We had a wonderful stay at the Hilton Tokyo with our 5 month child. Traveling with an infant can be stressful, but the hotel made everything feel smooth and comfortable from start to finish. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very well maintained. There was plenty of room for our luggage, stroller, and baby essentials without feeling cramped. The hotel also provided a sturdy wooden infant crib for our child, which was safe, well-built, and gave us great peace of mind during our stay. The breakfast buffet was very good, with a wide variety of options that catered to different tastes. It was a great way to start each morning before heading out to explore Tokyo. The highlight of our stay was the checkout experience. It was quick and seamless, and an ambassador named Waly truly went above and beyond. He provided extremely helpful information about baby changing stations, hotel amenities, shuttle buses to Shinjuku Station, and bus options to Haneda Airport. Traveling with a young child, this guidance made a significant difference and took a lot of stress off our shoulders. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would absolutely recommend Hilton Tokyo to families traveling with young children.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel and couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment I arrived, everything was smooth, clean, and welcoming. The rooms were comfortable, well-maintained, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. I especially want to highlight Wally, the hotel manager, who truly went above and beyond. He was incredibly professional, attentive, and made sure I felt taken care of throughout my stay. It’s clear he genuinely cares about guests and runs the hotel with pride. The staff overall was friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere made it easy to feel at home. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent service and a stress-free experience.

This hotel is simply wonderful! Our favorite aspect, are the professional Ambassadors, Waly and Waki. During your arrival, stay, and departure, they will certainly elevate your Lobby experience. Individually, they are the best in the business. They recognize nearly every guest with gracious appreciation. They take time to learn about you, your needs, and they happily assist you during your stay. If you are lucky enough to visit often, you surely will become friends. Kindness and positivity are addicting. Thank you Waki. Thank you Waly. you are aces.

The airport limousine bus stops directly at the hotel, and the free shuttle to Shinjuku Station was very convenient. The room itself was spacious, but the toilet and bathroom were not separated, which made it slightly inconvenient for three people to use. We stayed in an Executive Junior Suite and had requested a quiet room with a good view, so it was puzzling that we were assigned a room right in front of the elevators on the 11th floor. Among the hotels I’ve stayed at in Tokyo this one had the most disappointing view. There was also noticeable elevator noise throughout the night. Since other hotels usually include an extra bed for three-person bookings, I asked about it, and they kindly provided an extra bed free of charge, which I appreciated. However, it made me wonder if that was the reason we were given such a room. If that were the case, I would have gladly paid for the extra bed instead. The lobby was small, and groups of airline crew guests were blocking the path to the elevators, yet there were no staff members guiding check-in or managing the crowd. The reception staff were also very impersonal and businesslike. I tried breakfast both at the first-floor buffet and at the lounge on different days. The lounge was slightly better, but still below the average standard for Tokyo. On a positive note, the quality of the alcoholic beverages during the lounge happy hour was quite good.
