We had a wonderful stay in the interconnected pool villas and fell in love with the beautiful and peaceful atmosphere, which is unique and critical for us when choosing where to go. Please do all you can to maintain that tranquility without music, shouting/screaming by the adult pool and beach, and also between the villas. It is special, and you should advertise this as a special quality, and do what you can to preserve it (We stayed in July). A special thanks to the amazing staff everywhere on the resort. A special mention to Jocelyn Kong for helping with making our stay truly amazing including a wonderful anniversary surprise, but also for her and her manager for helping with addressing our noisy neighbors when needed, and taking the issue seriously. Thank you for this and all other help during the stay. It is difficult to leave anyone out. The wonderful and welcoming, smiling staff at breakfast/restaurants, the equally wonderful pool staff helping with refreshments, the nice chauffeurs driving us frequently to Chaweng and Fishermans Village, and getting us home well again. And finally Nin, Green and Kat for some great massage treatments at the Spa. We can't wait to return many times again.

A truly beautiful and exceptionally well-maintained resort. We loved the peaceful atmosphere, the two stunning pools – including one exclusively for adults – and our spacious second-floor room with a large terrace. The staff were the friendliest we have ever experienced. Thai people are already incredibly warm and welcoming, but the kindness, genuine hospitality, and attention to detail at SALA Samui exceeded even our highest expectations. Every member of the team made us feel truly special. We had an unforgettable stay and would not hesitate to return. Highly recommended!

We loved staying there - the best thing about it? The delightful friendly staff . Beautiful setting, decor, facilities, food , cocktails. Everything is designed to help you relax. But the restaurant teams and the different hotel teams were all exemplary . In Particular the breakfasts. My daughter is coeliac and with a little attention and pre planning , they kindly made her something gluten free every day they made it possible for her to have what really wanted from the regular menu. Our own little Eden—with people we’ll never forget After two weeks of filming, my partner and I arrived at SALA Samui Choengmon Beach Resort for a couples’ getaway. We hoped to unwind, but our stay became something much more special. It was, by far, the most exceptional place we have ever stayed. SALA felt like Eden—a complete retreat from the world. There was something about being there that made us finally exhale, slow down and enjoy each other. As beautiful as the setting is, the people are what make this resort extraordinary. Everywhere we looked, someone was quietly working to make our stay magical. Always a smile, always a hello, always looking for a way to help. Their warmth never felt rehearsed. By the end of our stay, they felt like family. Our biggest thank-you goes to Jocelyn, our liaison and an absolute superstar. From her warm smile when we arrived to her thoughtful check-ins throughout our stay, she made us feel genuinely cared for. She always wanted to know that we were happy, comfortable and had everything we needed. She also worked with my partner to arrange my dream dinner on the beach on our final evening. It had become my favourite spot to eat, and although the experience wasn’t being offered that night, the team made it happen. Sitting together by the sea, knowing how much care had gone into creating that evening for us, was something I will never forget. A heartfelt thank-you to Pang, Tawan, An, Meant and Mam for making it so special. A special thank-you to manager Timo Kuenzli and the wonderful team who made our stay so memorable. Khun Aod deserves recognition all his own. Whether we chose to sit by the pool or on the beach, he seemed to spot us from a distance and would come straight over with ice-cold water, fresh towels and everything needed to prepare our loungers. Before we could even think to ask, he was there, making sure we were settled and comfortable. That kind of thoughtful attention made us feel so spoiled and cared for. And the spa… wow. Leena worked wonders on my knots. She was so good that I stole her from my partner—perhaps the highest compliment I can give! We arrived needing a break and left feeling restored, thoroughly spoiled and surprisingly attached to the people we had met. Thank you to everyone at SALA for giving us more than a beautiful holiday. You gave us memories we will treasure, and every reason to return.

Beautiful hotel in Koh Samui, we were absolutely delighted. The property is stunning and very well maintained, everything feels high quality and thoughtfully designed down to the smallest detail. Cleanliness is at an high standard. The service is outstanding across all areas, always friendly, attentive and highly professional. Big big thanks to the whole team. The hotel app is especially convenient, communication is fast, reliable and very easy. The breakfast is delicious and varied, and we also really enjoyed the dinners. There is a wide range of activities, so there is something for everyone. The beach is beautiful, and there are great restaurants nearby for the evening. A special thank you to Timo Kuenzli for the support and the very generous goodwill gesture regarding a medical issue. We felt comfortable at all times and would come back anytime. Absolute recommendation. We would give 10 stars if we could :)
