I’m currently staying at this hotel as a birthday treat, and while it’s a lovely place overall, I’m quite puzzled by one thing: why is there a charge to use the safe in my room? When I asked at reception, I was simply told that it’s “hotel policy,” but no further explanation was given. I want to clarify that I’m not using the safe, as I’m not willing to pay an additional fee for it. I’ve stayed in many hotels and have never encountered a charge for an in-room safe before. I would really appreciate an explanation from management or the owner, because at the moment I can’t think of any logical reason for such a policy.

I'm staying at this hotel right now and I want to say that it's very good. The food is good, the rooms are clean, and most importantly, you won't get tired in this hotel. There are daily activities, including a golf course and ping-pong. There are also playgrounds and activities for children. I'm very pleased and highly recommend visiting this hotel!

This wonderful hotel and friendly staff made a 5 night stay a 5 star experience for a family of 3. Every aspect was excellent. Check in with a glass of champagne, the 'wow' when we entered our room -room/suite 908. A bottle of wine on ice waiting. The suite was stunning, with a breathtaking view of the ocean, marina and beach. Spotlessly clean. A surprise birhday gift on our 2nd day. Little touches like this made us feel very welcome. All staff looked happy in their work. Friendly and couteous at all times. The infinity pool was spectacular. You could just swim to the edge and enjoy the view out to the ocean. No issues with sun lounger availability. Breakfast was great, plenty of choice, lovely setting next to the pool and ocean. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel and look forward to returning next year.

This hotel is truly a hidden gem! From the moment we arrived, the reception staff were very professional. They informed us that our room wasn't quite ready, so we decided to have lunch in the bar area, where the food was delicious. When we finally checked into our room, it was immaculate. We appreciated the thoughtful touches, such as a bottle of wine and some sweets. The pool was quite spacious and offered a stunning view of the Atlantic Ocean and the bay area. There were plenty of sun loungers available, and reservations were not allowed. The adult-only area was a welcome break from the main pool and was surprisingly tranquil, considering it was next to the pool. Overall, this was an excellent last-minute booking. We are glad we chose this hotel and will recommend it to our friends.

The breakfasts are really great. The book library at reception is good as is the free secure luggage room if your flight is later than 12. Only disappointment was people reserving sunbeds at breakfast. Rushing at 8am to put towels. 15 of them then went straight back To their rooms. Lifeguard doesn't remove towels. Multiple chairs were still empty with towels two hours later. The guests are mainly older people. The Market on Friday a short boat trip away is ok. Really good hotel. The boat yard opposite it has a extremely bright spot light with no shield this is a shame as it ruins the view of the bay at night and a shield would not affect the lit area only the glare to the hotel.
