Without a doubt the best part of this hotel is its staff. They are a credit to the hotel in terms of their helpfulness, and positive approach. Food was hit & miss, and for drinks you need to ask for branded otherwise expect local. I wasn’t impressed with the Prosecco / ‘champagne’ offer - cheap bottles that don’t taste great but that is my subjective taste. Rooms are clean & comfortable but dated - had some maintenance issues. My bug bear was only being able to have the iron for 30 mins - it was terrible quality too so would advise you bring your own if you can. Entertainment was also hit & miss - started too late at 9.30pm but like the fact the hotel change it every night. Sunbed situation was also a bug bear - having to wake up early to put towels down. The hotel are trying to manage this but not very well as we saw a lot of beds left for hours with no one using them. Incredibly difficult to manage that one. Overall it was a pleasant holiday but not one we would book up again for reasons given. I’d position this is a nice 4* hotel.

We had a wonderful 10-day stay at this hotel and truly enjoyed our vacation. The hotel is beautiful, the atmosphere is relaxing, and the facilities are excellent. The only small downside was that the food, although good, could have been a bit more varied throughout our stay. What really made the difference was the outstanding service from the staff. Everyone was friendly, professional, and always willing to help, which made us feel welcome from the first day until the last. A very special thank you to xhoni prifti our dinner waiter. His kindness, positive attitude, and attention to detail made every evening a pleasure. He went above and beyond to make our dinners enjoyable and created unforgettable moments for our family. Thank you to the entire team for making our holiday so memorable. We would gladly return and highly recommend this hotel.

I had a lovely stay at Grecotel LUXME Kos and would recommend it. The pool area and beachfront are beautiful, and the resort is really well looked after. It has a relaxed atmosphere throughout. The à la carte restaurants, especially Asiana and the 1930s restaurant, were outstanding. The food throughout the resort was of good quality, and there was a great choice of cocktails and wines too. The staff really made the holiday. A special thank you to Cielo, Lope, Ewa and Konstantin who all went above and beyond to make our stay special. They were friendly, attentive and made us feel welcome. A couple of areas could be improved: • Not all of the rooms have been refurbished yet; • The buffet was good but can become a little repetitive over a longer stay; and • The evening entertainment could be stronger — the conference room doesn’t feel like the right venue for it. Overall, a fantastic holiday and would happily return.

After been here twice before, hence third time but probably the last time. Although kids were there previously this time the hotel was absolutely full of them, the quiet pool no longer quietkids throwing a rugby ball about hitting other people very loud area, the restaurant was also just a playground for them to run around unsupervised, a garden view I was told, not told the shouting screaming kids could use it as a football pitch. Sunbeds there was no monitoring, towels left on empty sunbeds for hours while people were looking for one, although it does state 45mins there was nobody enforcing it, some having 6 sunbeds to move as the sun went round. This was not a relaxing holiday for us. Had to go to reception most days as the tea, milk and sugar not replenished in the room, didn't see anyone clean the floor unlike other place's Staff seemed very happy and helpful, room functional, pools great if not a little chilly. This was the first time the hotel has done all inclusive, kids unsupervised with platefulls of fruit and cakes, I knew they weren't going to be eaten, maybe a restaurant manager out on the floor needed, would I go back provably not anytime soon.

We had a wonderful stay at Grecotel LUXME in Kos! The food and drinks were excellent, and the staff were consistently so pleasant, friendly and welcoming. The rooms are still a bit dated, but once the full renovations are complete it will be 10/10 A very special thank you to “long blonde!” Maria at the 1930/Lobby Bar — exceptional service and such a lovely person. Also a big thank you to Patty; and Dritan at the Beach Bar for making us feel so welcome. Thank you all so much for making our stay even more enjoyable. We truly appreciated your kindness and fantastic service!
