I had one of the best resort experiences I've ever had at Garrya. It is truly a special place, nestled in gorgeous and emerald green rainforest that is expertly looked after and every building feels like it is part of the natural landscape and not some OTT structure trying to dominate the landscape. The Dining Room is spectacular and every time I ate their I felt like I was on the set of a classic Humphrey Bogart Movie. Its also located in its own bay with a private swimming beach that was the best looking beach I saw in my whole time in Thailand. The Staff are all to a man and woman exceptional. From Manuel the Hotel manager to the amazing staff who looked after our every need day to day I could not have asked for better service. I would live there if I could. Edit: I forgot to mention M my awesome Muay Thai trainer who took me through an intro to Muat Thai Basics which was great. He pitched it at just the right level of intensity and skill level.

Our stay at Garrya Tongsai Bay was truly spectacular. I’ve stayed at many hotels over the years, but I’ve never experienced service quite like this. The staff somehow knew us by name from the very beginning, and every interaction felt so genuine and thoughtful. The hospitality was an easy 10/10. The rooms are beautiful with incredible views, and having access to a private beach made the experience feel so peaceful and exclusive. Whether we were relaxing by the water, enjoying a cocktail at the bar, or having a meal at one of the restaurants, everything exceeded our expectations. The food was outstanding, and every part of the property felt serene and impeccably maintained. The location is also perfect. It’s tucked away in a quiet, tranquil setting, but just a short drive from the main beaches and surrounded by fantastic local restaurants if you want to explore. This was one of the best hotel stays we’ve ever had, and we genuinely can’t wait to come back. Thank you to the entire team for making our vacation so memorable!

Beautiful place, with perfect scenery. At breakfast, a sweet lady, always with a smile, prepares excellent juices from high-quality fruit. The quality of the fruit at this hotel was higher than at the other 5-star hotels in Thailand we've been to. There is a very kind, intelligent lady named Kookik who went out of her way for us to make sure we were satisfied with everything related to the food here and to accommodate all our peculiarities. All the restaurants in the resort were of an exceptionally high standard. There are also two excellent pools here, both with breathtaking views of the beach and the forest. There is also direct access to the beach itself, with the opportunity to swim.

This hotel is absolutely amazing! The photos online are lovely but do not do it justice! The staff are so friendly and could not be more helpful - they create a calm atmosphere with everything running so smoothly. The room was spotless with an incredible view and everything you could possibly need for your stay. There was great breakfast selection and the food at Fish Tales was excellent. They also leave fresh snacks in your room each day and there is complimentary water by the pool / beach - small touches which make a big difference. The common areas of the hotel are all immaculately kept with a beautiful pool area and beach and lots of places to relax. A special thank you for the birthday cake and sparkling wine at breakfast for my fiancé’s birthday! We hope to come back to the hotel again soon as it was such a good find!

One of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at. From the moment we arrived, everything was effortless. We were welcomed with cold towels, refreshments, bracelets and a blessing while our luggage was taken care of. Our room was spacious, spotless and beautifully presented, and every request we made was dealt with almost immediately. The attention to detail throughout the resort really stood out. The golf cart service was fantastic, with phones conveniently placed around the property so getting around was always easy. The real stars, though, are the staff. Every single person was kind, genuinely happy, and made us feel incredibly welcome. It never felt like they were just doing a job and they made us feel like honoured guests. Luxury hotels are easy to find. Hospitality like this isn’t. We’ll definitely be back.
