We had an outstanding stay. From the moment we arrived, everything was seamless and professional. The staff were exceptionally attentive, kind, and genuinely thoughtful throughout our stay. Every interaction reflected a high level of care and hospitality. The Club Lounge upgrade, offered at a very reasonable rate, truly elevated our experience. It added comfort, exclusivity, and memorable moments to our trip. Our room with a view of the Petronas Towers was simply breathtaking. Waking up to that skyline was an absolute joy. This was our first stay in Malaysia, and this hotel was a remarkable introduction to the country. It represents Malaysian hospitality at its finest and set a very high standard for the rest of our journey. Highly recommended.

Traders Hotel Kuala Lumpur This is a 4-star hotel that truly lives up to its rating. If you are looking for a premier view of the Petronas Twin Towers, this property does not disappoint. Our check-in and check-out processes were smooth as silk, and the room was extremely comfortable. The room featured a floor-to-ceiling view of the towers from the daybed and was equipped with a Smart TV, well-placed electrical sockets, and intuitive light controls. It also offered a spacious bed, ample storage, and a refrigerator. The service at this hotel is equally impressive, ranging from the complimentary buggy service to the KLCC Mall, to the attentive housekeeping and breakfast staff. As far as I am concerned, it was money well spent.

I love this hotel especially the amenities becauss it is rare to get hair band as ameneities! And also they provide hair comb which is not common in many hotel. And thanks for upgrade to highest floor. The breakfast also quite good has many varieties. The kind size bed fit 2 adult and 2 kids and it is comfortable. The room is quite spacious too. Love the klcc view. And if weather is good and clear, you can see Genting Highland from your room We asked for complimentary birthday celebration , we got chocolate birthday cake after we check in and the cake taste average

We had a wonderful weekend staycation at Traders Hotel Kuala Lumpur. The service and hospitality provided to guests were truly excellent. The room was very comfortable, the food was delicious, and the overall ambience was pleasant and relaxing. We would also like to give special compliments to Oliver, the Assistant Traders Club Manager, for his outstanding hospitality and assistance throughout our stay. He is a very nice and kind person—friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. His excellent service truly made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Very efficient and helpful staff. Although communication was entirely via Whatsapp, all queries were dealt with competently. A very serene hotel but well-equipped. Nice walking distance to klcc unless you need to carry your shopping bags 😬. Buggy service was sweet.
