We are here at the moment. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a lovely stay at JAZ Belvedere. The hotel is beautiful, very clean, and the beach is stunning. The staff were friendly and worked hard to make our holiday enjoyable. Especially the manager Olga, the entertainment team, Ahmed, Chocolate, Lea, Katarina and Boyka and the girl from kids club. One thing to note is that water shoes are definitely recommended because of the rocky areas when entering the sea. At the beginning of our stay, we had a few issues, but after we spoke to the staff, they handled everything professionally and quickly. We really appreciated how seriously they took our concerns, and from that point on, everything was much better. The food was good, the rooms were comfortable and well maintained, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing. Thank you to the whole team for turning our experience into a great holiday. We would definitely come back! And thank you very much the bar staff Mohamed, Ahmed, and the pool guys for taking care of us.

Our stay at JAZ Belvedere exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, the service was warm, professional, and attentive. The hotel has a relaxing atmosphere, a beautiful beach, and excellent facilities that are perfect for both couples and families. The food offered plenty of variety every day, and everything was fresh and tasty. The entertainment team did a great job creating a fun atmosphere without being overwhelming. The entire resort was spotless, and it was clear that the staff take great pride in maintaining the property. Thank you to everyone at JAZ Belvedere for making our holiday so enjoyable. We would happily recommend this hotel and hope to return in the future. We have just arrived home after a two week holiday at Belvedere it was our second stay there and it was still incredible on all points. The staff everywhere were very attentive to our every need. A special thank you to the cocktail bar staff who made our evenings (admaq Omar Mohamed Ali ) the were always smiling and happy to see us. Our housekeeper (Mahmoud) was fantastic, he went above and beyond to make our stay a happy and pleasurable one thank you Mahmoud. The food in the Buffet was fantastic. Tasty hot dishes, BBQ everyday outside. Beautiful fresh salads, breads, fruits and deserts we could not fault anything. The pool side and walk way between the beach was hosed down early every morning and they kept the area clean all day. The gardens are beautiful and immaculate. We would definitely come again in the future. Thank you for a fabulous stay

It was truly the best holiday I’ve ever had. The all-inclusive package exceeded every expectation—delicious food, great drinks, and an incredible garden-view room with an unbelievably comfortable bed. Every day, housekeeping surprised us with beautiful bed decorations, and even the scent throughout the resort was unforgettable. The entire property was spotless: floors, tables, pools, chairs—everything was impeccably maintained. The staff were consistently friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful. The WiFi was also really good, which made the stay even more convenient. I felt completely safe at all times; it’s by far the most secure place I’ve ever visited. I would’ve been even more satisfied if the showers had been taken care of with the same attention as the rest of the facilities, but overall it was an exceptional experience. I couldn’t recommend this place more highly.

My stay at this hotel was a truly enjoyable experience. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean. The garden, the large playgrounds and green areas are beautiful and well maintained. The views are fantastic; the sea changes color throughout the day, offering stunning shades of blue. The resort offers both a lively atmosphere with music and entertainment and quiet areas for relaxing or walking, which I really appreciated. The service was great, and although the food was a bit repetitive, there was always plenty to choose from, including lots of fresh vegetables and fruit. A special thanks to Maha at the Mamluk Bar, who was quick, attentive and helpful, always serving with a warm smile and Ahmed in the main restaurant for being helpful and kind. Some of the other waiters, however, seemed a bit too busy to be as welcoming. I visited at the end of March, when the weather was still a bit cool. However, beach time was enjoyable from around 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., even though the sea wasn’t very warm. If you’re looking for that tropical, warm-water experience, early spring may not be the best time to visit Egypt, but it’s a great season for sightseeing and excursions. The sand on the beach is nice and soft, but the sea was often shallow due to the tide, so you need to walk quite far to reach deeper water, and the shoreline is partly stony; sea shoes are recommended. The pools were large, the smaller one was heated and there was another small one designed for children.
