nice luxury experience. When I called and was told the booking was confirmed, I was super disappointed to arrive and be told that the person I talked to didn’t actually book the appointment. This is super sloppy for the Four Seasons. I felt that when I stayed at other luxury hotels like the Ritz Carlton or St Regis, if they made a mistake they always made a bigger effort to fix it before I leave. We paid a premium for experience and this was super sloppy and disappointing. There are more affordable options in sharm that might make a bigger effort to fix mistakes they didn’t do much after making a mistake to fix the issue. I could have spent more time at the beach then go all the way to spa only to be told they made a mistake and can’t fix it

Four Seasons Sharm El Sheikh is an outstanding resort: beautiful, peaceful and impeccably maintained, with spectacular gardens, excellent food, an astonishing coral reef and a level of service that is difficult to match. We travelled with our three-year-old daughter and received a complimentary upgrade from a Premier Garden View room to a spacious Premier room with a sea view overlooking Tiran Island. The renovated room included a king-size bed, sofa bed, private garden, dressing room and a large bathroom. Automatic curtains, blackout drapes and adjustable lighting were thoughtful touches. The enormous terraced resort stretches along approximately one kilometre of beachfront but never felt crowded. Golf carts made getting around easy, while two funiculars connected the main areas. The pools were large and spotless, although we preferred the sea. The gardens were among the most beautiful and well maintained we have seen in Egypt. The highlight was the house reef. Access to deeper water is via jetties, but the snorkelling was outstanding, with excellent visibility, colourful corals and more than 50 fish species. The reef reminded us of some we have experienced in the Maldives. We spent most of our time at Breeze Beach, where sun loungers were plentiful and attendants provided coolers with ice and water, along with fresh fruit and juice. The beach was peaceful and ideal for our daughter, who loved playing in the sand. Our half-board package included breakfast and dinner at most restaurants, including Yatai. Children under five eat free, except through in-room dining. We enjoyed Zitouni, Yatai, Il Frantoio and Reef Grill, especially its Fish Market evenings. Reef Grill’s terrace overlooking the Red Sea was unforgettable, particularly under a full moon. The food was delicious, generous and beautifully presented. Breakfast at Zitouni was excellent, with freshly cut fruit, salads, meats, Arabic dishes, pastries, eggs, omelettes and gluten-free and lactose-free options. Lunch was available at Waha and Luna, though the lack of indoor air-conditioned dining was uncomfortable in August. We therefore used in-room dining several times; meals arrived in about 30 minutes. Cleanliness was impeccable, with twice-daily room service and exceptional upkeep throughout the resort. Most impressive were the staff. Everyone was kind, cheerful and attentive, and our daughter was made to feel genuinely welcome. Special thanks to Samy at Zitouni, David at Luna pool, Abdu from thengolf cart team, Mohamed at Yatai, the restaurant hostesses and the housekeeping team. Thank you, Four Seasons Sharm El Sheikh, for making our holiday truly memorable. We left with wonderful memories—and with the hope that this was only our first visit, not our last.
