We had an amazing stay as a couple at this hotel! Everything was perfect for enjoying a relaxing and memorable holiday. The food was delicious, varied, and full of flavor, with a wide selection of dishes to choose from. A very special thank you to Chef Ahmad Abdallah for his professionalism, kindness, and the outstanding quality of his cooking he has the best pasta and grills 🤤 The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, both in the rooms and throughout the common areas. The location is excellent, and the beautiful green gardens and stunning swimming pools provide the perfect setting to relax and unwind. The staff were always friendly, welcoming, attentive, and ready to help with a smile. We have wonderful memories of our stay and would be delighted to come back again! We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an unforgettable holiday in Sharm El Sheikh! 🌴☀️

Overall, we had a very good experience at the hotel. I would especially like to highlight the housekeeping in room 1241. Our room was always perfectly clean and tidy, and the housekeeping was done very carefully and professionally. A special thank you to the gentleman who took care of our room — he did an excellent job! The hotel itself is nice, with a well-maintained territory and friendly staff. The food was average in our opinion. There was a decent selection, but we would have appreciated more variety, especially more seasonal fresh fruit, as the choice was quite limited. Overall, it is a good hotel and we had a pleasant stay. Special thanks again for the excellent housekeeping in room 1241!

We first stayed at Novotel Sharm El Sheikh last year and enjoyed it so much that we decided to come back again this year. It really is such a special place. The resort itself is absolutely beautiful. The gardens are lovely, the pools are great, and having the private beach right on the Red Sea makes it even more special. The water is stunning, the views are beautiful, and it is such a relaxing place to spend a holiday. But as lovely as the hotel and surroundings are, what really makes Novotel Sharm El Sheikh stand out for us is the staff. From the gentleman who helps with your bags when you arrive, to the reception and check-in team, the restaurant staff, bar staff, beach staff, pool staff, housekeeping and everyone working behind the scenes, the service is amazing throughout the entire hotel. Everyone is so friendly, welcoming and helpful. You are always greeted with a smile, and the staff make you feel really well looked after throughout your stay. It is quite rare to stay somewhere where you experience that same level of warmth and hospitality from almost every person you meet. You can have a beautiful hotel in an incredible location, but it is the people who really make a holiday memorable, and the team here definitely does that. We have once again had such a wonderful stay and made some very special memories. A huge thank you to everyone at Novotel Sharm El Sheikh, from the front of the hotel to all the people working behind the scenes. Your hard work, kindness and friendliness really do make a difference. The Animators there took great care of us and made sure to keep us entertained. especially Leloya and Liza, they always informed about the ongoing events in and outside of the hotel and spent time with us. Staff in general is very friendly. The beach is a little rocky, but the Water is clear and has a good temperature. Were having a really good time overall !
