Pricey but the hotel meets every expectation! - Room is spacious, well equipped, well taking care of. All the systems work great esp. water. 🚿 water flow is great and warm water work fast. We don’t have to wait long. - Breakfast is good although the buffet selection is small. I like the toast from à la carte menu. But it would be even better if we can order more than one dish from the À la carte as there are many dishes I prefer in the menu than buffet. - location, next to Tokyo Station and Daimaru so there is nothing to complain. Everything seems to be next door!

Stayed at the Shangri-La Tokyo at the tail end of my Japan trip and it was a wonderful way to finish. The views from the hotel are amazing and really made the stay feel special. Theres a direct entrance from the hotel to Tokyo Station which is incredibly convenient and makes navigating the maze that is Tokyo Station that little bit easier, especially when travelling with luggage or heading to the airport. Spent the evening in the lounge enjoying the stunning night skyline, with a live pianist and jazz singer. It felt like stepping into a scene from Lost in Translation, only even better.

Luxury in Service I stayed here many years ago & returned to celebrate our daughter’s birthday. Shangri-La never disappoints. They have spacious room, offer excellent service & great food. The bed is so comfy.. Unlimited access to swimming pool & gym. It’s located within walking distance from Tokyo Station Highly recommended

Service is exceptional from the bell service to the reception. There are 2 entrance with 1 at the basement where the taxi will stop and 1 at the level 1 where within 2 minutes walk to Tokyo Station and Daimaru. Room is spacious compared to other Tokyo hotels. Amenities are complete and can request if needed. Can see the staff tried to accommodate the guests requests to make their stays comfortable. Lots of dining options nearby especially inside Tokyo Station.
Travel Bah
This hotel is Amazing. Great location, All crew hotel was very Nice. Breakfast are delicious, i got beef spicy noodles soup i will recommend for you, my son got fluffy cheese cakes that’s really good, my wife got platters with natto thats delicious. They got a bottles water every room with very special aluminum packaging, thats realy cool. I love the infused water drinks at the gym, they taste so refreshing. Hotel’s room is very clean, with absolutely stunning views.
