We had a wonderful and exciting 7days long stay at Kempinski resort. Dining experience both at Windsong Beach Restaurant and Cafe Lazare was amazing. The courtesy of the staff specially Karthick, Fred, Curtis and Sandeep is beyond words. They are very polite, professional and respectful. The ambience was beautiful—calm, relaxing, and perfectly in sync with the beachside setting. The food was excellent, with fresh flavors and great presentation. A special thank you to all the staff for making our stay more enjoyable and memorable.

Arriving at Kempinsky resort Seychelles , I was very happy to realise the place was the best choice! Amazing wiew of the ocean, clean , huge beach , beautiful and comfortable room with a bathroom of an outstanding size, comfort and cleanness! Professional management and staff! In touch with the visitors, creole animation programs, dance, music .. entertainment.. Restaurants well equipped, professional chefs! A very special thanks to Karthick, Chantal and Philip who took care of us on the days they were on duty( budfet restaurant) The resort has a nice , well equipped GYM, tennis playing possibilities, which impressed me so much! Keeping cleanness in such a big resort means an outstanding effort noticed by all the visitors Who love the green nature of Seychelles! We went here summer 2025 and I have been meaning to write a review. The hotel was lovely and as soon as you arrive there are staff to welcome you. The view is amazing as you walk into the main reception - you can see out to the ocean and it just feels like you have really arrived to relax and reset. All the food was really nice but I wish there was a little more during the buffets in the evening. The breakfast buffet was great and I enjoyed that the most. All the staff were really friendly and the rooms were well kept and clean. It wasn't as glam as I thought Kempinski would be but it was still very nice. The Seychelles is a beautiful place - I would love to go again.

Even before our arrival, we have already experienced a level of service from Kempinski Seychelles Resort that falls far short of what we expect from a luxury hotel. We are traveling as a group of six adults and two children, and my wife and I are celebrating our wedding anniversary — a very meaningful occasion for our family. We always choose 5-star hotels as a minimum, so we are well aware of the standards that typically come with this category. That makes the disappointing pre-arrival communication even more surprising. Instead of a warm and welcoming message, we received a generic, sales-focused email offering only paid add-ons and upgrades, with no personal touch and no acknowledgment of our special occasion. Most high-end hotels naturally recognize such details and make an effort to create a personalized experience for their guests. Unfortunately, this has not been the case here. What makes this situation even more concerning is that the overall tone and attitude in the communication gave us the uncomfortable impression that certain nationalities or guests might be treated differently. We sincerely hope this is not the case, because such an approach would be extremely disappointing — especially in a luxury hotel, where every guest, regardless of nationality or skin color, should be treated with equal respect and at the highest standard. Good hospitality should begin long before check-in, yet the communication so far has left a very poor impression. I sincerely hope the actual stay will be better, but at this moment, the level of guest care does not align with what one would expect from Kempinski or from a hotel in this price range.

This really was paradise!! What a wonderful place to celebrate our anniversary!! Beautiful grounds, amenities, and beaches. Big standouts were Dino and Tamara at the bar and Karthick in Cafe Lazare!! They went out of their way to provide outstanding service!! Will definitely return to Kempinski on our next visit to the Seychelles!
