Excellent service and an outstanding location We had a wonderful stay at the Imperial Hotel Tokyo, Tower Building. The location is excellent, the room and facilities are exceptionally clean, and the overall convenience is outstanding. What impressed us most was the exceptional Japanese hospitality and level of service. The staff were consistently professional, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. In our experience, the Imperial Hotel offers one of the finest standards of service in Tokyo. One minor inconvenience is that guests staying in the Tower Building generally need to pass through the main building when going outside, which can be slightly inconvenient. The breakfast was high quality, with excellent food and ingredients, although the menu was quite repetitive during our stay. A little more variety would have made it even better. Overall, this is one of the best hotels in Tokyo for service, cleanliness, location, and convenience. Highly recommended, and we would definitely stay here again.

The Imperial Hotel Tokyo’s rich history, traditional Japanese hospitality, and exceptional service truly set it apart. While some reviews describe the hotel as dated, I believe there is an important distinction between being dated and preserving a sense of tradition, character, and history that is difficult to find elsewhere. The location is also excellent, with an abundance of restaurants, shopping, attractions, and train station all within easy walking distance. From the impeccable cleanliness to the thoughtful and attentive service, every aspect of the stay was memorable. It is the type of hotel where you immediately feel comfortable and genuinely do not want to leave. I am already looking forward to my next stay.

Spent 6 nights here at the beginning of June ans was very impressed with location. We had easy access to trains restaurants and shopping. Service was of a standard you would expect from a 5 star hotel We stayed in a Junior suite which other than being dated was spacious and well appointed. Our only negative was the wait times to have breakfast especially over the weekends this could be 30 min or more at 7.30 in morning. This is a 5 star establishment and they need to do better

It was an honor to stay at this hotel. The history of the hotel is fascinating, and the hotel has a feeling of glamor and charm. The service is exceptional, at every moment. We visited the Old Imperial Bar twice, which was a delight. It’s now our favorite bar, due to the delicious cocktails and the true gentlemen who prepare them. The hosts on the 16th floor were also outstanding—we have never felt so welcomed. Thank you for a fabulous stay!

Prob one of the best Hotels I have ever stayed at. Was there with my family for three nights. The service, staff etc was super friendly. Had two lovely rooms with nice view. Overall the Hotel is super Japanese (not international chain) and very very classy what I liked. Definitely come back, definitely good for your start to get into Japan feeling.
