I should have read better what other people said about this hotel before booking. I had a less than satisfactory experience at Furama Bukit Bintang, perhaps believing they would match the Furamas in Bangkok. What a mistake! Let’s start with their strange policy of NOT cleaning up the room UNLESS the customer specificaally asks for it at reception every day. And don’t expect the job being done before 5 pm. And don’t expect the towels to be there after the room was cleaned up. The hotel is preferred by school students, and families with large amount of children. Expect ball games in the lobby, and other unfortunate experiences quite uncommon in any other hotels. Like people having lunch from plastic containers in the lobby. The room? Good size, quite outdated. It had seen better times, probably last century. Any positives? Yes. The checkout process is fast, one can leave the premises immediately. If I was you, dear reader, I would check for other options. Thanks.

My wife and I would like to formally recognize Mr. Nisan Shokla Das, of Furama Bukit Bintang, for his outstanding professionalism and dedication on his job as an room attendenant with the Hotel. My wife and I had the opportunity to first-hand experienced the exceptional service and commitments demonstrated by Nisan himself. He is very detailed in the job given to him and he took care of the room as I have asked for and expected him to. He is extremely attentive and responsible on the job. He even came knocking on the door and asked if everything is ok. I have stayed in all the Furama Hotels in Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia and now in Malaysia. This trip truly showed us the professionalism of a staff from your Hotel Group. Please extend my gratitude, appreciation and recognition to Mr.Nisan. I had a wonderful dining experience at this hotel. The food was delicious. The music created a lovely atmosphere and made the experience even more enjoyable. I would also like to give special thanks to Mojibur and Hassan for their excellent service. They were very friendly and welcoming us. Their kindness and professionalism truly made our experience memorable. Thanks for Sam also for their service that very nicely. Highly recommended, and I look forward to visiting again!

Fantastic Stay with Outstanding Service! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a wonderful stay at Furama Bukit Bintang, Kuala Lumpur! The hospitality was top-notch, but the absolute highlight was Mr. Ajil from the Front Office. He was incredibly supportive, welcoming, and went above and beyond to ensure a smooth and pleasant stay. His exceptional customer service truly made a difference. Highly recommended, and I will definitely be back!.
