We stayed in Room 2704 and chose this hotel mainly for the location. We also decided to try a recognised brand instead of our usual “highest rating for best price” Agoda strategy. For what we paid, the location and overall hotel quality didn’t disappoint. Front desk and bar staff were genuinely wonderful — friendly, efficient and welcoming. A couple of things were disappointing: 1️⃣ Bathroom mould — there was visible mould in the shower area in Room 2704. More concerning, it came off easily with a light rub of a finger, suggesting it simply hadn’t been properly cleaned. 2️⃣ Front door staff attitude — the doormen felt unnecessarily heavy-handed. At one point maintenance was cleaning the glass roof outside with water spraying everywhere. A Foodpanda rider was being told off loudly for not standing in the designated drop-off point — despite that area being directly under the spray. It felt excessive and unnecessarily confrontational. Overall, strong location and decent value for KL city centre. With better attention to bathroom maintenance and a softer approach at the entrance, the experience would be much stronger.

Just had an amazing Iftar at ibis KLCC’s Kampung Kitchen! The Citarasa Warisan Kampung spread is incredible—honestly one of the best value-for-money buffets in the city. The Kambing Golek was super tender, and the Sup Tulang was packed with flavor. I also loved the variety of traditional kuih-muih for dessert. The live busker music really added a great 'balik kampung' vibe to the evening. Highly recommend if you're looking for authentic local flavors!

We had a pleasant stay, although it seems the hotel has seen better days. The rooftop pool offers a lovely view, which we really enjoyed, even though the water was quite cold. Our first room had an issue with ventilation and some mold, but the staff handled the situation quickly and moved us to another room without any problems. The service was friendly and polite throughout our stay, which we appreciated. Overall, a decent option with helpful staff and nice views.

All of the staff were friendly and helpful. I arrived early and I requested to leave my luggages since I'm going on a day tour. I arrived back late in the evening and they were able to assist me with the check-in process. Breakfast is nice too and many selections as well. I liked where the pool is located but the size is too small considering there are many guests staying at the hotel. I think that's all from my end. Thank you very much!!

Lovely location, Central in klcc and Petronas is walkable. No-nonsense check in and checkout (you can drop your key card and leave). Unlimited drinking water supply in the room, which is amazing. Lots of good restaurants nearby plus convenient grab food drop off. Value for money. Rooms may feel small. Con: Our room roof started leaking water on the last night of our stay due to a faulty AC. Water dripped away all night. They did fix it reasonably quickly. Else this would have been a 5 star review.
