This is our third hotel in Sharm El Sheikh, and it's the best one yet. A huge thank you to the manager, Alaa, for ensuring our three-person stay was top-notch. We received a late checkout and dinner as a gift. A very kind gesture. We were very pleased with the spaciousness and cleanliness of the room. The food was first-class, with a very good selection, from vegetables to meats. The cakes and sweet corner were delicious and varied. A huge thank you to the restaurant staff and the bar and pool staff.

From the moment we arrived we received 100% 5 star treatment from the taxi driver through to the cleaning staff. The food is first class .I have never been to a country that provided such fantastic service. Nice hotel, Excellent service from staff .Good entertainment in the evening but needs crowd control. Certain people have no sense and just stand in front and block the view as if that they are the only one who is important. Food is average, you will find something to eat. Location is good as it is near the shops and restaurants. The hotel itself not a 5 star I would say about 3.5 .But the staff and service make up for it and they deserve 5 star.

Nice hotel with good location.close to all kind of shops and Genena Mall. Rooms are clean. Staff are very friendly. Receptionist Ahmed professional ,kind and friendly,can help with any situation. Supervisor Irina very kind and nice lady with professional skills of customer service and welcoming. I highly recommend 👌 this hotel

There is no entrainment during the evening for Adults or children. We were ready to come home very boring. They seem to cater for different countries expect UK. The food very basic chicken,rice, every day. The breakfast is not the same not alot for English people. I was sick of eating pancakes and omelette everyday. Not alot for children to eat either. The rooms are not very clean. The man that works by the pool asking for a tip on day two. Which I thought it was rude. When we already gave him a tip. The corridors were dirty plastic wrapper been there all week. And ants on the floor where someone drop there food . I wouldn't say it was ***** more like *** we all had upset stomachs
