⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Our stay at Sheraton Samui Resort was one of the highlights of our trip to Thailand. From the moment we arrived until the day we checked out, the experience was warm, relaxing, and genuinely memorable. The location is fantastic. Set on the beautiful Chaweng Noi Beach, the resort offers the perfect mix of tranquility and convenience. The beach is clean, peaceful, and never felt overcrowded. Waking up to the sound of the waves and spending evenings watching the sunset from the beachfront was something we'll remember for a long time. The resort itself is lush, beautifully landscaped, and very well maintained. Walking through the property feels like being in a tropical oasis, with greenery everywhere and breathtaking sea views around every corner. Our room was spacious, spotless, and extremely comfortable. The bed was perfect after long days of exploring the island, and housekeeping kept everything immaculate throughout our stay. Every detail reflected the care the team puts into maintaining the property. One of the biggest reasons this stay stood out was the hospitality. Every member of the team greeted us with genuine smiles and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Whether it was at the reception, restaurants, housekeeping, or around the pool, the service was consistently warm, professional, and attentive. It's the kind of hospitality that makes you feel like a valued guest rather than just another booking. Breakfast was another highlight. There was an excellent variety catering to different tastes, with fresh fruits, pastries, egg stations, Thai dishes, and plenty of international options. Enjoying breakfast with views of the ocean was the perfect way to begin each day. We also loved spending time by both swimming pools. They were clean, peaceful, and never felt too crowded. The direct access to the beach made it incredibly convenient to switch between the pool and the sea throughout the day. The beach itself is one of the nicest we've visited—soft sand, clear water, and a very relaxing atmosphere. We appreciated how well the resort balances luxury with comfort. A heartfelt thank you to the entire Sheraton Samui Resort team for making our holiday so special. Their kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail made all the difference. We left with wonderful memories and would happily choose Sheraton Samui Resort again on our next visit to Koh Samui. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a beautiful beachfront resort with exceptional hospitality and a truly relaxing atmosphere.

A magical stay in Koh Samui. The entire setting feels like walking through a lush jungle — winding paths, koi fish swimming in little rivers, and greenery everywhere. It’s serene and beautiful at every turn. The rooms were comfortable and well-appointed, the beach views are stunning, and there’s always something to do, from water activities to relaxing by the shore. The bar is excellent too — a lovely spot to unwind in the evenings. Staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful throughout, and the location was ideal for getting around the island. Would happily stay here again. Highly recommend! 🌴

We stayed here for 5 nights with airport pickup and drop off included. Honestly, I’d rate it more a 4 star than a 5, mainly because of the rooms. Ours had a beautiful view but felt a bit dated. Everything worked fine though, and even if the AC was a bit noisy, we still slept well. The main downsides are no AC in common areas and lots of stairs. But the big fans keep it comfortable, and the buggy service for getting around is amazing, the guys are super friendly, fast, and helpful! The hotel isn’t walkable, but they provide a shuttle to town. We also rented a scooter through the girl at the hotel’s tour desk, brand-new bike and great price. The buffet breakfast was excellent with huge variety and great food. The absolute best part is the hotel beach, the best on the island for me. White sand with no rocks, crystal clear water, almost no people. Walking out of your room straight to umbrellas, loungers, a bar, and that sea is a massive plus. Thanks to all the staff, you were wonderful with us!

Incredible wedding experience and unforgettable stay We had the absolute pleasure of staying at the Sheraton Samui for five nights in March, where we also celebrated our wedding—and it truly exceeded every expectation. What truly sets this hotel apart is the staff. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel welcome by a team that was consistently warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. The level of service across the entire hotel was exceptional and left a lasting impression throughout our stay. The kitchen manager deserves special recognition not only for consistently fantastic food, but also for being so friendly and engaging, even during busy breakfast service. That personal touch made each morning feel special. The food overall was outstanding—every meal was delicious, beautifully presented, and clearly prepared with great care and pride by the kitchen team. The breakfast buffet in particular was the best we have ever experienced at a hotel, with incredible variety and quality that we looked forward to every morning. Our wedding day itself was nothing short of magical. The entire setup was stunning, with incredible attention to detail. The team responsible for the physical setup did an amazing job, and everything came together seamlessly and beautifully. A very special mention must go to Nay, our lovely wedding coordinator, who was truly exceptional from start to finish. Her communication in the lead-up via email was clear, responsive, and incredibly reassuring, which meant so much to us as we had booked the entire wedding online without seeing things in person. She made the whole process feel easy and less stressful. On the day, she handled everything effortlessly, accommodating all of our requests and ensuring every detail was perfect. By the end of the experience, we genuinely felt like Nay was more than just a coordinator—she felt like a friend. The celebrant organised by the hotel, Stuart, was also wonderful and, as a lovely surprise, was able to incorporate some German into the ceremony. This thoughtful touch meant a lot to our German guests and added something very special that we hadn’t even expected. The bar and kitchen staff were equally fantastic—friendly, efficient, and always contributing to a great atmosphere for both us and our guests. And the buffet was simply delicious. The photographers included in the wedding package were also excellent—they captured the day beautifully and provided a large selection of photos, giving us plenty of wonderful moments to choose from. We are so grateful to the entire Sheraton Samui team for creating such an unforgettable experience. From the incredible staff to the outstanding food and flawless execution of our wedding, everything came together perfectly. We would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful wedding venue and a truly memorable stay.

Stayed here recently and had a mixed experience. The location is definitely the highlight — the property sits right on the beach, which is clean and very enjoyable for swimming and spending time by the water. The food quality was good overall, and the staff were pleasant and helpful during our stay. However, the property itself feels quite dated and not very well maintained. For a hotel in this category, the facilities and rooms could definitely use refurbishment. The breakfast spread was decent but had very limited vegetarian options, and even basic things like labeling food as veg or non-veg were missing. That said, the chef was cooperative and kindly prepared a vegetarian dish for us on request, which we appreciated. Overall, we had a pleasant stay mainly because of the location and the staff. However, the property doesn’t quite live up to the standards typically associated with this brand, and considering the price they charge, it doesn’t feel like the best value for money.
