Absolutely fantastic hotel! Arrived on Thursday, still here just now and can not fault this place one bit! Staff are brilliant, so welcoming and friendly. The location is perfect for everything, including the public transport. 5 minutes down the hill to the beach, 5 minutes up the hill to the Yumbo. Bus stops directly outside, supermarkets at the front and back of the hotel. Room is brilliant, lovely big terrace, air con in both living & bedroom, fridge, microwave, tv etc. Beds are super comfy. 2 lifts to all floors. 100% recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a quiet, comfortable and central hotel.

Excellent. The hotel has a chilled, relaxing atmosphere. Soft music playing in the background in the restaurant and pool areas. Our room was spacious, comfortable and it had a very nice décor. Every member of staff we met were friendly and helpful. If you are looking for a place for some relaxing time and good sleep, look no further.

The location of this hotel is great. Multiple shopping centres, bars and restaurants in each direction. Close by the beach and buses that can take you anywhere on the island. Hotel itself is brand new and modern. 1 small pool area that has enough sun loungers and seating available throughout the whole day. Poolside bar has a good selection of drinks and cocktails at decent prices. At the same bar you can also order food throughout the day which is quite cheap and tastes good. The rooms are all large brand new suites with a seperate living area and a large bathroom. The only downside was in our room there was a lack of plug sockets available. We will definitely be back

My second day here. The rooms look fresh and new. Lots of little extras like coffee, tea, washing liquid, bottled water, left for us. We didn't have a toaster, when we asked, one was bought to our room in five minutes. A nice guy helped us set up the safe and television. Ill edit my review at the end of the week as well.

Firstly, the staff in this hotel are so lovely. Especially Gara in the restaurant for breakfast, so helpful and always with a smile! The rooms are very spacious and ours had a fridge, microwave and a kettle, enough for a week. The public areas of this hotel are kept exceptionally clean, without exception. The location is fantastic! Opposite the front door is a supermarket and there are dozens of restaurants very close by, many in the local shopping centre with a vast array of goods. The beach is also so close less than a ten minute walk. Before last night I would have given this hotel 5 stars but I had no sleep due to noise in the room next door. I feel the hotel group needs to invest in some sound proofing for the rooms that have the beds back to back. I could even hear the persons alarm at 6am. This is not a reflection on the staff on site this is out of their control but I do feel it is an investment worth doing!!!
