The hotel is generally good, and the welcome was pleasant. ‎‏However, our overall experience did not meet the expectations of a five-star resort, and I would not recommend it as a five-star experience. ‎‏We observed a pattern in room allocation where Arab guests appeared to be placed at the far end of the resort, raising concerns about fairness in room distribution. Despite traveling with a child and booking one month in advance, we were not located near the main facilities or the kids’ club The service was somewhat slow. On one occasion, our request for a golf cart was ignored, and we waited despite being assured that someone would be sent to pick us up. There were also instances where our calls to room service were not answered, and no return call was made, which was quite unusual ‎‏The beach not worth it at all and did not compare to other beaches in Seychelles in terms of beauty or swimming suitability. ‎‏We also experienced issues with the bedding. The duvets were clearly worn out, with uneven and insufficient filling, and did not meet five-star standards in terms of comfort and quality. A replacement was provided, but it was also old and only marginally better. The hotel is located approximately 30 minutes from the airport; however, heavy traffic should be taken into consideration, as the journey can extend to up to an hour and a half. We nearly missed our flight because of this ‎‏however, that the spa service was excellent. I visited the spa without a prior appointment, and the staff were able to accommodate me with an immediate booking, which was greatly appreciated. ‎These issues affected our stay and fell short of five-star standards.

Our stay was wonderful. The location is absolutely stunning, surrounded by lush nature and a beautiful beach. The suites are spacious, elegant, and incredibly comfortable. The food was excellent throughout our stay, with great variety and quality. A special mention goes to Fabrice, whose friendly, professional, and attentive service truly stood out and made our experience even more enjoyable. A special shout-out as well to Ashley, the resort’s marine biologist, who guided us on an snorkeling experience. She explained everything clearly while ensuring our safety at all times. Her genuine passion and deep love for marine life were adorable and very inspiring. Highly recommend! We would love to return

I had a great experience at the hotel today. The receptionist, Ezra, was friendly and welcoming. At Café Lazare, from the warm welcome to the attentive and professional service throughout, the staff—Nelly, Mercia, Sandeep, Rose, Amelie, Emma, and Chef Norita—were all very friendly, kind, and efficient, and made sure we were comfortable. They also made my son feel very special on his birthday by surprising us with a birthday song and a candle for him to blow. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made the moment truly memorable for him and our family. From the Windsong to the pool attendant, the service from everyone was excellent. Can I recommend Pizza to be added to the menu list especially for the kids.

The hotel is beautiful and the area of Seychelles is amazing. The cove is picture perfect. We had dinner in Windsong which is partially on the sand . Enjoyed the food and our server Fabrice, was so great! I would highly recommend staying here. M. Inez Fraser

My group of friends came for the day pass. It was worth every penny. We had a delicious breakfast buffet. We had access to the pool, the beach, the beach chairs with towels, showers, a restaurant, bar, and just the entire beautiful property. Barbrha did an amazing job serving lunch to our very large group. She was super attentive, detail-oriented, pleasant, and kind throughout the whole day. And Danesh made some wonderful welcome drinks for our group. We didn't want to leave, and we're definitely planning on going back again!
