Positives: the room is stunning and bed is extremely comfortable. The beach it's on is picturesque and lovely. Housekeeping are lovely. Negatives: horrible customer service. Initially I made the reservation through booking.com. They weren't able to run my card for some reason so I called, emailed, messaged through booking to get them to send me a payment link and I heard back nothing. Eventually the hotel canceled my reservation and refused to reinstate it with booking.com. They told me over the phone to talk to the reception when I arrived and they would help. They didn't.. the manager basically laughed at me and I ultimately lost thousands of points on my membership. No one seemed to care. The water in the room is gross. It comes out yellow from the tap. The pool was closed for renovation. No prior notice was given about this but I guess it's a business and they don't care so long as they've got the booking so kudos to them on that. Breakfast buffet has a lot of options but wait staff are quite rude. I don't expect nor want people to smile blindly at me but they were closed off and unapproachable. I felt like I was almost bothering them when I asked for a coffee or asked the egg station to make me an omelet. Also, the chicken sausage was raw and pink inside.. 2 days in a row. Ew. Also there's horrible drilling noises in the rooms. I guess they're renovating? Which yeah, fine, I imagine they have to do that to keep the place up to date, but it's annoying that I paid a lot of money to relax and I'm hearing construction while trying to take a nap in my room. There's air condition in the room but it's not actually cold in the room. It's fine. It's a great property but at the price they expect, I would imagine they sort out the minutiae above.

We stayed at the Savoy Hotel in Seychelles and had an exceptional experience thanks to the receptionist, Abdelfattah. He was truly outstanding. From the moment we arrived, he treated us with genuine care, almost as if we were part of his own family. Any time we needed help, whether it was recommendations . he was the one who made everything effortless. His support made our stay smoother and so much more enjoyable. If anyone is visiting Mahé Seychelles and staying at the Savoy, I highly recommend reaching out to him for any assistance. He is dedicated, helpful, and goes above and beyond for guests. A true gem at the hotel was Pescado restaurant is a next level I recommend to order seafood selection and you wont regret it!!🤤 Thank you, Abdelfattah, for making our trip unforgettable.

We went for 4days to Praslin in 4stars hotel - beach amazing, staff amazing, room clean and fresh. We come here to Savoy 5stars hotel - most of the managers are russians, which doesnt bring any authentic feeling. Room 1104- the bathroom is a bit disgusting -the shower is next to the clothes section and all the steam goes to your clothes… Second there is some leak going around(you can see on the picture). The 5star experience comes when you switch on the AC, the room smells like humid and mold… I felt really bad sleeping here. There is nothing on which you can out wet swimwear…The beach is nothing Seychelles experience and there is barely any shade with the sunbeds. The hotel is mainly with russians, who think are the creme de la creme of the world and super disrespectful. Breakfast - pork with mushrooms, barsh soup- barely any normal choices. The only positive thing is the few local staff. I hope they pay them well. Please don’t make the mistake we did by coming here - our holiday is ruinied by this place.

I was received by a gentleman namedf Abdul Fattah, from the moment I arrived the welcoming which we received was exceptional, I was treated with a level of warmth and professionalism that made me feel like absolute royalty. The staff went above and beyond to make every part of my stay exceptional. Check-in was seamless, and I was personally escorted to my room with genuine care and attention. The room was immaculate, beautifully prepared, and filled with thoughtful touches that made me feel truly valued. Every request I made—big or small—was met with a smile and handled immediately. The hospitality was not just excellent; it was personal. What stood out the most was how the staff anticipated my needs before I even mentioned them. Whether it was dining, housekeeping, or concierge services, each interaction reinforced the feeling that I was their top priority. I left feeling pampered, appreciated, and refreshed. If you’re looking for a hotel where you’ll be treated like a queen, this is absolutely the place to be. I cannot recommend it highly enough!

We stayed here for our last 4 nights of our honeymoon, and we were not disappointed! The room was lovely and spotlessly clean, bed comfy and just felt spacious and luxurious. All the staff were friendly and helpful, especially Brigitte at reception. The food was mostly good, at the Gecko bar and Pescado was delicious, the buffet at the Grand Savoy could be a little hit or miss. I also had an intensive hydration facial at the spa and it was heaven!! Lin was brilliant, the right pressure on the massage and she was so lovely and friendly!! Best spa treatment I've ever received. The beach itself at Beau Vallon, just Infront of the hotel is beautiful, with lovely sunsets. Overall we were extremely happy with the end of our honeymoon!
