Nico, is a diamond. Receptionist who booked us in is lovely. Thank you both for making our stay a good one! On the whole most staff friendly and welcoming. A few of them you can just tell they dont want to be at work and are a little abrupt. Aircon pants and actually spoilt our stay. Noticed that at the weekend a lot of day passes were sold and this become frustrating during dinner as it become very overwhelming when trying to get to the buffet. Also use the bathing facilities as got over crowded. Some silly rules about drinks and size glasses they can give you but you can order 2 drinks at a time, surely just give us the bigger glass?? Rooms are kept clean everyday and cleaners were very good and friendly, thank you x Maybe just a few water dispensers about so people can refill bottles?? A lot more environmentally friendly and will stop the complaints about water access. This was our 2nd stay in 8 weeks no regrets but improvement needed for us to book the 3rd

This hotel is fantastic. The cleanliness of the hotel is outstanding, good variety of food and drink, entertainment in the pool everyday and every evening, the roof top is beautiful with stunning views. What really stood out was how friendly the staff were. In particular I’d like to thank the bar tender ‘Gorka’ for always being super friendly and welcoming, he deserves some recognition as he does an amazing job and always greeted us with a huge smile. He goes above and beyond for hotel guests and he truly is gem 💎 thankyou Gorka! Overall this was a great first visit to Gran Canaria for us and will be returning to this hotel 😊

Just returned from a week here ! From location, to cleanliness, service of staff all absolutely brilliant 👏 food was all fresh and varied, I am a pain when it comes to buffets but I was never hungry !! Rooms were cleaned impeccably by very happy polite staff , who when cleaning our room ,noticed birthday cards which were up for the mrs birthday, she returned with a bottle of champagne and some chocolates !! A lovely touch! in all a very well kept hotel 10 /10

Fantastic stay, the hotel is spotless with a great location close to the beach and town. The food was delicious with a lot of choice everyday, something for everyone! The best part for us was the staff, the waiting staff especially they were so friendly and helpful Thank you to reception for the warm welcome and help throughout our stay, a special thank you to Africa who brightened our day! Had a great stay at the Bluesea Marieta last week. The staff absolutely make this hotel and our favourite was Nico! He looked after us at the rooftop bar, made excellent cocktails and was funny and charismatic - all of that with us only being able to communicate in small amounts of shared language!
