Me and my family recently had the pleasure of visiting Le Méridien main restaurant for Iftar & dinner. I must say the experience was truly exceptional. The level of hospitality and professionalism displayed by the team made the visit memorable from start to finish. A special appreciation goes to Mr. Sumeda, the restaurant manager, whose outstanding leadership and attention to detail ensured that every guest felt welcomed and well taken care of. His dedication to delivering excellent service was clearly reflected in the smooth operation of the restaurant and the warm atmosphere throughout the dining experience. I would also like to thank Mr. Ram, his assistant, for being attentive and polite. He made sure that everything was perfectly arranged and that guests were comfortable at all times. Additionally, Mr. Amjad, the security supervisor, deserves recognition for his professionalism and friendly approach. His presence added to the feeling of safety and supportive, while still maintaining a welcoming attitude toward guests. The teamwork and commitment shown by Mr. Sumeda, Mr. Ram, and Mr. Amjad truly represent the high standards expected from a five-star hotel like Le Méridien, Al Aqah. Their excellent hosting and service made the experience remarkable, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for outstanding hospitality and the exceptional beautiful environment around.

From the moment we arrived at, the experience was truly outstanding. The warm welcome by valet staff (Filipino) and reception team (shout out to Rose) was incredibly attentive, friendly, and always ready to help with a genuine smile. What impressed us most throughout our stay was the consistently excellent service from every staff member we encountered from the restaurant teams to the beach bar and pool bar, everyone took pride in making our visit exceptional. The food quality was superb. The buffet offerings were rich.The restaurant staff went above and beyond by checking table to table. They really did a great job. My favorite was pork section and umm Ali. Very tasty. What truly elevated the stay was the personal touch from the team.They were welcoming, attentive without being intrusive, and made us feel genuinely appreciated as guests. They even went the extra mile to accommodate my birthday request and make our dining experiences delightful. We had our dinner in Sapore restaurant and food was exceptional. Best Carbonara in UAE hands down! Only disappointing is they close on Tuesday. Overall, this hotel doesn’t just offer great food and comfortable rooms, it delivers a hospitality experience defined by genuine care, professionalism, and memorable moments. Highly recommended for anyone who values outstanding service and culinary quality! Can’t wait to be back :)

Newly renovated rooms are absolutely amazing! The executive suites are stunning! And absolutely outstanding service from Ms Bini and her team, she took care of us from the moment we checked in and even followed up after we left the hotel to ensure that all our needs were sorted. One of the best marriott properties I have stayed at and great loyalty recognition for elite members!

The newly renovated room was spacious, beautifully done, and offered a great view. The pool area was enjoyable, and the beach access was excellent, though the lounge area could still benefit from some improvement. A big thank you to Ms.Bini for making our stay extra enjoyable. Overall, while there were minor disruptions due to the renovation, the attentive service and comfortable room helped make the experience a positive one.

The Le Meridien in Al Aqah was a beautiful hotel. It’s currently under renovation but they should finish them this month! The rooms were already renovated and had a beautiful sea view! The pool is spacious and even though the hotel was fully booked it didn’t feel crowded during NYE! We had beautiful beach walks and amazing food! Deffo go to the steak house at the beach!
