Here’s a genuine polished version that still sounds personal: This is my fifth weekend spent at Ras Abrouq Resort, and honestly, with every visit the bond only gets stronger. The place truly feels like home, but what makes it special is the people. The guest services team are always eager to help and make sure every request is taken care of, especially Maryam, who has always been so kind, attentive, and welcoming. Special thanks as well to Shannon, Pravhat, and Jai for making every stay feel personal and warm. The villas are beautiful, comfortable, and peaceful. I had an issue with the AC during my stay, and the technicians came very quickly and fixed it without delay, which I really appreciated. The spa and wellness experience is one of the main reasons I keep coming back. The instructors are truly experienced, especially Dewi and Sherine, and all the spa staff are wonderful. Their classes are not to be missed. The gym is not very big, but for a resort, it has everything I need, and spending the afternoon on the stand-up paddle board is always a beautiful experience. What I love most is that the whole team is genuinely happy to listen to feedback and complaints so they can improve, from the general manager to every member of staff. They are truly the best.

Absolutely loved my recent stay at Our Habitas Ras Abrouq. The experience was truly unforgettable from start to finish. The resort itself is beautiful, peaceful, and perfect for a relaxing getaway, but what made the stay extra special was the incredible staff. Everyone was so warm, friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. A very special thank you to Mariam, who went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and cared for throughout our stay. Her kindness, professionalism, and genuine support made a huge difference and added such a personal touch to the whole experience. The hospitality here is exceptional, and you can really feel how much the team cares about their guests. I will definitely be staying again very soon and would highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a unique and luxurious escape in Qatar.

Other than the location and the views being beautiful the entire experience staying here was so dissapointing. If the rooms didn’t cost a kidney I wouldn’t be commenting this but if you’re going to charge that much then atleast deliver the luxury experience you’re marketing. We had no AC in our villa for 2 nights straight. They came into our room in the middle of the night both nights to fix it. Second night the engineer walked in and tried gaslighting me that the room was cold. He pulled up a machine that measures the room temperature and it said 24.8 and then proceeded to say his machine was broken and the room was cold. The staff did not care and after we left we got a passive aggressive email from the management “thanking” us for our “observation” of the villas AC. The food is a disaster. We paid extra for all inclusive because a simple fries with melted cheese and corn cost 175qr on their menu. The food is SO BAD. We ordered a mutton dish for two for 690qr!!!! And didn’t eat more than a couple of bites because it was literally inedible !!! The staff in the restaurant are so sweet and so nice but that doesn’t make up for the horrible food. They’re completely taking advantage of the fact that you’re in the middle of nowhere and are pretty much forced to eat at their restaurant. I wasn’t gonna write this review but the email we received was so weird. Also, the full day of activities was cancelled because the person who runs them was “sick”. I’m sorry if you’re delivering a luxury experience then find solutions. Why should your guests that paid the full amount for this stay miss out on amenities that they paid for like the safari. The pool tiles were all coming off, clearly this place is not being maintained properly which is fine as long as you lower your prices to fit these below standard expectations.

We had a wonderful experience for our 20th wedding anniversary. I highly recommend a vistit to Our Habitas Ras Abrouq to enjoy Qatar' best relaxation in nature, between sea and desert. Arriving there from Doha is convenient and the last part of the road is a private trail in the desert, with beautiful rock formations and a breathtaking scenery. We enjoyed the Villa, the view, the sea and the pools, with space, privacy and many elegant details in the design. The restaurant has a great selection of healthy and tasty food and the staff is very kind and helpful. A beautiful memory. Thank you to Ras Abrouq welcoming staff. On the way out we also stopped by at Film city (which is very close to the resort) and enjoyed it too.

An oasis in the middle of the desert, situated next to a beautiful sea. The staff, the food, and amenities are above and beyond. Four days there and I wanted to stay for a month. I felt like I was in a dream. Everyone was there to make your stay comfortable and accommodating. What a lovely property with staff that go above & beyond. I highly recommend and would LOVE to go back!!
