I stayed at both the Mövenpick Resort and the Concorde El Salam Front Hotel in Sharm El Sheikh, which gave me a good opportunity to compare the two. The Mövenpick has an excellent location, close to both the airport and Naama Bay. It offers four private beach areas, suitable for swimming, snorkeling and diving. Two of the beaches were particularly beautiful, while the other two were quieter and slightly less convenient in terms of sea access. Overall, I found the Mövenpick to feel more upscale and refined than the Concorde. The resort is very well maintained, clean and visually appealing, and I personally preferred the design and quality of the rooms. The food was generally good, although the poolside snack bar was disappointing — especially the burger, which was unfortunately one of the worst I have had. The service, however, was excellent. I was given an early check-in without any additional charge, which I really appreciated, and my room was consistently well supplied with drinks and other essentials. Compared with the Mövenpick, I preferred the beach at Shark’s Bay in front of the Concorde. The sea felt more attractive there, with a greater variety of marine life and better opportunities for snorkeling and diving. The Concorde also felt livelier, had a broader food selection, better SPA & Wellness Area and in my opinion had the better swimming pool, especially because of the beautiful sea view. In summary, I would choose both again since they offer different experiences. The Concorde Resort for having Shark Bay, marine life, pool and better food selection while Mövenpick stands out with its more luxurious atmosphere, greater variety of beach areas, rooms and overall resort quality.

Hello, I would first like to express my sincere appreciation to the reception and restaurant staff for their kindness, welcoming attitude, and good service during our stay. Unfortunately, our experience with the housekeeping service has been extremely disappointing. Despite staying at a hotel of Mövenpick’s standard on an **all-inclusive basis**, we were shocked by the lack of cleanliness and attention to detail. The bedsheets were not properly changed; instead, the dirty parts appeared to have simply been turned inward to make them look fresh. The floors were neither swept nor mopped, garbage and empty water bottles were left on the desk, and used towels were left piled in the corner of the room. The bathroom was also not properly cleaned, and used toiletries were not replaced. When we reported these issues, we were told that someone would come to clean the room immediately. However, we had to wait approximately an hour, and when the staff member finally arrived, they only cleaned the specific areas we pointed out rather than properly cleaning the entire room. Furthermore, despite repeatedly requesting toiletries, bathrobes, and other essentials for **all three guests, as included in our reservation**, the housekeeping team continued to provide or replace items for only one person. Even though we were staying on an all-inclusive basis, we had to keep asking for basic room amenities that should have been properly provided according to our booking. This made us feel ignored and as though our requests were not being taken seriously. Cleanliness and proper housekeeping are basic expectations, especially at a hotel of this reputation. Paying for an all-inclusive stay should mean being able to enjoy a comfortable and well-maintained room without having to repeatedly chase staff for basic necessities. While the reception and restaurant teams deserve recognition for their efforts, the housekeeping experience has significantly affected our overall impression of the hotel. **If cleanliness and proper room service are priorities for you, I would recommend carefully considering your options before booking.** On a positive note, the food was good, fresh, and varied, with the menu changing regularly, which we genuinely appreciated. 🌸 I hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses these issues to improve the experience for future guests.

An unforgettable stay with breathtaking views and incredible snorkeling!We had an amazing vacation at Mövenpick Sharm El Sheikh. The resort’s location on the cliff overlooking Naama Bay is absolutely stunning. Having access to 5 private beaches and a beautiful house reef for snorkeling right off the shore made our trip. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and offered spectacular sea views. The food was delicious, especially the authentic dishes at El Kababgy, and the entire staff was incredibly warm and attentive. Highly recommended!

With so many resorts to choose from in Sharm, I would have picked another one had I known it would be like this. Our experience at check-in set the tone for the whole trip and ruined our time here. We booked the all-inclusive package on Booking.com, which listed that it included everything. At check-in, Reda showed us a map and a leaflet listing what was actually not included. It turned out only one restaurant, the dining cafeteria, was covered for breakfast, lunch and dinner. This was very different from what was described on Booking.com, so I asked a few questions to understand. Instead of helping, Reda walked around from the reception desk and cut the wristbands off our wrists out of nowhere and suggested we leave and find another hotel. I was in shock. After a few minutes, while my partner and I were discussing what to do, he suddenly changed his approach and told us our room had been upgraded. I have never experienced customer service like this, least of all at a resort rated 5 stars. I did not want to engage with reception or any other staff after that. Apart from this, everything was mediocre for a 5 star resort. The food was okay, the room was okay and the facilities were okay. It fell well short of our expectations. Please save yourself the hassle and consider another hotel in Sharm that is transparent. There are SO many in the same bay.
