We stayed at Novotel Sharm El Sheikh, which we booked through Booking.com, and it was an amazing experience. We had a great time during our stay and really enjoyed the overall atmosphere of the resort. There were plenty of entertainment options within the hotel, making it easy to relax, unwind, and have fun without needing to go far. The resort was lively but still perfect for relaxation. Housekeeping was good, and the staff were welcoming, friendly, and always helpful. The location is excellent, right in Naama Bay, with easy access to bazaars, clubs, restaurants, and popular food chains, which made exploring the area very convenient. Overall, it was a fantastic stay and we would definitely recommend Novotel Sharm El Sheikh for anyone looking for a fun and relaxing holiday.

I had higher expectation from 5 star hotel. First of all, the buffet is not good. I spend there a week and it was almost the same every day, very small changes. And the food quality was poor. The choice of drinks was also very limited. There was no good restaurant at the hotel so we had no choice but to keep going to the bufet. Housekeeping team was doing poor job. Our room was constantly dirty even though we had it cleaned every day. The beach was super crowded in late November but if you like quiet and areas without the kids, I would highly recommend the Lagoon Pool in the part of the hotel that is not next to the sea. It has only 5 umbrellas and 15 sun beds so it was never too crowded. There is also a toilet and the bar just next to it, so it's perfect place to enjoy the sun in quiet.

I’m really enjoying my stay here. The place feels cozy and well-kept, with a calm atmosphere that makes it easy to relax. The staff are friendly and always ready to help. The territory is clean and beautifully maintained, and everything you need is right at hand. The bay is amazing — one of the best beaches in Sharm El Sheikh, with a gentle and comfortable entry into the water. The whole resort infrastructure is nearby, which makes the stay even more convenient. This isn’t my first time here, and I still choose this hotel over others — it always feels like the right place to return to.

From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with genuine warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail that instantly made me feel valued and comfortable. The Italian restaurant deserves special recognition — it is simply phenomenal. The food was outstanding in every sense: rich flavors, perfect presentation, and clearly prepared with passion and authenticity. Every dish felt carefully crafted, fresh, and full of character, easily rivaling top standalone Italian restaurants. What truly elevated the experience, however, was the staff. Their kindness, friendliness, and professionalism were exceptional. They were attentive without being intrusive, always smiling, and genuinely eager to ensure everything was perfect. You can tell they take pride in what they do, and it shows in every interaction. This wasn’t just a hotel stay or a dinner — it was a complete experience that exceeded expectations on all levels. Novotel has set a very high standard for hospitality, food quality, and service excellence. I highly recommend Novotel and its Italian restaurant to anyone looking for an unforgettable stay and an exceptional dining experience. I have spent 11 memorable days in Novotel Sharm from 16/12 - 27/12, including Christmas. To my view, the hotel facilities are just perfect for a relaxing stay. Both Palm and Beach hotels offer the best you can get in Egypt: comfortable family rooms, beautiful gardens, heated swimming pools, amazing kids club - special mention to Bazouka and Anna who made my daughter happy), diversified buffet restaurants and an outstanding Italian restaurant with an even more outstanding chef Andrea. Special mention and my enormous THANK YOU goes to the Novotel team, who welcomed us and took care of us each and every minute: Roma, Mr Sofian, Yaroslava and of course the General Manager Mr Amry, who was personally involved and made our experience with Novotel magic. It was a true privilege and chance to meet Mr Amry, who on top of his managing role is a very kind, warm and just an amazing person. From what I could see he is personally involved in each and every project in the hotel and makes sure everything is in order and meeting (even over exceeding) client expectations. What a beautiful renovation/ construction project he is leading in Palm. Once finished, it will be far beyond everyone’s expectations ! And I will never forget a stunning buffet organized for the Christmas celebration. I had a chance to try different hotel services, like SPA, GYM and Beauty salon, and each time the experience was excellent. Besides, I really appreciated that the hotel is environment friendly and promotes the highest social and ecological responsibility, with waste recycling and almost no plastic used. I will keep only the best memories of our dream vacations and will be looking forward to be back to Novotel Sharm and thank its amazing team in person.
