We had a wonderful family holiday at this hotel! We travelled with our children and felt very welcome from the moment we arrived. The hotel was clean, the rooms were comfortable, and the food offered plenty of choice for both adults and children. The pool area was lovely, and the beach was just a short walk away. Our children absolutely loved the Mini Disco every evening! It quickly became their favourite part of the day, and they couldn't wait for it to start. Seeing them so happy and excited every night made our holiday even more special. There weren't many daytime activities specifically for younger children, as most of the entertainment programme was aimed at adults. Because of this, my husband often joined the sports activities, and sometimes he took our older son with him. It was so nice that the animation team always made him feel included and encouraged him to join in when it was appropriate. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this hotel to other families looking for a relaxing holiday with a friendly atmosphere. Thank you for making our family holiday so memorable!

She was always full of energy, created an amazing atmosphere, and made sure everyone had a great time. She brought so much fun and positive vibes every day. This hotel is beautiful although falls short of 5*, it is beautifully presented after having a refurb and is very peaceful. I would say it is a good 4*. All the staff are very welcoming and polite, some are also great with the children. As for a 5* it falls short, it doesn't have that 5* luxury feel about it. I would expect a welcome drink in a 5* not here. You have to find your own table at breakfast, lunch and dinner, I'd rather be seated, no service around the pool either. It states room service is available although not clear upon arrival. Some sunbeds do get reserved from 7/8am although we always managed to get 4 anytime of the day and this was end of July / beginning of August time. 2 pools are available 1 family pool with activities and 1 more of a chill out area, both have plenty of beds. They also have cabana day beds free to use at both pools but you have to be early for those. The entertainment is hit and miss and could be better, some nights were not as advertised. The location depends on the type of holiday you like, no bars or restaurants nearby and the nearest town is about 40 minutes walk or 5/10 minute taxi. A car is needed to get out and about, a car rental company is based opposite the hotel. Kos town is 30 minute drive away. The water park 10 minutes drive away is included in the stay but isn't very big and only has 8 slides, a wave pool, lazy river and 2 swimming pools. The hotel offers a transfer for this. The drinks selection is great, plenty on offer, some premium drinks are priced but the all inclusive menu has a great selection, the iced coffees are also amazing. Overall a great stay here, i would recommend and also go back, as it has only just reopened I feel they are still adding finishing touches and the 5* service will improve with time.

Nice hotel but the food was awful!! Entertainment terrible!! Not clean anywhere i saw so many things dropped on the floor round the pool no one cleaned it ever!! The rooms are only cleaned every 2 days!! There's no way this is a 5 star Hotel!! I wouldn't give it even 3 star!! So many things are wrong, even the drinks weren't good!! Would never recommend; will never go back!!
