Excellent Hotel and Location. Great team and service in the hotel and meets your everyday expectations from the check in to restaurant staff, room staff. Although I got to mention the desk staff do have an off and on day, where when they are miserable they actually show it!Food is brilliant and there are many variations. Please could you kindly use different knives for cutting different pieces of meat. For example, please do not use a knife that was used to cut beef on a chicken and vice versa. Pool area is awesome and large with many sunbeds. There is also a beach area with many sunbeds and a snorkeling pier. The Villain team are awesome in keeping everyone, who wants to be, entertained, with their superb entertainment program. Kudos for all of them for the hard work they put in 👏 overall great experience and will come back. Only negative is the pool is ice cold. I dont understand why and noone swims in it. I think this needs to be addressed. The hotel is awesome looking outside and inside.

We had a wonderful stay at Grand Rotana Sharm El Sheikh! The resort is beautiful, clean, and full of life — we never felt bored! There are plenty of activities and daily events to enjoy, and everything is so well organized. The food was amazing with lots of options to choose from, and the water was always clean and refreshing. The service was exceptional — the staff responded quickly to every request and solved any issue right away. A big thank you to Rita and Lisa for their kind help, and to all the restaurant and lounge staff for their warmth and professionalism. Everyone made our stay truly special. Highly recommended! 🌴💛

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would like to thank the whole team for making the experience so special. From the moment I arrived, everything was well organized, clean, and welcoming. The staff were always helpful, professional, and genuinely friendly, which made me feel completely at ease throughout my stay. The hotel facilities were excellent — comfortable rooms, great food, and everything I needed for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday. A special thank you goes to the Grill Chef at the Mediterranean restaurant, who was so friendly and always greeted us with a big smile. He looked after us every time we visited and made each meal a lovely experience. Also, a big shoutout to Ahmed from Housekeeping, who was absolutely the best! Our room was always spotless and beautifully arranged. His attention to detail and kindness really made a difference. We checked out late and they didn’t charge. They collected our luggage in check out time and dropped it off to reception which is excellent Thank you for the amazing hospitality and for creating such beautiful memories — I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a perfect stay!

It was our first time traveling to Egypt, and before the trip our friends were split into two camps: some said we wouldn’t like it at all, others insisted we would love it. In the end, I can say for sure: the sea and underwater world completely won us over. The reef at the Grand Rotana is truly amazing, and the beauty and bright colors underwater were far beyond our expectations. We also loved the hotel’s territory - green, cozy, and well-maintained. The staff was attentive and always ready to help. The food selection was great too, and having many grilled options was a big advantage for us, since we don’t like greasy or heavily fried food. A special thank-you to the animation team. The kids’ club didn’t work all day, but whenever our children were there, they were really engaged and happy. The staff treated the kids with care and attention. Overall, our stay left a very positive impression. We definitely recommend the Grand Rotana Resort.

Amazing food! Brisket was amazing! The staff’s hospitality is unmatched, the whole resort is impressively clean not a single stain or item is anywhere to be seen. By far the best destination for family trips or guests of any ages we always felt welcome!
