The Animators there took great care of us and made sure to keep us entertained. especially Leloya and Liza, they always informed about the ongoing events in and outside of the hotel and spent time with us. Staff in general is very friendly. The beach is a little rocky, but the Water is clear and has a good temperature. Were having a really good time overall !

We stayed at Novotel as two families. Although we had booked two standard rooms, Hagar at the reception desk gave us a wonderful surprise and upgraded us to a Family Suite. We were incredibly happy and grateful for her kindness and attentiveness. The entire staff was exceptionally helpful and welcoming throughout our stay. Also, a special thanks to Ali Muhammed for making the most delicious pizzas! Everyone’s warm hospitality made our stay truly memorable. We are absolutely delighted and highly recommend this hotel!❤️

I want to mention two separate buildings about the hotel — the sea side and the garden side, with a road passing between them. If you’re going to stay, the sea side is more comfortable, everything is at your fingertips, and the sea view is absolutely wonderful. We had some issues during our stay, but the staff was very helpful. First of all, I would like to express my gratitude to the restaurant manager, Abdei Satar. Endless thanks also to restaurant chef Hazer and to Yousef from the animation team, who made our days truly special. I would love to come back — but definitely to the sea side! Nice, but not true 5* for me 😔 We have chosen this trip as a birthday gift for my father’s jubilee and our tour agent has reassured us, that she has been corresponding with the hotel and we would be waited and even given a welcoming treat for my dad. Not only did they not wait for us to come, we were told nobody knew the number of guests coming!!! Which I ever hardly believe, because we booked the trip in advance, it wasn’t last minute. After coming we were told to wait for an hour for the room to get ready (which we completely understand). But then, when the reception manager reached us and gave the keys (3 of them, by the way), we got to the entitled room, which wasn’t ready! The cleaning process has just been started! After one more hour we came back to the room, and there were 2 beds, 2 towels, 2 bath robes, 2 cups, well - everything for two people, in the room for three! It took us about an hour plus to get the amenities ready and that was very disappointing. Food and beverages are really well-made and tasty, but the variety is restricted. Wifi is working perfectly in every corner of the hotel, better than anywhere else in Egyptian hotels I’ve been to. The hotel itself is small, only one bar as a lobby, pool and beach (3-in-1), but the bartenders are very friendly and welcoming, which compensates the lack of variety. Beach is nice and clean, the sea is beautiful, however getting to the point where you can actually swim is a little tricky - special shoes are definitely a good idea. But the coral reefs are beautiful and you can see a lot of fish. Overall experience - the hotel is nice and cozy, but really small and there’s not much variety in places to go nor restaurants. And the arrival was really a mood breaker. Have been to greater places for less money.

Nice hotel with a great location. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and they really care about the guests. Good food, many drinks, and nice activities in the evening. We are enjoying our stay here. Thank you for the good service.
