The location of the hotel is simply incredible: everything is nearby (market, shopping malls, great restaurants). You can do part of your activities on foot without needing a taxi or public transport. The neighborhood is lively and feels very safe. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The only downside is that the cleanliness could be improved. The carpet on the floor retains a lot of odors, and the breakfast room is far too small compared to the hotel’s capacity, making it difficult to find a seat after 9 a.m. Lastly, an open space in the lobby to relax would have been appreciated.

If you bring baby and an accor platinum member. Avoid this hotel at all cost. Out of all the Accor hotels I've stayed at, this was probably the worst experience so far. 1. As a Platinum member, I'm usually contacted a few days before arrival to confirm my stay and make sure everything is prepared. This hotel never reached out. When I arrived at 2 PM, I was told my room wasn't ready yet. That was a bit surprising because Platinum members are generally eligible for early check-in when available, and 2 PM is already close to the normal check-in time. 2. As a Platinum member, I usually receive a complimentary room upgrade. However, on this occasion, my upgrade request was initially denied. After I pointed out that complimentary upgrades are a Platinum member benefit, the staff eventually upgraded our room. 3. The check-in experience felt very cold. The staff member helping me barely said anything other than asking for my credit card. There was no explanation about breakfast, hotel facilities, or even the Platinum benefits available during my stay. I basically had to figure everything out myself. 4. After housekeeping cleaned my room, they took away all the used towels and the floor mat but didn't leave any replacements. I had to call twice before fresh towels were delivered. 5. The biggest issue was with my wife's breast milk. We specifically asked the hotel to store it in the freezer, and it was even labeled "Freezer." On our last day, we found out it had been stored in the chiller instead. Unfortunately, the entire supply of breast milk for our baby was spoiled. When I asked what happened, a staff member named Ruby told me that the freezer was reserved for halal items, so they put it in the chiller instead. What I don't understand is why nobody informed us about this beforehand. If we had known, we could have made other arrangements. For parents traveling with a baby, this was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. Overall, this stay was far below what I've come to expect from Accor. If you're an Accor member staying in this area, I'd recommend staying at Pullman KLCC instead. It's a little more expensive, but the service is excellent and the overall experience is well worth it.

A great business stay with an unbeatable location, though parking is a bit of a challenge. I stayed here for 3 days and 2 nights for a business trip. My first impression was that the parking ramps are quite narrow; as I drive a large sedan, it was a bit tough to navigate the tight turns. However, the room was spacious and well-equipped, including a good TV with all channels accessible. A bathtub would have been a great addition, but it was comfortable nonetheless. For business needs, the meeting rooms are excellent—spacious and well-suited for a seminar of around 50 pax. Regarding the food, I had the breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffets. While the variety is somewhat limited, everything tasted good. One minor downside was the staff frequently approaching guests to register for the hotel membership, which could be a bit distracting for some. The highlight is definitely the location. It’s right in the heart of Bukit Bintang, making everything accessible by foot. Pavilion is just across the road, and you can even walk to KLCC via the air-conditioned pedestrian bridge. The swimming pool is a bit small, but overall, it was a very pleasant stay.

We stayed at Novotel KLCC twice during this trip — first for 2 nights, then returned for a further 8 nights after travelling to the Cameron Highlands, Ipoh and Taiping. Overall, we had a very good stay, though there was some initial disappointment with the room allocation. We have booked the Deluxe King Room here for the past two years and it has always included a sofa. This time, both room 1011 and the initially allocated room 2116 did not have one, despite being the same room category. This was a little puzzling, especially for a longer stay. After raising this with the team, the duty manager was very understanding and kindly moved us to room 2118, which made our stay much more comfortable. We often use the swimming pool in the afternoon and really value having a sofa to relax on afterwards. Aside from this, everything else was excellent. Housekeeping was consistent, with the room cleaned daily and fresh towels provided every day without request. Breakfast was very good, offering Asian, continental and Western options, and the new layout works better than before. The swimming pool is clean and refreshing, towels are always available, and while sun loungers are limited, it’s rarely crowded. The location is superb right by Bukit Bintang and within walking distance to KLCC, with easy access to public transport (the rail system is especially convenient). Security is reassuring with controlled floor access and a safe in the room. I also noticed the General Manager again during this visit — she is attentive, visible, and clearly committed to guest experience. Despite the room inconsistency at first, we were very happy overall and would happily recommend Novotel KLCC.

Location is great. Gym closes at 8pm, which didn't work for us who want to do some exercise after a day of site seeing, so admin did great job opening it up for us after hours. House cleaning is great. The front desk people, baggage team, and security are all great too. Will definitely stay here again!
