This is definitely one of the best places I’ve been to in MALDIVES. I’ve actually gone to MALDIVES several times. Me and my family come here to many resorts. However, I noticed Lily does things very differently. You really feel the disconnection from Work and the staff are all very nice. IT WON THE MINUTE THEY GAVE ME THE WELCOME DRINK. ❤️. From the very beginning, the staff created such a warm and welcoming atmosphere that made our stay feel instantly special. What really made the difference was the level of care and attention from the team. They were always present when needed, yet everything felt effortless and natural. Their genuine friendliness and dedication added a personal touch to every moment of our stay. We especially loved how the staff helped create such a relaxing and romantic environment. We left Lily Beach a week ago and our hearts are still there. It was a long overdue return since we went there on honeymoon in 2010 and we always promised we would be back, and finally we did it. I was a bit apprehensive as this time we were joined by our daughter who turned 14 during our trip, as she has profound autism, but I honestly didn’t need to worry as the staff were simply superb with her. We started our stay in a beach villa for 3 nights and then moved to the beach residence for another 7. Yes, the Beach villas are looking a bit tired, but they are still lovely. If I really have to nitpick the toilets by Lily maa need a refurbishment. But the beach residence, oh my god, what a stunning place. We had an amazing week, walking straight into the sea, and chilling in our pool. The food, the drinks, everything was top notch, but where Lily really shines is its staff members. When we moved to the beach residence we were a bit worried about our daughter eloping at night, since we now had 3 large doors. We mentioned this to Adam, the executive housekeeper, and within minutes the maintenance team was there installing extra locks! That gave us such peace of mind we slept soundly every night. Our room attendant at the beach villa whose name I sadly didn’t note down, was such a lovely kind man. As was the attendant at the beach residence Aslam. Thank you for the pretty bed decorations. Nada our guest relations contact was so helpful and ensured we had all we needed throughout our stay. Mustapha at Lily maa took such good care of us - thank you Mustapha - and thank you abdulla who took care of us when Mustapha was not on shift. Binoy at spirit bar who remembered our orders every time, senerat and all the other barmen were superb as was sidère at the beach bar. The pasta chef who made my daughter carbonara every single night, sometimes even twice and the sushi chef were all stars. A special mention to Hassan at vibes, who was kind and attentive, especially when my daughter made him repeat what she pointed at on her iPad for a few minutes and he complied - we appreciated your kindness. We enjoyed lots of incredible massages by martini at the spa. My neck misses you! Now onto the star of the show - and for us that has to be Anjo at the kids club. Wow. What an incredible lady. We were apprehensive about asking if our daughter could join a few sessions but she was welcomed with open arms. Anjo knew how to speak to our daughter who is non verbal and how to communicate. But she really made me cry tears of happiness when she organized a party for my daughter complete with decorations, food, presents and cake. I was relaxed while my daughter was with anjo and that never really happens. You will always be in our hearts you amazing human being. Anjo is helped by raffaella who is also a lovely person. Ladies, you made our trip. We really loved our trip and this time we won’t be waiting 16 years to return. Thank you all at Lily beach. You are all wonderful ❤️

This is mainly thanks to the exceptional service, amenities, great food, and high-quality drinks. Everything works flawlessly – accommodation, guest care, organization of the entire resort, atmosphere, tranquility, and luxury all in one. The food is always an experience in itself – a large selection, top-quality ingredients, perfect taste, and presentation. The drinks are of a high standard, no compromises, true quality in every detail. However, what really sets this resort apart from others is its general manager, Laurent Driole. His personal approach to guests, daily presence, interest in the satisfaction of each individual, and incredible dedication are absolutely exceptional! This is what top management should look like in every hotel in the world. Thanks to him, the resort has an exceptional atmosphere where every guest feels welcome, important, and pampered. We recently stayed at this resort and was blown away by the entire experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel genuinely welcome with warm smiles and outstanding service. The property itself is absolutely stunning beautiful landscaping, spotless facilities, and a serene atmosphere that makes it impossible not to relax. Our room was spacious, modern, and incredibly comfortable, with a breathtaking view that made every morning feel special. The amenities were top-notch as well: the pool area was luxurious, the spa treatments were heavenly, and the on site dining options offered some of the best meals I’ve had in a long time. What truly set this resort apart was the attention to detail. Every aspect felt thoughtfully designed to create an unforgettable experience.
