I have traveled the world and literally cried leaving here as the people were the nicest I have ever met. The service was absolutely incredible, they all went above and beyond. Located just a 15 minute boat ride from Male was very helpful also. The water and sea life was incredible. Dolphins every day and eagle rays. Book the overwater villa absolutely a must. We were two friends staying and the overwater was a must. Every single staff member went above and beyond and I can’t wait to return. The spa was the best massage ever and the dive center Joseph and Alim were amazing with the activities and helping my friend complete her dive certification. The shower heads were the best I have experienced with the powder head water omg. We loved everything.

We spent 9 nights at the JW Marriot Maldives celebrating my 50th birthday. From the moment we arrived in the Maldives to the moment we departed we experienced dedicated, kind, and extraordinary staff. Our stay was fun, relaxing and just what we needed because of the people that we had the pleasure of seeing daily. Our butler, Malla, went out of his way to meet our needs. He shared his culture with us, made fantastic recommendations and truly seemed to want to make our stay perfect. Our villa attendant, Maz, kept our room tidy and left us little surprises each day. The chef, Froosh Nur, seemed genuinely excited to prepare food for us. He spoke with us on several occasions wanting to ensure the meals were perfect. Ibbe took time out of his day to share pictures with us, talk about fishing, wine and food. Sham, Shinaaz, Madina, and Kahuwaan waited on us everyday always with a smile and wonderful conversations. We learned about their culture and learned some new language. I cannot express adequately in words how these individuals affected us in such a positive manner. Daily, their kindness and conversations were highlights to our stay. We knew the Maldives was a special place, but we underestimated the power of connecting with the people that made it so special. We would overwhelmingly recommend the JW Marriot Maldives. Our stay was nothing shy of perfection.

We had the best time as a family here! There are many great resorts in the Maledives; but here the staff really makes you feel at home as we never experienced before. The genuine and heartfelt hospitality and the way they treat kids just let you have a magical time. The food quality but also how the chefs interact with their guests is a 5* experience, we could not wish for more. Special thanks to Naawish, Rock and Shijo. You and all the others made us feel very welcomed and special. P.S. the Island and Villas are also beautiful.

Highly recommended if you are willing to spend some quality time in seclusion with family. I arrived here with my 5 months old son and my wife. Staff here is just amazing. They take care of each and everything that you can think of. Special thanks to Rameez, and our butler zack. They literally made our trip wonderful.
