We had the most amazing stay at Dama Dama Hotel, and honestly, the staff were absolutely incredible. I cannot stress enough how friendly, helpful and welcoming everyone was. They genuinely couldn’t have done enough for us throughout our stay. There were so many lovely interactions with the staff, and everyone was always happy to have a chat and make you feel welcome. One of the ladies at breakfast even stopped to chat with us about the little cats that ran around the hotel, and she was absolutely lovely! A special mention has to go to Alessia at the bar. We were part of a group of around 40 people, so I’m sure we were constantly ordering drinks and probably a huge pain at times! 😂 Despite this, Alessia was always smiling, incredibly friendly and happy to serve us. She was fantastic and deserves a massive thank you from all of us. Thassos at the lobby bar was also brilliant. Such a friendly, lovely guy who was always so nice to see and chat to, and he was a pleasure to be served by. We genuinely couldn’t have been happier with the service from everyone. The food was fantastic throughout our stay as well. There was a great selection and everything we had was really enjoyable. The restaurant staff were also brilliant — they were always checking in on you, making sure everything was okay and keeping your drinks topped up without you even having to ask. They were so attentive and friendly, and it really made a difference. The pools were clean and well looked after, the towels were always clean and readily available, and the sun loungers were SO comfortable — I actually fell asleep on them a few times! 😂 The rooms were also very clean, and the cleaners did a fantastic job throughout our stay. We came to Dama Dama for my mum’s wedding, and what a gorgeous place it is to get married. The wedding coordinator did an amazing job, and everything ran so smoothly. Having such a large group could have been difficult to manage, but the whole wedding and holiday felt effortless thanks to the amazing staff. All of the facilities were brilliant, and we absolutely loved the activities. The Crazy Sofa was so much fun that we went on it twice! 😂 Dama Dama was the perfect place for our large group to celebrate my mum’s wedding and enjoy a fantastic holiday together. From the amazing staff, the rooms and pools to the food, facilities and beautiful setting, we had such a wonderful time. We will absolutely be back! Thank you to everyone at Dama Dama for making our stay so special. ❤️

Great resort with excellent facilities, but not ideal when the weather turns bad We had a very pleasant stay at Grecotel Dama Dama and, overall, the resort has a lot to offer. 👍 What we really liked * Beautiful and spacious resort with large, modern swimming pools and plenty of space. * Very well-maintained beach and a really nice beach bar with a great atmosphere. * Excellent drinks selection – we were particularly impressed that premium alcohol brands were used for the cocktails and drinks. * Very tasty food overall, with good quality and variety. * Very comfortable sun loungers, including proper mattresses, which made a big difference. * At the beginning of our stay, there were not enough sun loungers available. However, the hotel handled the situation very well and offered us a gazebo free of charge as compensation (normally €50/day), which we really appreciated. * The à la carte restaurants were genuinely good, not just an alternative to the buffet. * Very good wine selection, with plenty of quality options. * The evening entertainment programme was also surprisingly good and enjoyable. 👎 What could be improved The biggest weakness, in our opinion, is that the resort works extremely well when the weather is sunny, but it is not very well prepared for rainy days. When it rains, many of the normally outdoor seating areas cannot be used. This results in a very long queue at the main restaurant just to get a table, which can be quite frustrating. Unfortunately, the beach restaurant also closes when the weather is bad, and there is no real alternative or compensation offered. We also tried to discuss this with Guest Services, but unfortunately our requests were essentially ignored. In particular, our experience with Chrisi from Guest Services was disappointing, as we did not feel that our concerns were properly addressed. The rooms could also benefit from some renovation. They are perfectly functional, but compared with the otherwise modern facilities of the resort, they feel slightly dated. The buffet food selection could be a little more varied. The food itself was tasty, but the choice was somewhat limited for a resort of this size. That said, it is still perfectly acceptable for a 4-star hotel. Finally, there is an old, cracked concrete pier/platform on the beach which is quite unattractive and unfortunately affects the otherwise beautiful sea view. In our opinion, it should either be removed or renovated.

Hotel with a very high level of service. Receptionists are welcoming and helpful with every request. Spacious and clean rooms. Very varied food. High level of maintenance. The beach is sandy and easy to enter the water. Equipped gym. Activities for the whole family, including in the evening. Overall an excellent experience.

An Outstanding Stay with Exceptional Service From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed and cared for. Our stay was truly wonderful, and it is clear that everyone at the hotel works hard to make guests feel special. The hotel itself is beautiful, spotlessly clean, and very well maintained. Everywhere we looked, there was attention to detail, and the overall atmosphere was warm, relaxing, and inviting. The buffet was excellent, with a great variety of fresh and delicious food every day. We always looked forward to meal times and were impressed by both the quality and presentation of the dishes. What made the biggest difference, however, was the people. Every member of staff we met was friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. A special thank you to Andreas, the manager, who was exceptional throughout our stay. His professionalism, kindness, and genuine care for guests were evident every day. He always made time to speak with guests and ensured everything was running smoothly, making us feel truly valued. We would also like to thank Elena and Katerina from Guest Relations for their warm and attentive service, Monica at the bar for always greeting us with a smile and providing excellent service, and the fantastic animation team for creating such a fun and positive atmosphere throughout our holiday. Special thanks to Dimitri, whose energy, enthusiasm, and friendliness made every activity even more enjoyable. It is not often that you leave a hotel already thinking about when you can come back, but that is exactly how we felt. Thank you to the entire team for giving us such wonderful memories. We hope to return again soon.

Great 5 stars hotel, all inclusive is a great deal. Fantastic team (especially Giota, who took care of everything we needed including ordering a car, activities consultation and amazing tips on where to travel and what would work best for our needs). The family room is great and the restaurants are high-level. The private beach is very close and clean. The pools are super comfortable with an open bar all day long. Kids are really enjoy the hotel activities and playroom teachers and facilities. We will definitely come again!
