A wonderful hotel with beautiful rooms, excellent service, and an outstanding breakfast buffet. The entire team — from reception and concierge service to housekeeping and the waitstaff— was excellent. Everyone was kind and welcoming. We have just gotten married, and we were welcomed with a lovely surprise in our room. Thank you so much for this thoughtful gesture! The breakfast buffet was amazing, and the service team was so friendly. We would especially like to mention Salvador, who was assigned to us. He was incredibly attentive, helpful, and unbelievably friendly. You can truly feel that he has his heart in the right place and that taking care of guests genuinely means a lot to him. Thank you to the entire team — everything was perfect from the moment we arrived. The pool on the terrace is beautiful, and the excursion offered by the hotel (the desert trip) was amazing and very well organized. The trip was carried out by Q-Explorer and our guide was Hazem - thank you for making this experience unforgettable!

During a morning stroll through Msheireb we noticed people enjoying breakfast from a beautiful spot and decided to stop by out of curiosity. That is when we discovered it was at the Mandarin Oriental Doha. Even though we were not staying at the hotel the hospitality we received was absolutely exceptional. We were warmly welcomed by a wonderful staff member named Rungjirat who treated us with genuine care and kindness and made us feel like valued guests. She patiently showed us all the buffet options and went out of her way to arrange a special salad and soup for us which were delicious. The level of hospitality we experienced despite not being hotel guests truly impressed us. It was a memorable experience and we will definitely be visiting again.

Mandarin Oriental, Doha: Exceptional stay from start to finish I had an outstanding stay at the Mandarin Oriental in Doha and genuinely enjoyed every minute of it. From the moment I arrived, the team made me feel welcome with warmth, professionalism, and a level of attention to detail that you rarely find. The staff are consistently super-friendly and genuinely helpful, and the service is top-quality across the board. Everything runs smoothly, effortlessly, and with a calm confidence that makes the whole experience feel truly special. The location is also perfect: ideally situated so you can easily walk to many of Doha’s main attractions, making it an excellent base for exploring the city. A special mention goes to Yiagi at Concierge and Gabriel in the restaurant, both absolute professionals. Their support, efficiency, and kindness made a real difference and elevated the stay even further. I would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting wonderful Doha. An exceptional experience and one I would happily repeat.

Even though I wasn’t staying at the hotel, I had the chance to spend some time in the lobby, and the experience was genuinely lovely. I was welcomed with, roasted almonds, olives, and water, followed by hibiscus tea and a beautiful fruit platter, such a thoughtful and elegant touch. The atmosphere was calm, comfortable, and perfect for a relaxed meeting. Small details like these really show the quality of the service and the care for guests, even non-residents of the hotel. A special thank you to Yellow, who made the experience even more memorable, and to her wonderful friends Kanjana, Rhina, Cristina, and Rhovic. Everyone was warm, professional, and incredibly kind, the type of people who make a place feel welcoming rather than just beautiful. Definitely a lobby worth visiting, even if just for a tea and good company. Highly recommended.

I have stayed in several luxury hotels in Lusail, but Mandarin Oriental truly exceeded my expectations. From the moment my partner and I arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth. We were escorted to the lobby, offered refreshing welcome drinks and cold towels, and immediately felt well cared for. The receptionist was exceptionally kind and engaging; the way he interacted with me made the check-in experience truly memorable. When we arrived in our room, we were pleasantly surprised by a beautiful anniversary setup, which made our stay even more special. I would like to personally thank Nazeem from front office team, Cheda from the IRD team, and the housekeeper who handled our turndown service (I regret not knowing his name). His attention to detail was outstanding—he even recreated the rose petals on our bed, neatly arranged my personal items in the bathroom, and organized things on the couch. It was truly above and beyond. This experience made me understand why Mandarin Oriental holds a Forbes 5-Star standard. After staying here, my expectations for service have definitely been raised. It was an exceptional stay, and I would absolutely return. I can confidently say—I am now a FAN.
