Excellent hotel complex with an amazing atmosphere and amazing location. Excellent service, always smiling and helpful staff, especially Mr. Capitain - attentive, helpful and nice every time he serves us. Upon arrival, the assistant manager of the hotel was waiting for us, she showed us the entire complex. There are several a la carte restaurants with a selection of delicious delicacies. The chefs here are masters. Every prepared meal is a taste experience. Accommodation is in beautiful rooms with sufficient space, which are cleaned daily with absolute perfection, the minibar is regularly replenished. There are several pools within the complex - we had our own private one, so there is no shortage of sunbeds :-). The hotel's private beach is cozy with enough sunbeds. In addition, clean towels are always ready. Several bars with a sufficient offer of drinks. We were pleasantly surprised by the night buffet, which closed at 4 in the morning - and also with a great offer of dishes. For us, an amazing experience !!! Thank you!!!

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely amazing. The hotel itself is beautiful, large, but never overwhelming and the pool areas are fantastic. The biggest highlight was the staff. Everyone was incredibly kind and welcoming, especially the team at breakfast. Many staff members spoke German, and everyone spoke English, which made us feel comfortable and well taken care of throughout our stay. Housekeeping was excellent, and our room was cleaned every day. The food was outstanding, and we especially loved the included à la carte restaurants. Having Italian, South American, Asian cuisine, and even a French brunch included in the price was a wonderful bonus. The hotel is also in a great location, with easy access to Hersonissos. The reception staff helped us with everything, from arranging taxis to organizing transfers. We also booked the Mirabella Tour through the hotel. While the snorkeling spots were beautiful, the boat was very large and crowded, so it wasn’t quite what we had expected. Overall, we were extremely happy with our stay and would highly recommend this hotel. We’re both quite picky when it comes to hotels, but this one exceeded our expectations. Special thanks to Aphrodite and the extreme polite man from the Pacific Bruch (I forgot his name unfortunaley but he also works at the Italien Restaurant in the evening)

Pacifico Of all the restaurants at the resort, this has been our favourite for brunch. The food has been consistently excellent and is easily the best we’ve had anywhere on the resort. What really makes this restaurant stand out, however, is the exceptional service. Every member of the team is warm, friendly, and incredibly accommodating, making each visit a pleasure. A special thank you to Aphrodite for making us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived, Manolis for always making us feel valued and looked after, and Irene for going above and beyond to cater to our every need. Thank you all for making our brunches such a memorable part of our stay. We can’t wait to return!

We had a lovely stay overall. The rooms were spacious, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. The pools were great, with plenty of sunbeds available throughout the day, and the towel service made everything really easy. A special mention goes to Herson at the rooftop bar, who was fantastic. He was attentive, friendly, and provided excellent service throughout our stay. The rooftop bar also has stunning views, making it a great place to relax in the evening. The food was good overall—while it wasn’t the highlight of the holiday, there was a good selection and we always found something enjoyable to eat. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would happily recommend this hotel.

Fabulous 👌 AMAZING room/suite overlooking the sea room 752 we can HIGHLY recommend!! It is STUNNING!! Herson the bar tender in the main bar is great - very attentive ( even produced a new straw when my paper 1 started to go floppy & I hadn't even mentioned it!! 😳 What a SUPERSTAR!!) GORGEOUS 'real cocktails ' ( not made up in a jug like so many hotels do! Highly recommended!! ❤️
