This is our first time to the Maldives. I was a bit wary about hidden costs for meals and activities etc so I chose this resort as it is all inclusive . It’s 30 min by boat from the airport which was very convenient . I preferred this to a seaplane which would be contingent upon weather . I’ve heard some resorts food isn’t great but even my foodie family ate and were satisfied . We took an overwater villa with a slide which the kids loved . The villa has three separate doors opening out to the deck which was very convenient . There were also 2 separate sofa beds for my kids so no one had to share . Theres a turn down and cleaning service at night . Would recommend for a family holiday

Every meal exceeded our expectations — delicious and satisfying each time. The island’s facilities are beautifully maintained, and if you look closely, you’ll discover that even the smallest details and decorations are full of delightful surprises. A special thanks to our butler YaBo, who provided thoughtful and attentive service and patiently answered all of our questions.❤️❤️ The only small regret we have is about the paid water activities operated by external vendors — there were no staff available to help take photos. Considering the resort’s high standards, or through discussion with these external partners, offering such support should not be difficult. Activities like swimming with nurse sharks and parasailing are paid experiences, and when guests see the beautiful pictures online, it’s natural to have certain hopes and dreams. Beautiful photos are also the best kind of free marketing for the resort. OZEN delivers world-class service, and that’s why guests naturally expect even small gestures like photo assistance — these simple acts can make the journey feel truly perfect. We believe OZEN can do even better. With so many dedicated staff members, it’s clear that OZEN truly strives for excellence. Lastly, the waiting lounge and departure area are absolutely relaxing — what an enjoyable experience! 😎 Thank you once again for a wonderful and memorable stay. 🌺
