If you choose to go all inclusive, the programme generally consists of breakfast, lunch and dinner, all buffet style, served in the main restaurant, plus A la carte service offered at the Themed Restaurants of the hotel, where table reservation is required.     We had an amazing stay at this wonderful hotel. The rooms are big and nice decorated, the food had many options, the mattresses of the sun beds were relaxing. All the staff always wearing a smile. A special thanks to Loredana Ilie, she is very kind with a nice personality. The only minus of the hotel are the rocks from the beach. Thanks for a good stay!

    This hotel is amazing and the staff are so friendly. They are willing to do whatever is necessary to make you comfortable during your stay. The food is lovely with plenty of freshly cooked items rather than food that sits for a long time. The bar staff are great and always happy to have a chat. This is our second stay here and honestly won’t be our last!

    We had the pleasure of spending two wonderful weeks at this beautiful hotel at the beginning of June, and it exceeded our expectations in many ways. A special thank you to Oleksander for making it possible for us to stay in our preferred Junior Suite. We truly appreciated his kindness and attention to our request. We were especially impressed by the room service team. The waiters were exceptionally friendly, professional, and attentive, regularly serving delicious meals in our Junior Suite with a smile. Their outstanding service made our stay even more enjoyable. We would also like to express our sincere gratitude to Marc Francis Antonio, the waiter at the beach. He works incredibly hard and always made sure we had refreshing drinks throughout the day. His positive attitude and dedication did not go unnoticed. Finally, we would like to thank Manolis, who takes care of the pools and jacuzzis at the Mitsis Laguna Selection Hotel. We found him to be extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help. His commitment to maintaining the facilities at such a high standard contributed greatly to the relaxing atmosphere of the hotel. Thank you to the entire team for making our holiday so memorable.     Very spacious room with safe and a nice balcony. Bathroom with a shower and bath. 🛀 large tv. Great 😊 WiFi throughout the whole hotel.staff are amazing 😻 service at most bars fantastic, the only problem with the one bar was the night bar we were ignored for 20 minutes while other people who came in after us were served before us because she new there name. Food is really good 😊 it must be difficult to cater for 1000+ people every day 3meals breakfast, lunch and dinner with snacks and late bites. 24/7 almost 😅. À la carte restaurants are very good and busy so book early, I researched and downloaded the Mitsis app and did all the booking before I left the UK. There is an outdoor gym with some training at certain times of the day. The indoor gym is functional not too many heavy weights. We found the theatre bar by accident and the do pizza wraps a salads so worth a visit. The main pool and the large pool with the bridge are heated worth noting. Never had trouble finding a bed. I must not forget Jimmy at the pancake restaurant where you can get ice cream as well. Reception are fantastic team lost a key no problem here is a new one. In the UK they charge £10 for that. It’s a nice area we took a taxis to a vineyard about 45 minutes away €110 return. Still finding stuff the shops in the hotel you can find plenty of souvenirs. Someone mentioned cats there no bother and cat are everywhere in Crete they are well looked after by the hotel.

    We love Mitsis Selection Laguna. This is our second visit here, and we will definitely be back. We had a land view this time, in the main building. We don't spend much time in the room, but it is pleasant and has lots of space. The main pool is our favourite, with waiters coming to our sun lounger to take our order. They were a bit slower doing that this time, but there was a wedding on so perhaps that is why. It wasn't as issue. We enjoyed plenty of drinks in the all day bar and took in the views of the night bar. Most importantly: the food! I am Coeliac (gluten free). Mitsis has a nutritionist on site to ensure that the food I ate was safe. They plated my food up in the kitchen and brought it to me so I wasn't at risk of cross-contamination. They even made me my own requests if I didn't want what was offered on the buffet. Despina and Amalina (apologies if I have got your names wrong) were so helpful and I think I ate even better than my partner (not gf)! The staff here are amazing and friendly. I can't name them all, so just take my word for it! If you want a relaxing and blissful holiday in Crete, Mitsis Selection Laguna is the place to go. We will absolutely be back!
