I stayed at Jaz Sharm Dreams Resort for four nights in November and overall had a very enjoyable holiday. The resort has many strengths, and although a few areas need improvement, the stay was positive on the whole. Food A good variety across the two buffet restaurants, especially at dinner with grilled and fried chicken, beef dishes, curries, couscous, rice, fresh bread, a noodle station and freshly made pizza. Breakfast offered plenty of fruit, pastries and pancakes. Desserts looked better than they tasted, and as expected, there is no pork, so sausages and bacon are chicken-based. Staff Most staff were friendly, helpful and fluent in English and Russian. However, my partner did feel uncomfortable at times due to certain staff staring when she was in swimwear. Service towards men seemed noticeably more relaxed. Not all staff behaved this way, but it was consistent enough to mention. Room The room was spacious, clean and practical. The bathroom was dated, with discoloured tiles and signs of older fittings beneath partial renovations. We also had the shower get stuck on full pressure twice. Maintenance arrived quickly both times, but it shouldn’t happen in the first place. Facilities Excellent overall. Large, tidy grounds, great pools, a fun waterpark and good swim-up bars. Starbucks is on site but not included. Sunbeds are plentiful, though the best ones go early. Evening shisha was very good. A few slides were closed due to the season but didn’t affect the stay. All Inclusive All buffet meals and all bars across the resort are included. Local beer, soft drinks and classic cocktails are free, but speciality cocktails are not. Drinks varied in consistency the indoor bar made the best ones. Egypt in General Sharm is lovely, but the town centre feels run-down and extremely pushy with sales. Prices are always negotiable. Cards are accepted everywhere. The guest mix during our stay included many who were quite rude and impatient, which affected the atmosphere, though this isn’t the hotel’s fault. Overall A very good resort with excellent facilities and enjoyable food. A few service and room issues prevented it being perfect, but we still had a fantastic holiday and would recommend it for a sunny, activity-filled break in Sharm el Sheikh

I had an amazing experience at Jaz Sharm Dreams Hotel! From the moment I arrived, the warm welcome and professional attitude of the staff made me feel at home. The check-in was smooth and fast, and my room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The hotel has a beautiful atmosphere — the pools are well-maintained, the gardens are always green, and the beach access is perfect for relaxation. The animation team is super friendly and energetic, keeping everyone entertained throughout the day with fun activities and evening shows. I was also impressed by the food quality at the buffet — a wide variety of dishes, always fresh and delicious. The restaurant staff were very polite and attentive, especially during the busy dinner hours. A special thanks to the reception and guest relations teams for their constant care and for always checking if everything was fine during my stay. Overall, Jaz Sharm Dreams Hotel truly lives up to its name — it’s a dream destination for anyone who wants to relax, enjoy great service, and experience real Egyptian hospitality. I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Sharm El Sheikh and will surely come back again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Check-in was quick and smooth, and the staff were always friendly, attentive, and ready to help with anything we needed. Our room was cleaned daily, and the housekeeping service was excellent. The massage therapists were amazing, and the animation team kept us entertained both by the pool during the day and in the evenings. The pool area was well-maintained, with staff ensuring everything was clean and comfortable. This hotel is a perfect choice for a family vacation with children. Thank you for an unforgettable holiday!

We were absolutely delighted with our stay. From the moment our group of eleven checked in, every member of the team went above and beyond to accommodate us and ensure our experience was as comfortable as possible. The administration staff, housekeeping team, cooks, pool staff, bar staff, entertainment team, and the managers all demonstrated exceptional hospitality. We were regularly checked on to make sure we had everything we needed, and no request was ever too small. Even something as simple as mentioning that we preferred our red wine not to be placed in the fridge was taken care of immediately, and we were kindly provided with beautifully room-temperature wine. Thank you, Jaz Sharm Dreams, for making our stay so memorable. We would gladly return and highly recommend this hotel to others. We truly cannot thank you enough. Nicola Evans and family ❤️

First I want to say that the territory looks pretty good, the gardens are pretty and i adore the flowers and exotic trees, it all looks very aesthetic but, there are a few bad things about this hotel as well. The service was bad in my opinion, no one seems friendy or happy expecially the chefs and bartenders, they look very annoyed and once told us to order faster and leave. Another time a bartender even forgot my order and I never received it. Most the times I've ordered the same thing, a simple mohito but each time from diffrent bartenders I received somthing completely diffrent, and once got just a spite with a lemon slice. I think the food was pretty good, it was something diffrent from what I usually eat and I liked trying somthing new but over the week I noticed most the stuff stayed the same and didn't change, but for me it was pretty tasty. There are also birds inside the cafeteria, it seems not to bother others but I think that's slightly unhygienic. Most the time I've been told by family members the cups in the cafeteria are dirty, so are the new "clean" plates they bring in. The animators honestly suprised me, I've seen the women animators putting makeup on in public bathrooms, sit in phones and mostly communicate very little and don't seem very interested in entertaining the guests while the male animators seemed more energetic. Though I should agree that the dances were really nice and I liked the music choice. There was also a party once and I really enjoyed it, it was mostly meant for children but I saw that they put a lot of effort into it. The only person who we've really talked to and I enjoyed talking to was the manager Remon, he was energetic, happy to see everyone and making sure everyone feels well. I expecting this from everyone, but the workers here seem bored, annoyed and not interested in speaking. The rooms were well, I honestly dont care much about how it looks like but I didn't like how the cleaner cleaned it. Most the time he forgets to add new toilet paper or leave new milk or tea, It was very frustrating. It all looked nice but the outside chairs and beds looked very used and old and should be replaced.
