Jet off for an unforgettable all-inclusive holiday in the sun at Mitsis Selection Laguna, a magnificent 5-star escape of the enchanting Greek Island of Crete. A Venice-style outdoor setting, elegant room and bungalow accommodation and a host of wonderful facilities make this magical retreat perfect for couples and families alike. If you choose to go all inclusive, the programme generally consists of breakfast, lunch and dinner, all buffet style, served in the main restaurant, plus A la carte service offered at the Themed Restaurants of the hotel, where table reservation is required.   • The Fish a la carte restaurant:

    • Offers a fine-dining experience featuring freshly prepared seafood dishes, including the must-try caramelized scallops.

  • The Creperie & Gelateria:

  • The Snack Corner:

    Best holiday by far, literally luxurious.. Hotel, clean, food delicious, staff always on hand to help, drinks and cocktails fantastic.. Sunbeds nice and comfy, love it the hotel do not let people reserve sunbeds.. 100% the best thing ever. Always able to get a bed. Pool party's amazing, fireworks amazing. Thank you for literally the best and the most relaxing holiday ever!! ❤️❤️❤️ Also located on 25min cab journey from airport, fabulous 👌🏽

    We have just returned from an amazing stay at this hotel and honestly couldn’t fault a thing. The all-inclusive package was fantastic, with so many food options available throughout the day. The à la carte restaurants were exceptional, and every member of staff was friendly, welcoming, and attentive from start to finish. We felt completely looked after throughout our entire stay. However, there is one person who truly made this holiday unforgettable – Toto. Toto runs the games and entertainment, but he is so much more than that. From the moment we arrived, he made us feel welcome, included, and valued. His energy, humour, kindness, and genuine care for guests are something very special. He didn’t just entertain us; he made us feel like friends. We never usually return to the same place twice, not because we don’t enjoy it, but because we love experiencing new destinations. However, I can honestly say that I would return to this hotel in a heartbeat, and a huge reason for that is Toto. He took our experience from a 10/10 to something truly unforgettable. He is an absolute credit to the hotel, and the management should be incredibly proud to have someone like him on their team. Thank you for such a wonderful holiday – we can’t wait to come back!

    We’ve had a lovely, relaxing stay. Everyone was very accommodating and we felt very welcomed. Great activities provided (especially at the main pool - Toto!). Food was excellent, highly recommend the restaurants. Drinks menu was great - special thank you to Ledio, one of the bartenders in the main bar - he was friendly, chatty and quick to replenish drinks! Highly recommend.

    We had an amazing experience there! The resort is lovely, just as pictured. The staff is very kind and helpful. There is also lots of great activities and amenities on site which we really enjoyed, such as yoga lessons, an outside gym, a tennis court, live music nights, and more :) The people in charge of entertainment were perfect (dynamic but not too much). There is many pools with different vibes for everyone. The pool bars and restaurant were also great (the food was amazing!). There was also a nutritionist service on site, which I had never seen before! This was life changing for me as I am celiac. It really appeased the worries I have concerning food when traveling. The nutritionists were always there to guide me through the buffet and point out the gluten free meals at the restaurants. They also offer you to preorder and prepare foods of your choosing, in consideration with your allergies. Thanks to them I didn't get sick during my stay, plus I got to try gluten free gyros (which I didn't think would be possible)! A little note about the sea is that it is very rocky, but the installations on the beach were great (the food truck was a hit for our family!). The only little inconvenience we had was that there was ants in the bathroom of one of our rooms, and even in the bed one night. Overall our stay was perfect though, thanks to everyone who contributed to our experience :)

    We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The hotel itself is beautiful with a luxurious interior, and the entire staff was friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. The food selection was excellent — varied, fresh, and very tasty. We especially appreciated that the hotel could prepare special meals for our 1-year-old child without salt or sugar. A special thank you to the Kids Club Storyland team. The staff were incredibly kind, and our child absolutely loved the mini disco and evening entertainment. The Disney characters, bubble show, and magician were definitely the highlights for her. Highly recommended for families with children — we would happily visit again!
