I had a very pleasant stay. The room was always clean, tidy, and well maintained. The housekeeping service was excellent and contributed greatly to my comfort throughout my stay. A special thank you to Nisan Shokla Das, the room attendant, for his professionalism, attention to detail, and friendly service. His dedication and commitment to guest satisfaction are truly appreciated. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay enjoyable. I would gladly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again.

1. Strict and Insensitive Check-in Process: We arrived at the hotel at 1:00 PM after a long and tiring journey. Since the official check-in time is 2:00 PM, we requested an early check-in, explaining that our toddler and we were completely exhausted. However, the staff showed zero empathy or flexibility. They blindly stuck to the rules and bluntly asked us to wait, showing no concern for a tired family with a small child. 2. Unhelpful Staff and Poor Service: The hospitality here is lacking. The staff is not helpful at all, to the extent that there was no assistance with our bags. You are expected to carry your own luggage by yourself, which is unacceptable for a hotel of this scale. 3. Extremely Limited Vegetarian Breakfast: If you are an Indian or a vegetarian, the breakfast here will be a major issue. The options for vegetarian food were extremely limited, and most of the items on the buffet were non-vegetarian. I could barely eat anything during our stay, making dining a daily struggle. Final Verdict: If you are traveling with toddlers, value good hospitality, or rely on vegetarian food, I would highly recommend looking elsewhere. The management seriously needs to train their staff in basic customer empathy and service.

We had a really enjoyable stay here. The hotel is in a convenient spot, close to Lalaport and Times Square, which made getting around very easy. The room was cozy, well-maintained, and comfortable for our family. Breakfast was a highlight with a good variety and tasty dishes. The service was excellent—Chef Saras and the F&B staff, especially Mr Nazlan, were very welcoming and attentive throughout our visit. Overall, a great experience with warm hospitality and definitely worth staying again.

Had the chance to stay at Furama Bukit Bintang for another hotel content shoot 🎥✨ As a hotel content creator, I’ve visited many stays around Malaysia, and this hotel is actually quite worth it for the location and space. The room was spacious, cozy, and great for filming hotel unboxing content. The lighting during daytime was nice, and the city view added a good vibe to the shots too. Location is very convenient — near Lalaport, Bukit Bintang, and plenty of food spots within walking distance. Staff were friendly and the check-in process was smooth. Breakfast selection was decent as well. Overall, a comfortable stay and a solid option for anyone planning a KL staycation 👍

Recently stayed at Furama Bukit Bintang during our Malaysia trip with my siblings, and I’m really glad we chose this hotel. The location is a big plus — it’s very close to Jalan Alor food streed, which is perfect for exploring local street food, and also near Pitt Club, one of the best clubs I came across. Pavilion Kuala Lumpur is also nearby, making it very convenient for luxury shopping. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the bathroom was well maintained. The staff was polite, well-trained, and always helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast buffet was also good with a decent variety of options. But I don’t know why the hotel charges tourism tax room per night. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would recommend staying here when visiting Kuala Lumpur.
