I came to this hotel expecting the worst due to the negative reviews on here by British guests. However, my experience here was wonderful! The staff were all very helpful and kind. When we arrived, our bags were taken to our rooms while we were able to get a late dinner after arriving to the hotel at 11pm. The breakfast had a wide selection of different foods, and the staff were very pleasant, always taking time out to say hello to you and maybe fetch you a round of drinks for the table. There are two main pools, one being a regular swimming pool and another being a wave pool. The pool bar staff were very very friendly, sometimes a plate of fruit was brought to your sun bed and sometimes your drinks would be replenished without you needing to ask, which was nice. The entertainers had daily activities on for guests such as stretching, darts, aqua aerobics and water polo. The dinner was slightly different every night at the main restaurant, and you can book the Italian restaurant during your stay which was very good. When we expressed to the staff that we enjoyed it, they went out of their way to book the Italian restaurant for us again at no extra cost, a very nice surprise! You also have access to the Naama Bay hotel just across the road, which also allows you to access the hotel’s private beach! The evening entertainment was good, and it catered towards all guests regardless of language. During our stay we had a VIP massage which was superb, we left feeling like different people. I would recommend this resort to anyone.

The hotel was lovely, very welcoming,the staff were fantastic and Mr Hosseiny Ahmed dealed maturely with a situation we had experienced. The chefs in the main restaurant made us vegetarian pasta on request as there was not a lot of variety for vegetarians but the chefs made us what he had asked for, the restaurant manager was lovely and he even got to know us well and had conversations with us also making sure everything was suitable and top tier for us. Fadi was a lovely bar attendant who had always welcomed us with a smile and was pleasant to be around and the life guard was a bubbly person. The rooms were spacious and very clean the location of the hotel is ideal as you walk in the sister hotel to the strip. Me and my sister felt very safe in and around the hotel always buy your packages through the reps in the hotel. I would definitely come back again with my children as it is a child friendly hotel and our experience was outstanding

I decided to visit this resort for my honeymoon and it was decent. The hotel gave me a big room, complimentary cake and treats. Although, I had to buy drinks when I arrived ; keeping a bottle of drink for me would have been better. Secondly, the staff were friendly and always looked out for us. Delicious meals, and drinks from the bars too. Additionally, the rooms were always cleaned and the air conditioning worked. Surprisingly, their wifi was decent for a place like Sharm. Personally, I think it’s more of a 4 star hotel than 5 star. Bathroom should have toothbrush, lotion, body wash and other amenities. A free snack station and mini bar in the room will elevate guest experience. Also, food spread is kinda limited. And too far from the beach!

Would leave 0 stars if I could, nothing but a bad experience from the moment I walked in. When I first checked in and was taken to my room, the balcony door wouldn’t lock, they said they couldn’t fix it until the morning but “ don’t worry go to dinner nobody will take your things” I did not accept this and refused to leave the room until the maintenance came to shut it properly so it wouldn’t open again until they repaired it. They then offered to change my room instead of waiting for it to be fixed, which I accepted. Was then taken to the new room & the bath plug wouldn’t close and continuously let water through. I left the room for breakfast and when I had returned the whole bathroom had been flooded by the toilet. At this point I left a review on trust pilot and the manager came to offer his apologies and give me a voucher for one of there nearby restaurants “water and soft drinks only” after offering the voucher he turns around and says “ can you delete your bad review now?” A clear attempt to be nice to get me to remove the review I had left. The main problem - BED BUGS. At first I thought they may have just been mosquito bites, strange because I had the room and skin repellent from the first day, but I ran with it until I was waking up morning after morning covered in more clusters of bites. Mosquitoes bite randomly, not in clusters. I do not go out to the evening entertainment. Once the sun starts setting, I go to dinner and return to the room with the balcony doors shut, so very slim chance they are mosquito bites. Told management about this and went to my room to find 5 men stood in there turning over the mattresses where I then find the remanence of the bed bugs (see photos attached) they then crowded around me, telling me, quite aggressively may I add, that they are not bed bugs but they’re mosquito bites. Funny that the next sentence that followed was “we will change your room right now” and then a manager came into the room and started taking the exact same pictures I had. Would not recommend this hotel to my worst enemy. Even considering looking for earlier flights home to not have to spend a second longer. All entertainment & music is in Russian, not very well catered to British customers.
