Enjoyed the peace and quiet away from the hustle and bustle. Beautiful villa. Fresh food. Excellent breakfasts and lovely dining experiences in majilis and poolside. Lots of activities - enjoyed massage. Yoga and sound bath. Memorable experience due to facilities but above the staff - all of them. A real team of friendly people who go out of their way to give great service. We recommend and hope to come back

A very pleasant and serene location, with friendly staff and luxurious villas. The experience we had in Our Habitas Ras Abrouq was exceeding by far high-end wellness resorts we visited in various countries in Asia. The staff is very friendly and the experiences we had were memorable, specially with George (storytelling under the stars) and Gabriel who prepared our wellness Golden Turmeric Milk drink in the morning ! Definitely looking forward to our next visit !

Recently had the pleasure of staying at Our Habitas Ras Abrouq, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, I was mesmerized by the breathtaking landscape — where the desert meets the turquoise sea. The entire resort feels like a hidden sanctuary designed for peace, reflection, and connection with nature. Villa was beautifully designed, blending modern luxury with earthy, natural elements. Waking up to the sound of waves and watching the sunset from my private terrace was simply magical. The team at Habitas were genuinely warm and attentive, always going the extra mile to make my stay comfortable. The service felt personal and heartfelt. The food was fresh and well-presented, though I would love to see more variety on the menu in future. The only challenge was the road to the resort, which is quite rough — I’d recommend a 4x4 for the drive. But once you arrive, it’s absolutely worth it. Overall, Habitas Ras Abrouq is a haven of serenity and understated luxury. Perfect for anyone seeking tranquility, beauty, and a deep sense of escape. I’ll definitely return again soon. 🌅🌿

Can’t express our feelings. What is in here is exceptional experience. Can’t mention the whole team names who made us feel home, but Guma, Abi and Erick were outstanding, truly reflecting kindness and sincerely.

We stayed for three nights, and honestly, this was one of the worst hospitality experiences I have had. The only positive part at the beginning was the greeting by Towfiq, who explained the area, Habitas Ras Brouq, the safari, and other programs. After that, everything went downhill. When we first requested the safari, it was fully booked. The second time, we rushed from the middle of our lunch to catch it, only to discover that the driver had already left without us. Even worse, he left his phone on charging.we could not reach him. This level of miscommunication, negligence, and lack of responsibility is unacceptable. Most of the hospitality staff are clearly not trained. They are unable to answer even the simplest guest questions. There is no understanding of basic service standards. During the Athan prayer, the music continued playing without any respect or consideration, despite this being a Muslim country. This alone shows a serious lack of cultural awareness and sensitivity. In the restaurant, staff handled takeaway cups by touching the inside with bare hands, showing no hygiene standards, no etiquette, and no protocol. Items were constantly missing, and the area was not prepared to welcome even a small number of guests. The only staff member worth mentioning positively was Hamad, the night shift manager, who was genuinely cooperative, helpful, and professional during his shift. Without him, the experience would have been even worse. Other than the location and the sunset, there was absolutely nothing enjoyable about this stay. The views are pleasant, but they do not compensate for poor service, poor management, and poor training. This was my first visit and definitely my last. I will never recommend this place to anyone. Visiting Film City and other nearby activities is far more enjoyable than staying at this property. Aside from the scenery, nothing — absolutely nothing — was worth the experience.
