We spent a week at Lux Me Kos during the UK May half-term with our family. We were expecting the hotel to be incredibly busy, but it never felt overcrowded and the atmosphere was lovely throughout our stay. We first visited in 2024 and had such a fantastic experience that we decided to return this year. I'm happy to say that everything was just as amazing as we remembered. The service was exceptional from start to finish. The food was outstanding, both in the à la carte restaurants and the main restaurant, with plenty of variety and consistently high quality. The drinks selection was excellent too, with numerous bars around the resort and attentive service everywhere, including the beach bar. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and impeccably cleaned every day. The entertainment programme was fantastic, with so many activities and events taking place throughout the day and evening that we simply couldn't keep up with everything on offer. A special thank you to Vasilis, Kiryakos, and Yannis, who run the hotel with incredible professionalism, high standards, and a genuinely welcoming approach. Their dedication is reflected in every aspect of the guest experience. We can't recommend Lux Me Kos highly enough and are already looking forward to returning again.

We have just returned from holiday at the LUXME in Kos. The first thing I will say is that the hospitality and service was amazing. I didn’t see a miserable or downbeat hotel employee for the whole week. It is now an all inclusive resort and it absolutely is! No annoying additional surcharges, the drinks are top shelf and the food from the à la carte to the buffet to the pool side is delicious and tasty! What makes this place is the people, always willing to go that extra mile to help. Even when we had issues with our room they responded quickly to sort them out (more so than some big chain hotels and I’ve travelled a lot!). They do make you feel like your comfort is their priority. I’ve awarded 5 stars based primarily on the hotel team and service, but I would caution that it’s an older hotel. The communal, lobby, bar, restaurant and outside areas are amazing, refurbished and well kept. However that has not made it to all the accommodation rooms yet and some of these can be tired and dated with the maintenance issues associated with that (all rectified super quickly if you raise them). Renovation is ongoing and when it’s done this place will be spectacular! For some travellers who are happy with a functional room, it won’t bother you, but if you you want a more modern room, choose carefully or just let the amazing service and consumable delights of the hotel distract you from that! Feedback given politely to the hotel team is taken enthusiastically and responded to quickly to make your stay better. Either way, if you’re looking for an all inclusive where the staff actually care about your holiday and you are pampered with delicious treats, then this is your place.

Having stayed at two other Grecotel resorts previously, both outstanding experiences, we arrived genuinely excited. The LuxMe brand sets a high expectation — and on this occasion the Kos property simply failed to deliver to the luxury service level. The facilities are nice and well maintained. Food and drink was generally okay, but nothing special — and certainly not at the level we'd experienced at the other LuxMe properties. For a five-star all-inclusive, you expect more than average. The service however was frankly terrible, and fell embarrassingly short of what we experienced at the other resorts in the same collection. Check-in set the tone immediately — rushed, impersonal, and lacking any warmth. It only got worse at checkout. When a late checkout wasn't available, we were offered a 'shower room' as an alternative. It had not been cleaned. The previous guest's towels were still there. At a five-star resort that is unacceptable — full stop. There was no 'thank you' at checkout. When we asked the team to help make my wife's birthday special, there was no personal thought or gesture — just a redirect to the app. For a LuxMe property, that response is simply not good enough. One standout exception: Nimas at the kids' pool bar was absolutely brilliant — warm, attentive and everything this brand should represent. He was a genuine highlight of our stay.

We have just returned from our second time at this hotel and can honestly say, that the staff are some of the nicest people you can ever meet. A special thanks must go to Panygiotis and Veatriki ( hope that’s the right spelling ). Nothing was too much trouble for them and they go out of their way to make you feel special. A true asset to the hotel. The rooms are very clean and since the last time, there has been some updates throughout. Kos town, is around 10 minutes in a taxi and we highly recommend Zia, to watch the sunset. Having been the Grecotel in Crete, our personal opinion, is that for value for money, service and all round attentiveness you can’t go wrong with Luxme Kos

Arrived late, made sure full meal was available. Complimentary snacks in room, mini fridge restocked everyday. Huge variety of meals to choose from for breakfast, lunch & dinner. Ice creams and pancakes available aswell as a lunch bar by the pools. Based by a beach with lovely clear water with little fish when snorkelling. The bar terrace was really nice and relaxing, cocktails were really nice and friendly staff, aswell as other guests.
