Clean, very active with great activities specially pool activities, rooms are clean, i took a room with pool and sea view ( very energetic vibes) Spa massage by dina was really good and at the beauty center i did my hair by maryam she does it really well and she is very welcoming Staff very nice. Only thing i had a problem with is the room phone didnt work out. But all in all one of the best hotels in sharm, and the most energetic one so far! Thank u

The Animators there took great care of us and made sure to keep us entertained. especially Leloya and Liza, they always informed about the ongoing events in and outside of the hotel and spent time with us. Staff in general is very friendly. The beach is a little rocky, but the Water is clear and has a good temperature. Were having a really good time overall !

Very secure for all the family especially with the lifeguard Islam who cares about everyone’s safety at the pool. The staff is so helpful and cheerful. My husband had lost his sunglasses at the beach and found it the following day in the lost and found box. Food was delicious and varied as well. Highly recommended!

Update: I would like to thank the hotel management for their prompt and professional response to the concerns raised during my stay. The management demonstrated a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction by addressing the issues and offering a complimentary night as a goodwill gesture. Moreover, they offered to change the rooms. I appreciate the attention given to my feedback and the efforts made to improve my experience. ............ the experience was far below the standards expected from a hotel of your category.

I want to mention two separate buildings about the hotel — the sea side and the garden side, with a road passing between them. If you’re going to stay, the sea side is more comfortable, everything is at your fingertips, and the sea view is absolutely wonderful. We had some issues during our stay, but the staff was very helpful. First of all, I would like to express my gratitude to the restaurant manager, Abdei Satar. Endless thanks also to restaurant chef Hazer and to Yousef from the animation team, who made our days truly special. I would love to come back — but definitely to the sea side! With love from Turkey 🇹🇷
