Every member of staff was incredibly friendly, polite, and attentive, making me feel genuinely welcomed throughout my stay. The service was exceptional and truly reflected the high standards of the hotel. The breakfast was outstanding, with a great variety of high-quality options, and everything from the room to the overall atmosphere was flawless. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of, which made the experience feel both luxurious and comfortable. We had a wonderful time staying at this hotel. The location is absolutely perfect and incredibly convenient. A special and heartfelt thank you goes to Ms. Zainab, who handled our reservation. She is incredibly sweet, kind, and managed to secure a fantastic offer for us. We did experience a slight hiccup during check-out, where the luggage assistance was delayed by about an hour. However, the hotel's recovery was flawless. The very next day, we received a call offering us a complimentary suite upgrade for our next visit to make up for the delay. This level of care and accountability is rare, and it truly showed us how much they value their guests. We will definitely be back!
